Construction companies are trying to apply process management to their business to improve efficiency in business circumstance of high competition and globalization. Since 1990s, construction firms adopted process management to improve internal and external business structure based on process. It however has a few improvement functions. In addition, business support systems for business process efficiency improvement were developed, but separation between business process and IT system occurred because it focused on function-based individual construction and data input/output. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process and IT integration model for supporting user to use business information and system based on visualized business process and improving use of previous business support system. Business efficiency is expected to be improved with this model which based on integration required business condition(stakeholder, business data, functions of business supporting system). This study developved process model, architecture, and BPA of whole construction management business. According to BPA, it analyzed business process stakeholder, detail activities, and input-output data. And also it examined 12 main business supporting system of Korean construction firms. Based on analyzed data, this study developed business process supporting integration model based on business process through PDCA and CRUD analysis.

Business Process Management (BPM) System is a software system to support an efficient execution, control and management of business processes. The system automates complex business processes and manages them effectively to raise productivity. Traditional commercial systems mainly focus on automating processes and do not have methods for enhancing process performances and task performer's efficiency. Therefore, there is room for enhancement of task performers' productivities and efficiency of business processes. In this paper, we propose a new method of executing business processes more efficiently in that a whole process is scheduled considering the degree of participants' workload. The method allows managing the largest constraints among constituent resources of the process. This method is based on the DBR (Drum-Buffer-Rope) in TOC (Theory of Constraints) concepts. We first consider the differences between business process models and DBR application models, and then develop the modified drum, buffer and rope. This leads us to develop BP-DBR (Business Process-DBR) that can control the proper size of task performers' work list and arrival rate of process instances. Use of BP-DBR improves the efficiency of the whole process as well as participants' working condition. We then carry out a set of simulation experiments and compare the effectiveness of our approach with that of the scheduling techniques used in existing systems.

워크플로우 관리 시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스를 자동화하여 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 등장한 개념이다. 초기에는 비교적 작은 규모의 업무현장에서 활용되었으나, 업무환경의 급속한 변화에 따라 점차 자동화해야 하는 프로세스의 규모가 확대되고 있다. 즉, 단순히 하나의 사업장에서의 프로세스 자동화가 아닌 좀더 복잡한 업무 환경에서도 활용 가능한 프로세스 자동화 개념이 요구되고 있으며, 이에 따라 기존의 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 개념을 확장해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 빠르게 변화하는 기업 환경에 효과적으로 대처하기 위하여 기업 내 업무시스템들을 손 쉽게 비즈니스 프로세스 관점에서 통합할 수 있는 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 이를 위한 기반 기술로 XML 을 사용하였으며 통합할 시스템들 간에 사용할 통신 프로토콜로는 HTTP 를 이용하였다.

Recently, interests in the notion of PKMS(Process based on Knowledge Management System) utilizing BPMS(Business Process Management System) and KMS(Knowledge Management System) have been significantly increased. Specially, most public organizations require their own effective knowledge management strategies since public business service needs various knowledge types. Based on a comprehensive framework that reflects lifecycle requirements of KMS and BPMS, we propose an PKMS system architecture, which performs step-by-step knowledge-providing strategy in public organization. To propose a PKMS architecture, this paper first investigates inter-relationships between public business and various knowledge types, and classifies knowledge types into three groups and then we suggest knowledge management strategies considering priority order among knowledge groups. Based on the proposed knowledge management, a PKMS system architecture can combine the advantages of the KM and BPM paradigms. This paper presents the PKMS system applied to employment insurance business part in real environment and demonstrated the advantages via inter-relationships between KM and BPM requirements.

최근 다양한 업무형태가 등장함에 따라 특정업종이나 기업을 대상으로 기업간 비즈니스에 대란 정보시스템 구현 및 업무 프로세스 리엔지니어링을 통한 혁신을 지원해 줄 수 있는 체계의 도입 및 구현에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 기업이 해당 업무의 정보시스템 구현과 업무의 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서는 현행 업무프로세스에 대한 표준화가 중요란 사항이나, 현재 기업간 업무에 대해서는 이를 뒷받침 해줄 수 있는 프로세스 및 데이터의 분류와 분석을 위한 통합화, 표준화 작업이 부족한 상태이며, 이를 기반으로 이루어지는 업종별 핵심 기능 프로세스에 대란 표준화와 개발 분야도 미비한 실정이다. 특히 보편적으로 기업간 업무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 경우 이러한 업종내 업무프로세스의 표준을 체계화 하는 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 최근 매우 활성화 되고있는 프랜차이즈 산업의 경우 프랜차이즈 비즈니스의 특성상 경영효율을 높이기 위해 본사의 관리 통제 하에 운영되고 있으며, 상품도 본사에 의해 통일적, 정형적으로 기획되는 둥 프랜차이즈 비즈니스 특유의 경영 특질을 갖고 있다. 그러나 업무에 대란 표준화가 되어 있지 않은 상태에서 프랜차이즈를 운영한다면 본사차원에서는 오히려 인원과 경비만 늘어 프랜차이즈의 가장 큰 장점인 다점화의 장점이 없어지게 되고, 프랜차이즈 사업을 하고자하는 가맹점 입장에서도 프로세스의 차이와 비표준에서 오는 혼란인 많아 이를 쉽고, 체계적으로 접근 딸 수 잇는 표준 프로세스 작업의 필요성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 보편적으로 기업간 업무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 프랜차이즈 산업을 대상으로 기업정보시스템 구현 및 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

워크플로우 관리시스템(WfMS: Workflow Management System)은 업무 프로세스를 컴퓨터에 의해 정의, 실행 및 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어 시스템이다. WfMS에서는 업무 프로세스의 로직을 컴퓨터가 이해 가능한 언어로 표현하므로 다수의 사용자가 이기종의 분산된 환경에서 참여하는 업무 흐름을 관리 하는데에는 효율적이나 지식경영 측면에서의 지원은 미약하다. 본 연구에서는 WfMS 구조하에서 효과적인 지식 관리를 위해 인공지능 기법의 하나인 사례기반추론(CBR: Case Based Reasoning)을 활용하여 업무 흐름상에서 발생하는 지식을 생성, 저장, 추출되도록 하는 업무 지원 시스템을 개발한다. 지식의 생성을 위해 폼 기반 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 활용하고 CBR 엔진은 제약 조건의 형태로 이뤄지는 쿼리에 대해 유사 사례 추출을 담당한다. 사례 베이스의 저장 형식은 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 이용한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 업무 지원 시스템을 활용함으로써 업무 조정자만으로서의 WfMS의 한계를 벗어나 지식경영 도구로서의 WfMS를 기대할 수 있다.

워크플로우 관리 시스템은 조직의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 효율적인 업무 프로세스를 정의하고 이를 관리하며 업무 분석의 최적화를 이룰 수 있도록 지원하는데 목적이 있다. 워크플로우 시스템은 기업 내의 업무 프로세스를 진행하는 데 있어 시스템/애플리케이션 상호간의 데이터의 교환과 더불어 각 업무에 대한 흐름을 어떤 시정 또는 어떤 이벤트에 따라서 어디에서 어디로 업무가 진행되어야 하는지를 정의하고 운용할 수 있는 기능을 담당한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시스템과 애플리케이션 상호간의 데이터 교환을 위한 데이터 연동 방법의 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 구현한다.

PDM(Product Data Management)은 제품의 개념정의에서부터 연구개발, 생산, 서비스에 이르는 전 과정에 걸쳐 관련된 모든 제품 정보를 협업을 통해 생성, 관리, 사용하도록 지원하는 일련의 프로세스를 의미한다. PDM 시스템 구축의 일차적 목적은 제품 관련 데이터의 정합성을 확보하여 데이터 관리의 효율성을 제고하고, 업무프로세스의 개선 및 표준화로 부가가치 창출에 기여하는 것이다. 특히 제품의 연구 개발 프로세스 전반에 걸친 제품정보의 공유를 통해 연구개발 부서와 기타 업무부서간 협업적 업무 프로세스의 구축을 촉진함으로써 R&D 경쟁력 확보에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 의료기기 제조업체의 PDM 구축사례를 소개함으로써 R&D 경쟁력 확보를 위한 PDM의 효용성에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 본 연구의 사례에서는 PDM 시스템 구축을 통해 BOM 관리, 도면 및 설계변경 관리, 문서 관리 등에 소요되는 시간의 $30\sim70%$ 가량을 단축하였으며, 연간 $3\sim5%$ 가량의 재료비 절감이라는 효과를 거두었다. 본 사례연구의 결과가 PDM 도입 시 실질적인 지침을 수립하는데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 효과적인 PDM 구축절차 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

The embodiment of working process fitting in characteristics of business each other in ERP system is indispensable factor. But, general ERP system is not so much profitable for the way of production management of footwear of domestic midge and small company that is dependant on most of the way of OEM production. Therefore, the development of ERP system fitted for present situation of the footwear manufacturing companies is necessary. For this, first, the business process for footwear production, for development of this system, have to be standardize and second, the model of Integrated system process based on standard business process have to be design for programming. In this paper, we proposed a method to build up standard business process and execute BPP in the point of the foundation for introduction and development of the resource planning systems only used by production of footwear and suited to the way of production management of the domestic companies manufacturing footwear. With this, we presented a process model of resource planning systems for footwear production. This study is focused on construction of integrated process model for production resource planning of ERP subsystems and the integrated process model consist of 13 modules.

제조업에서 신제품을 개발하는 데 있어 제품개발의 초기부터 제품의 라이프 싸이클 내내 일관된 개발 프로세스로 개발을 지원하고 관리할 수 있게 하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 또, 이러한 프로세스를 유기적으로 관리할 수 있는 In-House System을 특정 제조업체에서 개발 하기에는 어려운게 우리나라의 실정이었다. 다행히 전사 자원관리 시스템(Enterprise Resource Planning)의 출현으로 연구 개발 업무를 제외한 거의 모든 부분의 프로세스 관리가 용이하게 되어 기업이 추구하는 CALS로 다가갈 수 있는 가능성이 열리게 되었다. 당사에서는 이러한 CALS의 정의와 기업의 니즈에 부응하기 위해 연구개발 업무의 CALS 지원 시스템인 EIM (Engineering Information Management)을 개발하여 이를 ERP와 통합하여 글로발 기업화의 Infra 구축을 가능케 하고자 한다.
