Mobile service design supporting for Sales Business work (영업직 비즈니스맨을 위한 모바일 서비스 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 -터치 폰 위젯 서비스를 중심으로-)

  • This study focused on user centered design methodology on mobile service design, Especially we designed business supporting service for sale persons with heavy mobile uses in their works. We used contextual inquiry interview to understand user's work context and mobile usage. The findings are applied to the service concept, And information architecture, interaction design, GUI design is followed. As a result of design research, Post widget service is designed for instant information organization and functional relationship. And Memory box widget service is designed for business network management and contextual findability. Those services are developed for widget design on touch based phone platform.

  • 서비스 지향 아키텍처는 기업 인프라의 복잡성 및 유지비용을 최소화 하고, 기업의 생산성과 유연성을 극대화할 것으로 기대되어 차세대 소프트웨어 아키텍처로 각광받고 있다. 이러한 서비스 지향 아키텍처 기반의 시스템이 효율적이고 성공적으로 자리 잡기 위해서는 올바른 서비스 식별과 구성이 필수적이다. 하지만 서비스를 식별하기 위한 요구사항 분석과정은 비즈니스 업무를 분석하는데 집중되어 있으며, 비기능 요구사항은 비가시적인(invisible) 특성으로 인해 쉽게 간과되어 설계에 반영되기 어렵다. 기존의 방법들은 이러한 비기능 요구사항을 객체수준에서 반영하기 때문에 서비스 조합으로 새로운 서비스를 창출하는 서비스 지향 아키텍처의 구조에서는 비기능 요구사항을 달성하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 서비스 패턴에 적용 가능한 비기능 요구사항을 식별하고 서비스 지향 아키텍처에 필요한 패턴을 분석한다. 그리고 식별된 비기능 요구사항을 달성하기 위한 서비스 패턴을 제안한다.

  • 업무 데이터 분석을 통한 종합적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 데이터웨어하우스, OLAP, 데이터마이닝을 적용하려는 기업의 요구가 많아졌다. 그래서 기초 데이터의 이해, 선별, 수집, 가공, 정제가 매우 중요한 과정이나 테이블명 및 속성명이 표준화되어있지 않고 코드나 시스템 카탈로그와 같은 기본 데이터는 부정확하고 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 거의 스키마 정보에만 의존하여 테이블의 의미적 연관성에 근거한 유사한 특성을 가진 집단끼리 분류하는 대략적인 군집분석 방법을 제안한다. 질의 수행시 사용자가 설정한 임계 거리에 ㄸ라 관련된 군집만 검색함으로써 신속한 응답시간을 보장하고, 분석시점에서 다양한 질의에 유연하게 대처할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 실제 데이터에 본 연구를 적용하여 산출한 군집결과와 사람이 매뉴얼하게 그룹핑한 군집결과와 비교한다.

  • 서비스 로봇은 일상생활에서 사람들의 업무를 보조한다. 이때, 효과적인 서비스를 위해서는 사람과 로봇 사이의 상호작용이 매우 중요하다 대화는 사람과 로봇이 보다 유연하고 풍부한 의사전달을 하는데 도움을 준다. 전통적인 로봇 연구에서는 명령과 같은 간단한 질의 둥을 처리하는 것이 의사소통의 전부였으나, 실제 사람들 사이의 대화에서는 배경 지식이나 대화의 문맥 둥에 의해 중요한 정보가 대화에서 생략되기도 한다. 이런 상황은 여러 불확실성을 포함하게 되는데 대화의 문맥이나 불확실성을 다루는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 '상호-주도' 방식을 통해 사람이 쓰는 일상 대화를 계층적 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 처리하는 방법을 제안한다. 실제 로봇의 시뮬레이션 환경은 제안하는 방법의 유용함을 보여주었다.

The Effects of Educational Contents and Organizational Characteristics on Learning Transfer and Organizational Effectiveness: Targeting Franchise Companies (교육콘텐츠 특성과 조직 특성이 학습전이 및 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 : 프랜차이즈 기업을 중심으로)

  • Because of the need of actual performance of education, this study aims to understand how the factors of educational content and organizational characteristics affect organizational commitment and work performance, which are organizational effects, through learning transfer. As a result, task value, job relevance, and organizational compensation had a significant effect on learning transfer, learning transfer had a significant effect on organizational commitment and work performance, and organizational commitment had a significant effect on work performance. In order to increase the learning transfer of education, when specifying the connection with the actual job and strengthening the compensation system of the members, the learning transfer can be increased and eventually connected to performance. Since limited variables are considered, a more representative sample or professional group should be extracted through future research. In future studies, it will be possible to closely grasp the relationship between learning transfer and organizational effectiveness by setting representative samples and specifying variables.

Work & Life Balance and Conflict among Employees : Work-life Balance Effect that Reflects Work Characteristics (일·생활 균형과 구성원간 갈등관계 : 직장 내 업무 특성을 반영한 WLB 효과 중심으로)

  • Recently, with the MZ generation's entry into society and the social participation of the female population, conflicts are occurring between workplace groups that value WLB and existing groups that emphasize collaboration due to differences in work orientation. Public institutions and companies that utilize work-life balance support systems show differences in job Commitment depending on the nature of the work and the activation of the support system. Accordingly, it is necessary to verify the effectiveness of the WLB support system actually operated by the company and present universally valid standards. The purpose of this study is, first, to verify the effectiveness of the support system for work-life balance and to find practical consensus amid changes in policies and perceptions of the working environment. Second, the influence of work-life balance level and job immersion according to work characteristics was analyzed to verify the mutual influence in order to establish standards for WLB operation that reflects work characteristics. For the study, a 2X2 matrix model was used to analyze the impact of work-life balance and work characteristics on job commitment, and four hypotheses were established. First, analysis of the job involvement level of conflict-type group members, second, analysis of the job involvement level of leading group members, third, analysis of the job involvement level of agreeable group members, and fourth, analysis of the job involvement level of cooperative group members. To conduct this study, an online survey was conducted targeting employees working in public institutions and large corporations. The survey was conducted for a total of 9 days from October 23 to 31, 2023, and 163 people responded, and the analysis was based on a valid sample of 152 people, excluding 11 copies that were insincere responses or gave up midway. As a result of the study's hypothesis testing, first, the conflict type group was found to have the lowest level of job engagement at 1.43. Second, the proactive group showed the highest level of job engagement at 4.54. Third, the conformity group showed a slightly lower level of job involvement at 2.58. Fourth, the cooperative group showed a slightly higher level of job involvement at 3.80. The academic implications of the study are that it subdivides employees' personalities into factors based on the level of work-life balance and nature of work. The practical implications of the study are that it analyzes the effectiveness of WLB support systems operated by public institutions and large corporations by grouping them.

  • 첨단장비 및 기술의 도입으로 수문조사 측정기술 수준은 일정수준에 도달하였으나, 여전히 수문조사 시 많은 인력과 시간이 요구되고 있다. 수문조사 업무 규모와 범위에 비해 현재 수문조사에 투입되는 인력은 지극히 제한적이기 때문에 측정기술 자체보다는 운영 인프라 및 환경적 개선이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 유량 측정시 정확한 첨두유량 발생시각을 포착하기 어려울 뿐만아니라, 때로는 위험이 수반되기 때문에 업무의 비효율성 및 관측 자료의 정확도가 저하되는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비교적 높은 시간 정확도를 가지는 레이더 자료와 예측자료를 이용하여 실시간(또는 시간단위)으로 제공되는 기상정보(호우 예상지점, 도달시간 등)를 활용하여 현 조사원의 위치, 조사원의 구역 내에서 측정 우선 지점(주요 예보 지점), 측정 지점까지의 이동시간 등을 고려하여 유량 측정 순서, 최적 경로를 탐색하고자 한다. 실시간(또는 시간단위) 기상상황과 이에 따른 조사원의 이동 순서, 경로를 디지털화하여 표출(시스템, 모바일 App. 등)하여 제공함으로써 조사수행 인력의 이동을 최소화하고 효율적인 수문조사를 위한 정보 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며 또한 관리자 입장에서 표출시스템의 정보를 통해 실시간 현장 정보 파악함으로써 가변하는 기상상황과 현장의 환경적 변화 사이에서 유연한 대처 및 유동적인 지원을 가능케 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • The data-driven IT project model has been improved by adding processes such as analysis/design of data structure and channels of data collection/distribution, application of data standard and securing the flexibility in IT convergence devices data configuration on existing informatization project procedure driven by HW and SW function. This model focused on the evaluation of improvement effect which warrants data flexibility of IT convergence device. IT convergence device was divided into sensor and reactor and a situation when new information system is additionally linked to these devices was assumed. The system improvement complexity and index on network environment were estimated and they were compared to existing method.

A Study on Strategic Utilization of Smart Factory: Effects of Building Purposes and Contents on Continuous Utilization (스마트 팩토리의 전략적 활용 연구: 구축 목적 및 내용이 지속적 활용에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among purposes and contents of smart factory building and continuous utilization of smart factory. Specifically, this study identifies two types of purposes of smart factory building as follows: (1) improving productivity, (2) increasing flexibility. In this study, three aspects of smart factory building contents were suggested like this: (1) automation area (facility automation vs. work automation), (2) big data system focus (radical transformation vs. incremental improvement), and (3) value chain integration area (internal value chain integration vs. external value chain integration). In addition, we looked at how firm size moderates the purposes - contents - continuous utilization of smart factory relationship. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 151 manufacturing companies. More specifically, out of 151 companies, 100 are small-and-medium-sized enterprises and 51 large-sized enterprises. All questionnaires were targeted at companies with Smart Factory level above level 2. The analysis results of this study using Smart PLS statistical programs are as follows. First, the purposes of smart factory building including increasing productivity and flexibility had positive impacts on all of the contents of smart factory building. Second, all of smart factory building contents had positive impacts on the continuous use of smart factory except big data system for incremental improvement of manufacturing process. Third, the impacts of smart factory building purposes implementation on smart factory building contents varied depending on whether the purpose is productivity improvement or flexibility. Fourth, it was founded that firm size moderated the relationships of purposes - contents - continuous utilization of smart factory in such a way that large-sized firms tend to empathize the link between flexibility and smart factory building contents for continuous use of smart factory, while small-and-medium-sized-firms emphasizing the link between productivity and smart factory building contents. Most of the previous studies have focused on presenting current smart factory deployment cases. However, it is believed that this research has made a theoretical contribution in this field in that it established and verified a research model for the smart factory building strategy. Based on the findings from a working-level perspective, corporate practitioners also need to have a different approach to smart factory building, which should be emphasized depending on whether their purpose of building smart factory is to increase productivity or flexibility. In particular, since the results of this study identify the moderating effect of firm size, it is deemed necessary for firms to implement a smart factory building strategy suitable for their firm size.

  • Design traceability has been widely recognized as being an integral aspect of software development. Also many projects for software application development have failed because that the projects did not analyze user requirements sufficiently and reflected them in the projects adequately. This thesis proposes a specification and tracing technique for object-oriented analysis and design. The subject of this study is the artifacts of UML development methodology. Therefore, to improve the quality of the software development cycle, in short, the system requirement of customers will be able to respond quickly.
