자동차보험의 대인배상 업무는 폭주하는 업무량에도 불구하고 담당자의 개인 능력에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 사고발생 후 손해산정에서부터 실제적으로 배상이 이루어지기까지의 과정은 인간의 의사결정이 수없이 개입되기 때문에 시간과 비용이 많이 소요된다. 이 의사결정 과정에서는 사고 당사자 쌍방에게 가능한 여러 가지 대안들이 제시되어야 하며, 일관성 있는 판단이 내려져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 대인배상 업무를 구성하는 상해/후유장애 등급의 판정, 과실율/노동상실율 판정 및 손해산정 업무에 활용 가능한 정보기술들을 고찰한 후, 이 업무들 중 손해산정 업무를 지원하는 의사결정 지원시스템을 개발하고 그 사용 예를 제시하였다.

A survey was conducted to investigate the conditions of meal management and the use of thickening agents for dysphagia in long-term institutions and welfare centers in Korea. The online questionnaire for the survey comprised six questions on the general characteristics of subjects, 16 on meal management, 10 on dietitians' knowledge, and 30 on dietitians' perceived performance and importance of meal management for dysphagia. The complete data from 268 questionnaires were analyzed, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted. The results of the survey indicated frequent, "difficulties due to no specific guidance on managing dysphagia meal," "lack of caregiver understanding of the importance of dysphagia meal," "lack of opportunity and time for meal education/counseling," "difficulties with management due to dietitians' lack of experience and awareness of dysphagia," and "limited understanding of cooking staff in preparing dysphagia meal." Importantly, these five parts were categorized in the low-priority region in an IPA of the performance.

Recently, the importance of information security (IS) has been socially recognized, leading organizations to adopt IS policies, secure specialized personnel, and demand IS compliance from employees. However, the implementation of these policies can disrupt existing work processes, causing resistance among employees. This study aims to elucidate the mechanism linking work stress, caused by IS policies that do not consider the work system, to individual job burnout and IS policy resistance. We established a research model and hypotheses based on previous studies and utilized structural equation modeling with data collected from organization members of companies that have implemented IS policies. The results of the structural equation modeling confirmed that work ambiguity and work impediment are linked to IS policy resistance through job burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion and disengagement. Our findings suggest that the swift implementation of IS policies can provoke a backlash from employees, with stress being the primary cause. This paradoxically indicates the need for the development of organization-specific IS policies.

정보시스템이 기업 활동의 중추적인 역할을 담당하게 됨에 따라 정보시스템을 안전하고 지속적으로 운영하기 위한 합리적인 방안을 모색하는 것은 기업의 활동의 연속성을 보장하기 위한 핵심적인 요소로 인식되고 있다. 최근의 기술 및 경영 환경의 급격한 변화는 정보시스템 재해에 대한 대책에 있어서도 종래의 기술 중심으로 업무의 지속성을 보장하기 위한 방안의 수립으로 변환하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업 활동에 치명적인 장애를 초래하는 재해에 대비하기 위한 비상계획의 개념과 변천과정을 살펴보고, 최근에 대두된 업무 지속성 관리의 측면에서 업무 지속성 계획을 수립하고 운용하는 방법론을 CCTA에서 제시한 수명주기를 중심으로 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study is to present the environmental factors of positive and negative aspects that affect the information security compliance intention, and reveals the relationship of the individual's the security compliance intention. The subjects of this study are employees of organizations that apply information security policies and technologies, and effective samples were obtained through surveys. In the process of analysis, the study model was verified through structural equation modeling. The measurement variables consisted of security policy, security system, technical support, work impediment, security non-visibility, compliance intention and organizational commitment and used for analysis. The results confirmed that security compliance factors such as policy, system, technical support, and non-compliance factors, work impediment, respectively, had an impact on organizational commitment, leading to compliance intention. The verification result of the research model suggests the direction of establishing a security compliance strategy for employees to improve the level of information security compliance of the organization.

컴퓨터의 급속한 보급화와 기술의 발달에 따라 컴퓨터의 활용은 사회 전반에 걸쳐 깊숙이 보편화 되었고 정보를 처리하는 대표적인 수단이 되었다. 이런 현상에서 각급 학교에서도 학급 운영과 학생관리 등 거의 모든 업무를 컴퓨터를 이용하여 효율적으로 처리하는 방안을 모색하고 있다. 현재 보편적으로 운용되고 있는 학급 운영 시스템은 일반 학교의 학급을 위한 시스템이 대부분이고, 이들 학급 운영 시스템은 학급운영과 학생관리의 업무 특성상 정신지체장애 학교와 같은 특수학교에 적용하여 운용하기에는 무리가 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정신지체 학교와 같은 특수학교의 특성과 실정에 맞는 학급 운영 시스템을 설계, 구현함으로써 특수학교 교사와 학생의 학급 업무에 대한 효율성을 증대시키고 특수학교 학생들의 특성에 맞는 개별 교육을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 차별화된 학급 운영 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.
