Using Disaggregate Behavioral Analyze to Measure the Effects of Telecommuting on Transportation (개별행태분석을 통한 통신업무(Telecommuting)의 교통대체효과 추정)

  • The Purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of telecommuting-the use of telecommunications technology to perform work from remote sites- on the transportation system. It examined the effects of telecommuting on commuter travel. After reviewing case studies of foreign countries and their telecommuting characteristic, two types of survey, RP(Revealed Preference) and SP (Stated Preference), were carried out in order to analyze the impact of telecommuting on traffic. The RP survey examined respondents'attitudes toward information technology and the characteristics of their work. The SP survey asked respondents what conditions would make them want to become a telecommuter. It was found that higher salaries and communication subsidies would induce more people to telecommute. Overall, it was found that if telecommuting were to be executed in Seoul, 49.1% of workers would become telecommuters, which would result in a 14,407 billion won reduction in direct and indirect transport costs per year. This research proves that traffic congestion can be reduced effectively by instituting telecommuting as an option for workers.

중소기업의 ERP 도입이 업무성과에 미치는 영향

  • 정부는 중소기업의 업무성과(업무처리의 신속성과 능력 향상, 정확한 자료관리, 고객 대응 능력 향상, 의사결정의 신속성)를 높이고자 하는 목표를 가지고 다양한 정보화사업을 시행하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 목적으로 2001년부터 산업자원부가 지원한 3만개 중소기업의 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템의 도입에 따른 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 1022개의 설문응답을 회수하였다. 설문의 업무성과 응답이 5점 서열척도임을 고려하여 이에 적합한 ordered probit 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 모든 종속변수들과 유의한 관련성을 가지는 독립 변수는 사용용이성, 시스템 안정성, 정보의 정확성, 그리고 정보의 다양성으로 나타났다.

  • Waterfall 모델에서의 소프트웨어 개발 단계는 사용자로부터 요구 사항을 정의하고, 이것이 다음 단계의 input 이 되어 개발자에 의해 작업이 진행되는 개발 양식을 따른다. 시스템 요구 사항을 정의할 때에, 프로세스 관점에서 사용자 업무를 이해하고, 이 프로세스에서 사용되는 시스템과의 관계를 정의하여 요구 사항으로 함께 정의한다면, 단순한 시스템의 기능을 정의하여 개발하는 것 보다 시스템의 사용 목적을 이해하고 개발하게 됨으로써, 더 만족도 높은 시스템으로 개발할 수 있게 된다. 프로세스 관점에서 이해하고 정의하는 시스템의 요구 사항은 시스템 보수 작업(Maintenance)시에도 시스템의 상황이 현재 업무 프로세스와 어떻게 연계되어 있는지 파악하기 용이하고, 테스트 단계에서도 테스트 조건이나 테스트 시나리오로서도 활용이 가능하다. 새로운 업무를 담당하는 사람에게도 시스템 개발 요구 사항에서 정의된 업무 프로세스 맵(Map)이 관련 업무를 파악할 수 있는 기초 자료로 재 활용 될 수도 있다. 비즈니스 프로세스 리엔지니어링에서 사용하는 비즈니스 프로세스 맵핑(Mapping) 기술을 소프트웨어 개발 방법론에 적용하여, 요구 분석 단계에서 사용하는 분석 도구로서의 응용을 제안하고자 한다.

A Study on Quality Control of Technical Services Outsourcing in Academic Libraries (대학도서관에서의 정리업무 아웃소싱 품질관리에 관한 연구)

  • This study was intended to investigate the quality control in technical services outsourcing in academic libraries. For this purpose, investigated related papers and the experience of outsourced technical services in three academic libraries. Data from senior librarians charged with revision of catalogs are gathered. Issues of catalogs production and quality control are explored and statistics of outsourcing is analysed. Quality control is a major factor of the success of technical services outsourcing operation. The some suggestions in order to enhance quality of vendor-supplied cataloging are presented.

A Study that Target Amount of Standardization by Menu Management Effect on the Job Efficiency (메뉴관리에 따른 조리 표준량 목표가 업무 효율성에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how menu management effect on job efficiency at a hotel restaurant. Target standardization amount is needed to set for effective menu management to give quality menu toward customers to do that bring effective job efficiency. The survey is conducted to employees who are working at hotel restaurant. To verify the hypotheses, set this study up frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and linear regression analysis. The collected questionnaires were analyzed through statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0. Moreover, adjusting regression analysis using multiplying matrix was carried to obtain the results of effectiveness. The results show that menu management is required to apply the target amount of standardization in order to increase the job efficiency. At a menu planning phase, managers are expected to compose menu after having full consultation with employees. During the process, the target standardization amount can play a key role to improve job efficiency. Conclusively, to get effective customer service performance, it is necessary to set the target amount standardization if you are considering a trend and taste of customers who should be kept being adjusted or supplemented in line with a trend.

  • 본 연구는 소방대원의 화재진압 업무를 인간공학적 평가도구(RULA, REBA)를 이용하여 분석하고 타업종(병원, 자동차업종)과의 비교를 수행하였다. 첫째, 소방대원들의 업무 중 화재진압 업무의 인간공학적 작업자세 분석 및 평가하여 극단적인 작업자세에 대해서 살펴보았다. 요구조자 1인 운반법은 RULA, REBA의 평가결과에서 모두 정밀조사가 필요하고 즉시 개선 조치가 요구되는 4단계로 평가되었다. 둘째, 화재진압 업무와 타업종과(병원, 자동차업종)의 분석 결과를 비교 분석을 실시하였다. RULA로 평가한 결과 3, 4단계가 차지하는 비율이 72%로 자동차 업종(74%)에서의 평가결과 보다 낮게 나타났지만 병원업종(37%)보다는 높게 나타났다. REBA로 평가한 결과 3, 4단계가 차지하는 비율이 36%로 병원(9%)과 자동차 업종(24%)에서의 평가결과보다 높게 평가된 것으로 나타났다.

  • 체계를 개발하기 위한 목적뿐만이 아니라 BPR, 예산측정, 효과도 분석 등 다양한 분야에서 이용하기 위한 구조가 제안되었으며 그러한 구조를 위한 프레임워크들이 전사적 차원에서 개발되고 있다. 또한, 여러가지 프레임워크를 기반으로 특수한 목적에 따라 구조의 테일러링하여 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 미 국방성 구조 프레임워크와 프레임워크의 테일러링한 방법들을 살펴보고 장단점을 분석한 후 상황인식을 위한 한국형 운용구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 운용구조는 군의 운용현황을 가장 잘 알고 있는 현 업무자가 업무를 분석하고 구조를 작성할 수 있도록 지원하며 체계를 개발하는 업체나 체계구조를 작성하는 체계전문가와의 군의 사용자들간에 의사소통을 증가시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 방법을 전군적인 차원에서 상황을 인식하는 업무에 적용하여 제안하는 방법의 유용성을 판단하여 보았으며 제안하는 방법에 대한 분석은 미 카네기 멜론 대학에서 제안한 ATAM(Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method)에 따라 분석하였다.

Task Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intension of Center for Children's Foodservice Management Employees (어린이급식관리지원센터 직원의 업무만족, 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도)

  • The objective of this study was to provide information on difficulty of performing tasks, degree of task satisfaction, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention as well as investigate correlations among these factors. Data were collected on employees working at Centers for Children's Foodservice Management, which had been operating for over 6 months until December 2013. The recruitment period was from December 16, 2013 to January 30, 2014. A total of 228 employees (79.7%) participated in the study, and 227 completed questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed on the data utilizing the SPSS V20.0 and AMOS V21.0 programs. The main results of this study were as follows: task satisfaction of employees in charge of 'visiting-teaching' for children was highest (4.24 points), whereas that of employees in charge of financial management was lowest (2.92 points). In terms of evaluation of job satisfaction factors, the score of 'co-worker' was highest (3.99 points) while that of 'payment' was lowest (2.45 points). Average scores of general job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention were 3.56 points, 3.54 points, and 3.07 points, respectively. Job achievement was the most significant influencing factor on general job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. According to the path analysis results, the degree of task satisfaction affected job satisfaction. Organizational commitment had a more significant effect on turnover intention than job satisfaction and mediate both job satisfaction and turnover intention. Although employees of CCFSMs endeavor to improve the quality of child-care facility foodservice, some facilities do not. Controlling turnover intention of employees is especially critical for CCFSMs since it is important for each employees to form strong bonds with child-care facilities as well as to shorten the time required to train new employees. Thus, job satisfaction, which is related to organizational commitment and turnover intention, can be improved by considering poorly scored job satisfaction factors such as wage or workload.

  • This study conducted a survey of social welfare facility workers in Mokpo, Jeollanam-do from May 21 to May 24, 2019 to empirically analyze the effect of job rotation on work efficiency and job satisfaction. Individual development of job rotaion (independent variable), job satisfaction (dependent variable), work efficiency (mediating variable), and work overload (moderating variable) were set as variables of the research model. For the questions of all variables, the Likert 5-point scale was used, the SPSS version 24.0 was used as an empirical analysis tool to verify the hypothesis, descriptive statistics and reliability analysis were performed, and the mediating effect and moderating effect were analyzed using SPSS PROCESS macro 4.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was analyzed that the individual development of job rotation did not significantly affect job satisfaction. Second, it was found that work efficiency fully mediated the relationship between individual development of job rotation and job satisfaction. Finally, it was found that the interaction term between work efficiency and job overload had a negative effect on job satisfaction and had a moderated mediating effect.

  • To establish efficient e-government and to improve the quality of public services, online public services are in operation in every administrative organization. However, due to the lack of analysis and connection between each government organization, the satisfaction of the civil users has not been improved very much. This research presents the core components of Integrated Management Model for Public Services, which can minimize the time for processing public services and the expenses for administrative procedure, based on the example of N Ministry. For this purpose, it analyzes current process of the public services to find out underlying problems, deduces requirements for improvement, presents and implements the design principles of Integrated Management System for Public Services. The efficiency of this Integrated Management System was proven with the analysis from the viewpoints of civil users, internal service representatives, and their managers.
