기업에서 도입하여 활용하고 있는 지식관리시스템(KMS)의 목적은 다양한 정보와 지식을 다자간공유를 통하여 업무를 효율적으로 지원하는 데에 목적이 있었으나, 지식의 축적과 활용방법이 용이하지 않다는 문제점으로 활용도가 점차 낮아지는 경우가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 지식의 활용을 높이기 위하여, 보다 용이한 지식의 축적 방안과 업무를 수행하면서 적절한 때 요구되는 지식을 적시에 보여줄 수 있도록 하는, 업무에 지식을 결합시키는 방안을 제시하였다. 업무에 기반한 지식관리체계를 국내/외 사례를 통해 설명하고, Valtech Consulting에서 2009년 모공공기관의 프로젝트를 수행하며 직접 구현한 업무지원 시스템에 Embed된 Micro-KMS 사례를 소개하였다.

유무선 통합의 인터넷 환경을 지원하는 모바일 응용 서버는 휴대폰, PDA, PC 등 다양한 단말 종류를 타겟으로 한번 저작된 동일한 컨텐츠를 단말기 종류에 상관없이 지원할 수 있다. 모바일 응용 서버로 구축된 비즈니스 업무를 이용하는 사용자는 무선 인터넷의 간헐적 단절성, 업무의 긴급성, 표현 장치 및 입력 장치의 적절성, 업무의 이동성 등을 고려하여 적절한 단말 장치를 임의로 선택하여 비즈니스 업무를 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 이러한 비즈니스 업무들은 단말기 종류가 변하더라도 이전의 단말기에서 처리하였던 내용을 계속 이어 받아 업무를 진행시켜야 한다. 단일 단말기를 이용할 때에 페이지 간의 작업 내용을 저장하는 방식으로 세션 객체를 이용하는 방식이 널리 사용된다. 그러나 세션 객체는 유선 인터넷상의 단일 단말기만을 대상으로 만들어진 것이기 때문에 단말기를 변경하는 경우에는 세션을 이용할 수 없는 단점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중 단발기간에 세션 전이를 가능하게 하여 세션 객체에 저장되어 있는 정보를 다중 단말기간에 공유하는 방법에 대한 설계 내용 및 구현 상황에 대해 논하겠다.

ITSM 시스템을 구축 시 서비스 지원(Service Support)영역과 서비스 공급(Service Delivery) 부분과 동일하게 보안관리 영역을 지원하기에 보안관리 업무의 성숙도를 효율적으로 측정하였다. 보안관리 영역의 성숙도측정은 업무담당자의 인터뷰를 거쳐 업무성숙도를 측정, 결과분석 및 To-Be모델을 계획하였다. 업무성숙도의 측정은 9개도메인과 63개의 세부항목으로 구성하였으며 각 세부항목별 가중치와 기준점수를 부여하여 각 조직구성원들 개인의 보안업무 비중도, 보안업무의 성숙도를 함께 측정하였다.

본 논문에서는 교무업무지원시스템의 하나인 WDCMS(웹기반데이터취합관리시스템)를 학교현장에 실제로 적용시켜 봄으로써, ICT(정보통신기술) 기반으로 일하는 방식을 개선하고 일상적으로 반복되고 중복되는 업무에서 탈피하고 지금까지 모든 내ㆍ외부 문서처리(공문, 비 공문서)의 수작업과 결재과정의 시간과 인적자원의 낭비를 개선함은 물론 업무의 정확성 및 효율성을 높여 신속한 업무처리로 교원의 업무 경감과 교사의 주된 업무인 교수 ㆍ학습활동에 전념 할 수 있도록 교육 여건을 개선하고, 나아가 교육 정보 자료의 효과적인 관리 및 활용으로 경쟁력 있는 선진교육 환경을 구축하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 지속적인 상황인지 작업이 요구되어 업무 피로도가 매우 높은 선박교통관제 업무의 업무 부하 저감을 위해 관제맥락 정보를 활용한 의사결정지원 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안하는 의사결정지원 시스템은 선박교통관제에 활용되는 다양한 정보들을 정량화하여 사실 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 여기에 선박교통관제에 활용되는 비정형의 규칙들을 정형화하여 적용함으로써 의사결정에 필요한 정보를 도출할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 여러 단계로 추상화된 관제맥락정보를 생성 및 적용할 수 있도록 하여 고수준의 논리 적용이 가능하도록 함으로써 선박교통관제 규칙 생성이 용이하도록 하였다.

본 연구에서는 기업에서의 e-Learning학습을 지원하기 위한 SNS기반의 소통 형 학습 및 협업 학습 지원 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 e-Learning시스템에서 학습하고 평가하는 것을 넘어 SNS상에서 학습자 간 토론과 소통으로 학습자에게 보다 효과적인 학습환경을 제공하고 있다. 또한 학습자는 학습이 업무에 반영될 수 있도록 실제 학습자 업무 조직 별 토론과 팀 과제를 통해 실행 방법과 계획을 수립하게 함으로써 보다 효과적으로 학습이 업무에 활용될 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. SNS기반의 소통 형 학습시스템은 학습자에게 학습동기부여를 제공하여 보다 능동적인 학습참여를 유도하여 학습을 지원하고 있다.

Emotional labor is now emphasized as a very important concept not only for private companies but also for public servants who perform public affairs in public institutions, but relatively theoretical research is lacking. The purpose of this study is to examine the negative effects of the surface acting on emotional labor and to examine the moderating effect of social support to reduce it. As for the social support, we distinguished between POS support and supervisor support. Furthermore, we found that any support among POS and supervisor support has a large effect on the relationship between surface acting and emotional exhaustion. In order to verify this research model and hypothesis, we conducted 250 employees who perform civil affairs in public institutions. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that surface acting had a very significant effect on emotional exhaustion. The increase in emotional exhaustion due to the incongruity between inner emotions and display emotions appeared to be the same as the results of research on existing private companies. Second, both POS and supervisor support significantly reduce the relationship between surface acting and emotional exhaustion. Third, the moderating effect of POS and supervisor support showed that the control effect of superiors' support was stronger, so that the surface act reduced the influence of emotional exhaustion more strongly. The results of this study refer to the importance of emotional labor education for civil servants performing civil affairs. In addition, it suggests that various programs should be provided to relieve emotional exhaustion and stress of civil service officials. In addition, it suggests a more aggressive organizational support design for high-level POS.

This paper describes the result of a case study for developing an expert system framework in order to support Korean Army tactical C4I system. Korean Army had developed an expert system, STAFS(Situation & Threat Assessment Fusion Expert System), for supporting field intelligence analysis activities which has been implemented through traditional manual process inside the division level combat briefing room. STAFS, however, has serious limitations for supporting combat commander's decision making processes because of its limited capabilities, since the system had been developed for supporting only intelligence analysis function rather than for integrated combat decision making processes inside the combat briefing room. Thus, this paper proposed an integrated expert system framework for supporting the commander's decision making by addressing various activities implemented in the briefing room.

Environmental Sensitivity Index Map(ESI Map) is useful information for efficient and prompt contolling of oil spill accident. Environmental sensitivity information relating to oil spill is very various, so efficient access and utilization for environmental sensitivity information at control field is required. In order to improve the efficiency of controlling accident at the field, it is necessary to building digital ESI Map and GIS program. In this study, GIS database was built to utilize environmental sensitivity information at Yeosu and Gyunggi bay. And the ESI Map program which is focused on the control job was developed. IMO/IPIECA's guide to make the ESI Map and Korea Coast Guard's guide to collect information for the control information map were referenced to capture environmental sensitivity data and build GIS database. The symbology of environmental sensitivity layers was defined and functions for supporting control job were implemented in ESI Map program. For the future works, the program in this study could be applied to ESI Map program for the whole coastal area of Korea and it could be the essential element technology in marine pollution control supporting system.

1999년 수립된 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템 기본계획에서 제시된 목표시스템과 비교를 통하여 현재 운영되고 있는 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템(WAMIS)과 물관리정보유통시스템(WINS), 통합홍수관리시스템에 수문정보관리시스템, 하천정보관리시스템, 실시간하천수관리시스템, 수자원 계획수립 업무지원시스템, 정책결정지원시스템을 추가하여 8개 시스템의 통합 데이터 모형으로 구성된 수자원정보화의 기본모형을 수립하였다. 향후 목표로 하고 있는 8개 시스템의 통합 데이터 모형을 제시하였고, 각각의 개별 시스템에 대한 목적, 대상업무, 대상업무와 자료와의 관계, 시스템 모형 및 데이터 모형 등을 수립하여 제시하였으며, 이를 달성하기 위한 세부 추진방향을 도출하였다. 수자원정보화에 대한 목표시스템을 구축함으로써 수자원 관련 정보화의 업무기능과 분야별 정보화 시스템의 기능이 제시될 수 있으며, 이를 토대로 정보화 관련 국가 수자원 정책을 지속적이고 체계적으로 추진해 나갈 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
