현재의 대부분의 기업에서는 효율적인 자원관리와 정보유통을 위해 그룹웨어 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 대부분의 그룹웨어 시스템에서는 전자결제, 정보공유, 문서관리의 기업일반적 또는 보편적 업무에 안는 시스템이 대부분이다. 따라서 각 기업에 맞는 전문적 업무지원을 위해서는 다른 추가 시스템 도입이 필요하며, 시스템 도입에 따른 비용이 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 선박업 관련 T컨설팅업체의 그룹웨어에 선박정보관리의 전문적 업무 지원이 가능하도록 설계, 구현하였으며 이 시스템은 추가 시스템 도입에 따른 비용발생과 자원낭비를 줄이고 기존 그룹웨어 시스템에 업무지원까지 가능하도록 통합한 형태의 시스템이다.

본 연구는 환적화물을 처리하는 모선사, 피더선사, 하주 등의 항만물류주체의 업무처리 생산성과 효율성을 제고하기 위한 정보시스템, Transhipment Container Handling System (TCHS)을 제시하였다. 국내의 환적화물에 대한 업무처리는 일반적으로 선사와 피더선사간의 환적화물계약업무 모선사의 환적화물을 피더선사에게 할당하는 업무, 마지막으로 미처 할당되지 못한 모선사의 환적화물과 피더선박의 잔여 선복을 거래하는 업무와 같이 3부분으로 구분된다. 그런데, 현재 이러한 업무를 처리함에 있어 개별적인 접촉과 적절한 정보시스템이 지원되지 않아서 많은 비용, 노력, 시간이 소비되고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 환적업무에 관련된 항만물류주체의 요구조사를 통해 환적화물업무를 처리함에 있어 생산성과 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 정보시스템을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템은 현행 거래를 유지하면서, 각 업무의 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 시스템으로 온라인 계약지원시스템, 자동할당시스템, 협상기반 e-Marketplace 시스템으로 구성된다.

조직의 업무활동에서 IT기술을 이용한 업무지원시스템의 필요성에 대해서는 이제 더 이상 논의가 필요가 없을 정도로 필수적 요소로 자리 잡았다. 최근에는 업무지원시스템을 웹기반으로 개발하여 원격지에서도 쉽게 접속하여 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 이러한 웹기반 업무지원시스템 개발을 위해서는 기존 HTML기반 웹의 한계를 극복하기 위한 개념으로 풍부한 사용자화면(UI)을 구현하기 위해 X-internet 관련기술을 이용해 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비영리 연구기관인 대구기계부품 연구원이 2006년 2월부터 2007년 2월까지 1년간 개발한 통합업무지원시스템의 구축배경과 과정, 정보시스템 개발결과 등을 소개하고자 한다. 이 프로젝트는 전체 목표시스템 구성으로 봤을 때 1단계 구축이 끝난 상태이며 전체적인 구축 및 운영성과에 대한 평가는 향후 시스템을 운영하면서 좀 더 자세한 분석과 연구가 필요할 것이다.

최근 WWW의 기하급수적인 성장과 더불어 인터넷 서비스를 통한 정보 획득과 공유 및 원격 시스템 접속을 통한 인터넷 응용 처리 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고, 이는 학습과 교수 업무지원 분야에서도 용용되고 있다. 특히 교수를 위한 복잡한 학교 업무의 관리와 학습자료 및 업무 자료를 지원하기 위해서는 확장성과 호환성, 편의성을 제공하는 XML 형태의 전자문서가 제공되어져야 한다. 따라서 웹을 기반으로 다수의 교수자들이 교수 업무 지원을 위해 XML 문서를 효율적으로 작성하고 공유할 수 있는 적절한 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 웹 상에서 XML 문서의 효과적인 생성과 검색 및 의도된 문서를 재사용 가능하도록 제공함으로써 교수자의 다양한 요구 사항을 융통성있게 수용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 XML 문서 제공을 위한 교수 지원 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통해서 교수자들은 XML 문서를 효율적으로 생성, 등록, 수정하고 또한 문서를 대화적으로 검색하고 이해하며, 다양한 형태의 문서를 획득할 수 있다. 따라서 교수 지원시 업무처리의 효율성과 작성된 XML 문서의 재사용성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

Construction companies are trying to apply process management to their business to improve efficiency in business circumstance of high competition and globalization. Since 1990s, construction firms adopted process management to improve internal and external business structure based on process. It however has a few improvement functions. In addition, business support systems for business process efficiency improvement were developed, but separation between business process and IT system occurred because it focused on function-based individual construction and data input/output. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process and IT integration model for supporting user to use business information and system based on visualized business process and improving use of previous business support system. Business efficiency is expected to be improved with this model which based on integration required business condition(stakeholder, business data, functions of business supporting system). This study developved process model, architecture, and BPA of whole construction management business. According to BPA, it analyzed business process stakeholder, detail activities, and input-output data. And also it examined 12 main business supporting system of Korean construction firms. Based on analyzed data, this study developed business process supporting integration model based on business process through PDCA and CRUD analysis.

Korean Government Budget Supports for startups have been spiked and resulted in increasing the number and scaling up Startup Accelerating managers. It have skyrocketed the strong demand for their qualified roles. However, unclear role description and gap between required role and their capability have discouraged startup manager's self-efficacy resulted in declining their full commitment and causing poor role performance. The focus of this research falls on empirical analysis to the effect of startup accelerating manager's capability characteristics on their full commitment and performance to start-up support groups. This research is expected to deliver diverse policy alternatives to build up manager's core competencies to accelerate their self-efficacy leading their full role commitments and finally pushing up policy performance. In addition, this research will found more strong literature review for the following researches in this emerging fields. This research is brought four highlighting results with respect to four research problems. First, it propose proper concept of startup accelerating manager based upon its legal entitlement. Second, it drive required core competencies of manager for successful their accountability. Third, it analyze the unique features of startup accelerating manger's capabilities against business incubation manger. Fourth, it empirically analyze in coming with government startup funding, the effect of self-efficacy including employment status, job environment, etc. on their organizational commitment and job performance. This research reveal the required unique core competencies of manger into founder sourcing ability, project managing ability, startup proving and pivoting ability, consulting ability for successful investment raising. As of this empirical research results, First, manager's ability have positively effect on their job performance, full commitment, and self-efficacy. Second, self-efficacy have a mediating effect on manager's ability, job performance, full commitment. This research derive key policy implication of requiring to build up more accelerating ability, of manager from the basics to advance level by customized and algorithm based traing program. This accelerating ability buildup program will not only surge self-efficacy of manger resulting in making full commitment and better job performance, but also devote to categorizing the unique new feature and position of manger as seed investment and supporter.

최근 인터넷이 급속히 성장함에 따라 웹을 기반으로 한 학습이 활발히 진행되고 있고, 또한 학교 업무의 효율화를 지원하기 위한 분야에서도 웹이 응용되고 있다. 특히 웹에서 교수를 위한 복잡한 학교 업무의 관리와 학습자료 및 업무 자료를 지원하기 위해서는 확장성과 호환성, 편의성을 가진 XML 형태의 문서가 제공되어져야 한다. 따라서 교수 업무 지원을 위해 XML 문서의 정보들을 효율적이고 정확하게 이용하기 위해 이들 문서를 적절하게 분류하고 저장, 검색하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 XML로 작성된 교수 업무 지원 문서의 저장과 검색을 위한 선행작업으로서, 일반적인 메타 데이터와 DTD 데이터를 정의하고, 이렇게 정의된 데이터를 이용하여 패싯 검색과 구조기반 검색, 키워드 검색을 제공함으로써 사용자는 원하는 문서를 쉽게 검색한 수 있다. 따라서 이를 통해 교수 업무 지원 문서들을 웹 상에서 효율적이고 정확하게 저장하며, 사용자가 원하는 문서를 정확하고 신속하게 검색할 수 있게 하고자 한다.

본 논문의 목적은 중소기업 정보화 물결로 도입된 ERP 사용 중 당면하게 되는 유지보수 요청에 대한 효율적 지원체계를 ERP공급 기업 입장에서 마련하여 ERP 사용효과를 극대화 하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위하여 본 연구에서는 국내 ERP 공급기업 사례를 중심으로 지원체계의 합리적 기준안을 사례로 참조하였다. 그리고 기업의 전통적이고도 관행적인 그동안의 비즈니스 프로세스와 ERP에서 제시하는 비즈니스 프로세스와의 업무적 차이를 유지보수 지원이라는 과정을 통하여 중소기업의 업무혁신이 자연스럽게 흡수되도록 하였다. 효율적 지원체계 연구 과정 중 누락되거나 미흡한 부분이 일부 있었으나 ERP 공급기업과 ERP 도입 기업이 당면한 우선적인 과제라 생각되어 현재의 사후지원 방안보다 신속한 유지보수관리가 적용되는 방안을 연구하였다. 이 개선 방안은 다음의 두 가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 유지보수 지원절차를 개선하여 ERP 도입기업의 지원요청이 ERP공급 기업의 지식 DB로 구축되도록 하는 것이다. 둘째, 지원요청 발생 가능한 사항을 ERP 도입 기업에게 사전 제공함으로써 자체 장애해결 능력을 부여하여 ERP 사용효율을 향상시키도록 하는 것이다. 본 논문은 ERP의 효율적 유지보수 지원체계를 정리한 것으로서 연구과정 중 나타난 문제점 들을 점차 개선하고 사후관리관련 구성원들이 보다 전문성을 갖추어서 문제처리에 대한 일관성과 신속성을 갖추게 된다면 ERP 도입기업의 ERP 사용효율을 높여주어 정보화를 통한 기업경쟁력이 더욱 강화될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to clarity the effect of job autonomy, innovative work behaviors and perceived organizational support on organizational performance. To attain this goal, mediation analysis, moderation analysis and moderated mediation analysis were performed. 198 valid questionnaires from China Tianjin City's logistics enterprises were analyzed with SPSS Macro program. The results indicated that: (1) perceived organizational support's moderating effect existed in the relationship between job autonomy and innovative work behaviors, (2) innovative behaviors' mediated effect existed in the relationship between job autonomy and organizational performance, (3) perceived organizational support's moderated mediation effect is existing in the relationship between job autonomy, innovative behaviors and organizational performance. That is to say, the strength of the mediated effect decreased along with levels of perceived organizational support: stronger job autonomy relationship when perceived organizational support was weak.

국내에서는 장기 경기침체로 인해 여성들이 창업시장에 도전하는 경우가 많아지고 있으며, 더 나아가 여성창업자들을 위한 민관중심의 창업지원 프로그램이 창업지원센터를 중심으로 시행중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 여성창업자들이 창업을 통해 성과를 달성하는데 필요한 여러 가지 요인들이 있는데, 개인적인 역량이나 업무적인 역량외에 여성만의 가지고 있는 특징을 독립변수로 선택하여 여성기업의 창업성과를 검증하고자 한다. 여기에 창업기업들에게 정부가 지원하는 정책적인 요인도 조절효과로 추가하여 여성창업자의 창업성과를 조사하였다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 총 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였는데 설문에 참여하여 답한 내용중 일부가 누락되었거나 부정확한 표기를 한 설문을 제외하고 실질적으로 총 212명의 여성창업자들을 대상으로 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 설문을 통해 결과치를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 여성창업자 개인의 특성에 따라 창업성과에 (+) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성창업자의 업무적 특성인 독창성, 아이디어, 자원분배역량, 지도역량, 네트워크 구축, 인맥확보등이 여성창업자의 창업성과에 모두 정 (+) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성창업자만의 특성인 경력단절 유무와 결혼유무에 대해서는 회귀분석을 통한 나타난 결과는 창업성과와 무관하다는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조절효과인 정부의 창업지원정책은 여성의 창업성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나 그 효과가 여성창업자의 다른 독립변수를 능가할 만한 효과로 나타나지는 않아서 정부의 여성창업자에 대한 정책지원이 좀 더 보강되고 확장되어야만 창업의 성과가 더 높아질 수 있음을 시사한 것이다.
