본 논문에서는 차세대 정보시스템을 위한 대학 업무 프로세스의 재설계에 대하여 논의한다. 대학의 학사행정, 일반행정, 연구행정의 현재 업무에 대하여 분석하고 각 분야의 재설계 방법에 대하여 논의한다. 학사행정시스템은 차세대 구축 사업에서 가장 핵심적인 시스템으로, 학생의 학사일정에 대한 제반 업무를 재설계하며, 일반행정시스템은 조직 간의 의사소통을 원활히 하고 조직 상호간의 정보공유를 일원화함에 따라 생산성 향상을 지원하도록 재설계하여야 한다. 연구행정시스템은 교수 개인별 자료를 시스템적으로 관리하여 연구행정 업무의 효율성을 향상시키도록 재설계한다.

This study is redesigned library acquisition process to migrate library offline process to online applying the concepts of BPR(Business Process Reengineering), Business Process and Workflows in electronic commerce, and UML that is a one of visual modeling methods was applied to new model form software development. The new model can be processed library’s acquisition process efficiently and rapidly. And library and information center would migrate their back office work from offline to online using this model, so that new roles for librarian in the digital age will be created. The directions of digital library research should be accepted various application technologies like electronic commerce to get synergy effect in the near future.

This study aims to suggest the improved business process by analyzing the current design process on work flow of the 3D design of power plant, drawing a problems and setting the improving direction through the integration method of the business process reengineering(BPR). In order to realize the improved business process, the integrated design performance system focused on the 3D design was established and accordingly the study analyzed cases of project performances through the integration system and drew the improved effects quantitatively. In the result of the project performance applied with the 3D design integration system, it showed 20.4% design cost saving effect for appropriate rated cost and the integration of design information from each design parts, sub contracters and vendors reduced overlapped works and improved the consistency of repeated design alteration.

Fire-stations' works limited to the existing fire protection rescue and emergency services in rapidly changing disaster environment are not difficult to deal with the fire service demand of the people any longer. In this study, after calculating the importance of the disaster management about fire-stations' works by disaster management steps thorough a survey of experts about Fire and Disaster, firefighting tasks are to be redesigned. Experts have the higher rating in preparation step of firefighting tasks. Because securing resources and building systems in preparation step and safety training in prevention step have a high importance, it is required to improve efficiency of firefighting tasks through redesign. The most important point in redesign is to realize fire-stations' works are to expand and to develop such a policy if fire-offices excavate the civil and government cooperation works and provide such legal and institutional basis of establishment and operation. And it should be sought to maintain international cooperation for international disaster response. Ultimately, fire-offices will have further expansion in quality and simultaneously quantitatively by excavating 'collaboration (business cooperation)' or enhancing existing works in addition to existing 'fire and rescue, first aid' business.

IT organizations have been consistently required to change in order to cope with business and technological changes. However, the practical methodologies or guidelines about IT organization redesign are deficient. This research investigates IT organization's redesign methods and procedures focused on K public corporation which fundamentally redesigned IT organization recently. In K public corporation, to-be model of IT organization was designed with job analysis for IT organization redesign, task redesign was performed, and IT organization and personnel was assessed. 1) In task analysis, core activities are identified and 96 standard tasks are drawn. 2) with to-be organization design, IT support, IT delivery, IT operation teams and BuKyoung and Jeju teams were divided. 3) Previous job organization was restructured, IT organization personnel were finally confirmed through FTE and internal review. K public corporation strengthened IT planning task instead of reducing operational IT task, improved IT management process which was lower than other companies, and improved IT outsourcing management system and IT users' satisfactions. This research has practical implications for many companies which struggle with IT organization redesign method and process.

Trust in government agencies is closely related to accountability. The key strategy to increase public accountability is to document the processes and outcomes of their key tasks and policies adequately. The purpose of this study is to suggest a redesign of the records appraisal policy to enhance the accountability of government agencies. Applying the newly introduced concept of appraisal in ISO 15489-1: 2016, the relationship between accountability and appraisal is articulated and the problems of records appraisal systems in terms of accountability are analyzed. Based on this analysis, it suggests the principles for reforming the appraisal policies well as the redesign of the current disposition authorities as a key tool for appraisal, and the introduction of records disposal freeze system.

It is well recognized that component-based development (CBD) is an effective approach to manage the complexity of modem software development. To achieve the benefits of low-cost development and higher productivity, effective techniques to maximize component reusability should be developed. Component is a set of related concepts and objects, and provides a particular coarse-grained business service. Often, these components include various message flows among the objects in the component, called 'business workflow`. Blackbox components that include but hide business workflow provide higher reusability and productivity. A key difficulty of using blackbox components with business workflow is to let the workflow be customized by each enterprise. In this paper, we provide techniques to model the variability of family members and to customize the business workflow of components. Our approach is to provide formal specification on the component variability, and to define techniques to customize them by means of the formalism.

Recently business reengineering is the most attractive management reforming skill. Many of the Korean firms are paying attention to business reengineering and many of them have initiated it. The major purposes of this study are; (1) to investigate the relationship between each variable and success or failure of business reengineering, and (2) to examine interaction effects of measurement and performation variables. Two hundred eighteen questionaires were used for analysis. In order to throughout studies that I executed earlier. To look for dependence of critical success factors on analysis was performed to examine patterns between measurement and performance variables. In conclusion, the hypothesized relationships in the research model are supported by the empirical findings of this study. Additionally it is possible to establish theoretical reference system on the basis of critical success factors.
