  • 스마트폰 시장의 급격한 성장에 의해 모바일 애플리케이션의 사용이 증가함에 따라, 스마트기기들을 이용하여 기업의 업무에 사용할 수 있는 클라우드 기반의 모바일 오피스 시대가 도래하고 있다. 또한, 신속성이 동반된 효율적인 기업 업무 처리의 장점으로 인해 모바일 클라우드 시장이 매년 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 광범위한 분야에 적용 가능하기 때문에 여러 위협들이 존재 할 수 있으며, 그에 따른 적합한 보안기술 연구가 필수적이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 보안위협과 모바일 오피스 환경에서의 보안위협을 각각 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 융합된 두 환경에서 존재할 수 있는 보안위협을 각 요소별로 분석한다.

  • 전 세계적으로 유행하는 COVID-19(코로나19)로 인해 사람들은 대면 접촉을 피하게 되었고, 전염성이 높은 이유로 마스크의 착용이 의무화되고 있고, 이를 검사하는 업무가 증가하고 있다. 그래서, 인공지능 기술을 통해 업무를 도와줄 수 있는 출입자 통계와 출입자 마스크 착용 검사를 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 알고리즘을 활용한 출입자 통계와 마스크 착용 판별 시스템을 제시한다. 또한, 실시간 영상인식에 많이 활용되고 있는 YOLO-v3와 YOLO-v4, YOLO-Tiny 알고리즘을 데스크탑 PC와 Nvidia사의 Jetson Nano에 적용하여 알고리즘별 성능 비교를 통해 적합한 방법을 찾고 적용하였다.

Improvement Plan for Cadastral Surveying Fee Calculation Process (지적측량수수료 산정 공정의 개선방안)

  • This study was conducted to deduct the facing problems by analyzing the reflected computing environment of a cadastral surveying fee calculation process for all cadastral surveying items and suggest an improvement plan for the process, corresponding to the cadastral surveying environment. An analysis of the problems showed that the current cadastral surveying fee calculation process was complicated compared to other relevant fee calculation processes. Although work process has been improved due to the changes to current cadastral surveying technology and the digital cadastral management system, it has not been reflected. This article suggests simplifying the current universal nine-step process into a four-step process. In addition, the improvement plan for the improved work process with computer files to be applied before and after field surveys is suggested. The cadastral mapping process is divided into four steps to make it suitable for a computing environment and the corresponding process improvement plan is suggested.

  • 오늘날의 건설사업 환경은 차별화 ${\cdot}$ 정보화 ${\cdot}$ 특성화 ${\cdot}$ R&D등 지식과 기술 및 창의성을 바탕으로 한 창조적 결과물 생산으로의 요구를 확대하고 있다. 이러한 환경은 건설 사업을 수행하는 기술자 집단에게 사업수행의 미래 가치적 최적화를 위해 기획과 계획에서부터 시공과 유지관리 및 장기 지속가능성까지 보장하는 생애주기차원의 사업수행을 요구하는 것이기 때문에 사업의 타당성 분석에서부터 실시간 정보처리와 가치창조를 위한 사업수행 계획이 절대적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 국내 사업일정계획에서 적용하고 있거나 적용할 필요성이 있는 사업단계와 단계별 업무영역을 구분하고, 정보화 운영관리 방안을 분석함으로서 국내 건설 환경에 적합하고 신뢰성을 보장 할 수 있는 일정계획을 수립할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • As the effective use and strong protection of an organization's information resources are recognized as a condition for the growth of an organization, they are increasing technological and policy investments in IS(information security). However, information exposure can occur from external invasions such as hacking and incidents related to misuse and abuse by insiders. This study proposes a mechanism that considers the organizational environment and individual characteristics from the viewpoint of promoting employees' IS participation activities. In other words, the study presents the complex effects of organizational environmental factors (ethical leadership, IS collaborative communication) and personal factors (person-organization fit) on organization trust and IS voice behavior. We surveyed office workers who asked for IS-related business activities and tested hypotheses using 422 samples. As a result, ethical leadership influenced organization trust through collaborative communication, and organization trust strengthened IS voice behavior by having an interaction effect with person-organization fit. This study suggests direction for establishing an organizational environment for promoting IS-related activities by office workers, so it provides practical implications for organizations with goals related to internal information exposure control.

A Study on the uTradeHub Acceptance Factors Effecting upon the System Usefulness and User Satisfaction (uTradeHub 수용요인이 시스템 유용성과 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This research herein aims to assist maximizing performance of introduced systems by managing the acceptance factor of uTradeHub that is easily overlooked in the system installation process by trading companies aiming to install uTradeHub system in future by conducting the two following things: i) grasping factors affecting system usefulness and user satisfaction derived from uTradeHub acceptance factor, and ii) analyzing the effect relationship of system usefulness on user satisfaction at an inspection level of system usefulness and user satisfaction, since the uTradeHub system introduced for mid- and small-sized trading companies in export and import works in mid-2008. Proof analysis was conducted by using SPSS 19.0 statistic package on data of 112 effective responses collected through questionnaire surveys, whose results are as follows. First, the uTradeHub acceptance factors having a significant effect on system usefulness are relative advantage, easy of use, task adaptedness, support of CEO, maturity of IT infrastructures, and degree of education/training. Second, the uTradeHub acceptance factors having an effect on user satisfaction are relative advantages, task adaptedness, support of CEO, maturity of IT infrastructures, and degree of education/training. Third, system usefulness showed a significant effect on user satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the employment trends of autonomous automobile industry which is related to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Previously, big data of the employment trends were divided into skill field and task field. As a result, if a company was employed in the field of skill field, it was required to have talent in which personality traits and innovation traits were prominent. Second, if the task field is a production worker, it is desirable to have talented person with outstanding personality traits. In addition, if the task field is management, it has been confirmed that communication qualities require outstanding talent. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to use the data as a basic data for finding an effective employment strategy by identifying the characteristics of the talented person and considering the suitability of the tendency of hiring.

A Study on Perception and Attitudes of Health Workers Towards the Organization and Activities of Urban Health Centers (도시보건소 직원의 보건소 업무에 대한 인식 및 견해)

  • A survey was conducted to study perception and attitudes of health workers towards health center's activities and organization of health services, from August 15 to September 30, 1994. The study population was 310 health workers engaged in seven urban health centers in Taegu City area. A questionnaire method was used to collect data and response rate was 81.3 percent or 252 respondents. The following are summaries of findings: Profiles of study population: Health workers were predominantly female(62.3%); had college education(60.3%); and held medical and nursing positions(39.6%), technicians(30.6%) and public health/administrative positions(29.8%). Perceptions on health center's resources: Slightly more than a half(51.1%) of respondents expressed that physical facilities of the centers are inadequate; equipments needed are short(39.0%); human resource is inadequate(44.8%); and health budget allocated is insufficient(38.5%) to support the performance of health center's activities. Decentralization and health services: The majority revealed that the decentralization of government system would affect the future activities of health centers(51.9%) which may have to change. However, only one quarter of respondents(25.4%) seemed to view the decentralization positively as they expect that it would help perform health activities more effectively. The majority of the respondents(78.6%) insisted that the function and organization of the urban health centers should be changed. Target workload and job satisfaction: A large proportion (43.3%) of respondents felt that present target setting systems for various health activities are unrealistic in terms of community needs and health center's situation while only 11.1 percent responded it positively; the majority(57.5%) revealed that they need further training in professional fields to perform their job more effectively; more than one third(35.7%) expressed that they enjoy their professional autonomy in their job performance; and a considerable proportion (39.3%) said they are satisfied with their present work. Regarding the personnel management, more worker(47.3%) perceived it negatively than positive(11.5%) as most of workers seemed to think the personnel management practiced at the health centers is not fair or justly done. Health services rendered: Among health services rendered, health workers perceived the following services are most successfully delivered; they are, in order of importance, Tb control, curative services, and maternal and child health care. Such areas as health education, oral health, environmental sanitation, and integrated health services are needed to be strengthening. Regarding the community attitudes towards health workers, 41.3 percent of respondents think they are trusted by the community they serve. New areas of concern identified which must be included in future activities of health centers are, in order of priority, health care of elderly population, home health care, rehabilitation services, and such chronic diseases control programs as diabetes, hypertension, school health and mental health care. In conclusion, the study revealed that health workers seemed to have more negative perceptions and attitudes than positive ones towards organization and management of health services and activities performed by the urban health centers where they are engaged. More specifically, the majority of health workers studied revealed to have the following areas of health center's organization and management inadequate or insufficient to support effective performance of their health activities: Namely, physical facilities and equipments required are inadequate; human and financial resources are insufficient; personnel management is unsatisfactory; setting of service target system is unrealistic in terms of the community needs. However, respondents displayed a number of positive perceptions, particularly to those areas as further training needs and implementation of decentralization of government system which will bring more autonomy of local government as they perceived these change would bring the necessary changes to future activities of the health center. They also displayed positive perceptions in their job autonomy and have job satisfactions.

  • This research analyzes the weaknesses of domestic spectacle industry and applies RFID, which is a wireless-based automated sensering technology, as an alternative scheme. As a first step to explain RFID and apply it to spectacle industry, it presents the middleware that will process compiled information, sensering items along with suitable tags for them, and through inventory controlling and GPS service, it's goal is to achieve an embodiment of integrated system for spectacle industry by maximizing work efficiency.

  • Venture capital invests the necessary capital and supports management and technology in promising small and medium-sized venture companies in the early stages of start-up with promising technology and excellent manpower. It plays a role as a key player in the venture ecosystem that realizes profits by collecting the investment through various means after growth. Venture capital's job is to recruit various investors(LPs) to invest in small and medium-sized venture companies with growth potential through the formation of venture investment funds, and to collect investment as companies grow, distribute and reinvest. The main tasks of venture capitalists, which play the most important role in venture investment, are finding promising companies, corporate analysis and evaluation, investment screening, follow-up management, and investment recovery. Venture capital's success indicators are fund formation and return on investment, and venture capitalists are rewarded with annual salary, performance-based incentive, and promotion with work performance such as investment, exit, and fund formation. Compared to the recent rapidly growing venture investment market, investment manpower is insufficient, and venture capital is making great efforts to foster manpower and establish infrastructure and systems for long-term service, but research has been conducted mainly from a quantitative perspective. Accordingly, this study aims to empirically analyzed the impact of investment experience, delegation of authority, job fit, and peer relationships on fund formation and return on investment according to the characteristics of the venture capital industry. The results of these empirical studies suggested that future venture capital needs a job environment and manpower operation strategy so that venture capitalists with high job fit and investment experience can work for a long time.
