Block chain technology is one of the core elements for realizing the 4^th industrial revolution, and many efforts have been made by government and companies to provide services based on block chain technology. In this study we analyzed the benefits of block chain technology for EVMS and designed EVMS block chain platform with increased data security and work efficiency for project management data, which are important assets in monitoring progress, foreseeing future events, and managing post-completion. We did the case studies on the benefits of block chain technology and then conducted the survey study on security, reliability, and efficiency of block chain technology, targeting 18 block chain experts and project developers. And then, we interviewed EVMS system operator on the compatibility between block chain technology and EVM Systems. The result of the case studies showed that block chain technology can be applied to financial, logistic, medical, and public services to simplify the insurance claim process and to improve reliability by distributing transaction data storage and applying security·encryption features. Also, our research on the characteristics and necessity of block chain technology in EVMS revealed the improvability of security, reliability, and efficiency of management and distribution of EVMS data. Finally, we designed a network model, a block structure, and a consensus algorithm model and combined them to construct a conceptual block chain model for EVM system. This study has the following contribution. First, we reviewed that the block chain technology is suitable for application in the defense sector and proposed a conceptual model. Second, the effect that can be obtained by applying block chain technology to EVMS was derived, and the possibility of improving the existing business process was derived.

It is widely recognized that the value of travel time (VOT) plays an important role both in choosing the transportation alternatives on an individual level, and in analyzing and evaluating transportation plans and other public policy makings on a collective level. There is, however, a great deal of difficulties to correctly estimate the VOT. In addition, although there are lots of methods to estimate the VOT so for, not many recommendations have been presented to reflect the localities associated with the VOT derivation in Korea. This study aims at deriving the VOT for different trip purposes and travel modes with their significances tested. To accomplish this purposes, a logit-based travel mode choice model based on revealed preference (RP) data has been formulated, calibrated using the discrete choice model of LIMDEP package for various trip purpose models. For each trip purpose and travel mode, the VOT has been calculated along with the significance testing of the derived VOTs. From the results given in this research, the VOTs for different purposes and modes are identified different, and they are statistically significant. The updated results here in this paper may be a yardstick in evaluating the transportation plans and policies by providing more detailed VOT information for different categories, especially in urban context.

중국심천 삼성코닝 프로젝트 (SSG Expansion Project)는 전문적인 건설인력이 없는 발주처를 대신하여 설계단계에서 최종 턴 오버(turn over)까지 건설 전 과정에 대하여 CM을 수행한 사례로서 한국기업이 중국에서의 CM 업무를 성공적으로 수행한 대표적인 사례이며, 대규모 공장건설에 있어 건설과 생산설비의 설치에 대한 종합적인 공정관리와 설계, 시공을 동시에 수행하는 Fast Track 방식에서 범할 수 있는 설계오류 및 풀질저하에 대한 사전 예측관리, 현지의 건설특성에 적합한 각종 공법 및 요소기술의 제시를 통한 시공성 향상, 원가절감, 공기단축에 기여로 유사 프로젝트 대비 4개월 이상 단축하여 성공적으로 제품을 생산하는 성과를 달성한 사례이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 각 단계별 주요 CM업무 수행현황 및 중국건설의 특징을 고찰하고, 한국기업의 중국 CM시장 진출 가능성과 진출을 위한 사전준비에 필요한 사업 단계별 유의사항에 대한 검토를 목적으로 한다. 국내 건설경기가 침체되어 있는 현재 본 연구를 통하여 중국 건설현황에 대한 올바른 이해와 중국 CM시장의 진출 및 성공에 밑거름이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

Role-based Access Control (RBAC) model appears to be the most appropriate technique for access control to minimize the errors likely to occur in managing users and network resources. In this paper, we introduced the Work-concept RBAC model that is the result of the Work concept imported to the role based access control model. Using our extended access control model a user could select a work which is more abstract and more inclusive concept than role to do his work. Additionally even if the user has an authority through selecting a work, if a user has no relation to his assigned job, it will be automatically prohibited.

According to the report, the World Economic Forum predicted that by 2020, more than 5.3 million jobs will be lost. Among them are accountants and tax accountants as well. Accountancy is a professional practice, accounting for management consulting, accounting audit, and management consultancy, and tax accountant duties are a professional profession that carries out duties such as tax returns and tax laws. Therefore, this study proposes a method to build transparent and safe tax and accounting information by increasing the efficiency of tax and accounting work by building a block chaining accounting and tax information suitable for the fourth industrial revolution era.

Smartwork is future-oriented work-environment to bring swift business transaction and convenient for users. In domestic and foreign various countries, It's already prompting introduction of smartwork. Users process work to access frequently from the outside in smartwork that's a similar client/server environment to existing Cloud Computing environment. Necessary of user authentication is increasing to be solvable to security vulnerability because there is possibility that malware flows in and leaks company's confidential information by unauthorized users especially in smartwork environment. Therefore we propose User Authentication scheme based face recognition is applicable to smartwork environment to analyze established User Authentication scheme. environment.

It is required for enterprises to construct the proper information management system in order to cope with the volatile business situations. The mobile office system is introduced from the needs to provide organization members smart information and mobility. By setting the model, hence, we intend to scrutinize the impact of the task-technology fit model and organizational characteristics of the mobile office system on the job performance. As a result, system quality, information quality and mobility are revealed to affect positively the task-technology fitness and the fitness also affects the job performance positively. Organization characteristics affects the job performance positively through the task-technology fitness, too. Therefore the organization which plans to introduce the mobile office system should consider the task-technology fitness and exert organizational-level efforts to adopt and use the mobile office system in the workplace.

Purpose: Recently, Department of Nuclear Medicine have an interest in Video Display Terminals (VDT) syndrome including musculoskeletal disorders, ophthalmologic disorders, trouble of electromagnetic waves and stress disorders occur to VDT workers as the growing number of users and rapid pace of service period supply in large amount. This study research on the actual condition for VDT syndrome in Nuclear Medicine, Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH), discover the problem and draw a plan of upcoming improvement. The aim of this study establish awareness about VDT syndrome and is to prevent for it in the long run. Materials and Methods: Department of Nuclear Medicine, SNUH is composed Principle part, Pediatric part and PET center. We estimated risk factors visit in each part directly. Estimation method use "Check list for VDT work" of Wonjin working environment health laboratory and check list is condition of VDT work, condition of work tables, condition of chairs, condition of keyboards, condition of monitors, working position, character of health management and other working environment. Analysis result is verified in Department of Occupational and Environment, Hallym University Sacred Heard Hospital. Results: As a result of analysis, VDT condition of Department of Nuclear Medicine, SNUH is rule good. In case of work tables, recent of things are suitable to users upon the ergonomical planning, but 15% of existing work tables are below the standard value. In case of chairs are suitable, but 5% of theirs lost optimum capacity become superannuated. The keyboards are suitable for 98% of standard value. In case of monitors, angle control of screen is possible of all, but positioning control is impossible for 38%. In case of working position, 10% is fixed positioning for long time and some of the items researched unsuitable things for standard. At health management point, needed capable of improvement. Also, other working condition as lighting, temperature, noise and ventilation, discovered the problem, but is sufficient to advice value. Conclusion: VDT syndrome is occurrences of possibility continuously, come economical expensive about improvement, is inherent in various causes and originate without your knowledge. So, there is need systematic management system. In Nuclear Medicine, VDT syndrome make it better that constant interest and effort as improvement of ergonomical working environment, improvement of working procedure, regular exercise and steady stretching, and can be prevented fairly. This promote physical and mental condition of worker in top form in comfortable working environment, so this is judged by enlargement of operations efficiency and rising of satisfaction ratings of the inside client.

소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트 사업의 성패는 사업의 첫 관문인 소프트웨어 견적의 결과에 좌우되는 경우가 많다. 특히, 확정가격 계약으로 수행되는 국내의 소프트웨어 사업 관행 하에서는 견적의 잘못이 회사의 존폐로 귀결되는 경우도 있다. 견적의 핵은 정확한 원가의 파악인데, 이를 위해서는 고객이 요구한 업무량과 개발자의 생산성을 정확히 아는 데서 출발해야 한다. 문제는 고객의 요구를 사업 초기에 정확히 파악하는 것이 쉽지 않을 뿐 아니라, 개발자 자신의 생산성을 잘 모른다는 것이다. 더욱이 정보의 부족으로 프로젝트의 특성 파악을 제대로 할 수 없어서, 해당 프로젝트에 적합한 생산성 보정계수의 적용이 어렵다는 점이다. 본 사례는 삼성SDS가 금년도에 종료된 수십 여 개의 프로젝트로부터 수집한 생산성 영향인자들이 생산성에 어떠한 영향을 어느 정도나 미치는 지를 분석한 것이다. 본 분석을 통하여 생산성에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자들을 식별할 수 있었고, 이들이 미치는 영향 정도를 바탕으로 견적에서 활용할 수 있는 다양한 파라메트릭 모델을 만들 수 있었다. 본 논문은 생산성 영향인자의 식별과 이들을 이용한 견적용 파라메트릭 모델의 개발 방법을 다루었다.

As the effective use and strong protection of an organization's information resources are recognized as a condition for the growth of an organization, they are increasing technological and policy investments in IS(information security). However, information exposure can occur from external invasions such as hacking and incidents related to misuse and abuse by insiders. This study proposes a mechanism that considers the organizational environment and individual characteristics from the viewpoint of promoting employees' IS participation activities. In other words, the study presents the complex effects of organizational environmental factors (ethical leadership, IS collaborative communication) and personal factors (person-organization fit) on organization trust and IS voice behavior. We surveyed office workers who asked for IS-related business activities and tested hypotheses using 422 samples. As a result, ethical leadership influenced organization trust through collaborative communication, and organization trust strengthened IS voice behavior by having an interaction effect with person-organization fit. This study suggests direction for establishing an organizational environment for promoting IS-related activities by office workers, so it provides practical implications for organizations with goals related to internal information exposure control.
