기업의 글로벌화, 기업 간의 경쟁 심화, 제도 및 사회 환경의 변화 등 끊임없이 변화하고 있는 비즈니스 환경에 효과적으로 대처하기 위해 기업들은 운영 비용의 절감, 업무의 효율성 제고 뿐만 아니라 민첩한 대응력 및 조직의 유연성을 확보하도록 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라, 변화하는 비즈니스 환경에 따른 프로세스 관리의 중요성이 날이 갈수록 증가하고 있으며, 기업에 있어 가장 중요한 것은 고객에게 제공되는 가치라는 판단 아래, 고객에게 가치를 주는 모든 활동을 중심으로 한 프로세스 중심 경영이 새로운 경영 방식으로 대두되고 있다.

Ambidexterity in organizations, in general, is interpreted as flexibility that enables organizational innovation, which is important for survival in a competitive market. It applies to individual workers as well since the ambidexterity of explorational and exploitational IS use will enable the flexible transition between dynamic and operational work, and hence, increase the work performance. The current study will therefore investigate the individual levels of exploratory and exploitative IS use, as well as the complementary relationship between exploratory and exploitative IS use. In a third step, the differential influence of IS on work performance will be evaluated. The current study validated that complementary fit of IS use exploration and IS use exploitation increases performance. Polynomial regression and surface analysis are used to validate the incongruence of IS use pattern. They showed that the incongruence of ambidexterity is composed of two types of divergent vs. convergent ambidexterity which depends on the type of work that need dynamic or operational capability.

최근의 비즈니스 컴퓨팅 환경은 스마트워크 도입으로 이동성 보장 및 업무의 효율성이 높아지고 있는 반면에, 보안이 취약하다는 문제점과 더불어 복잡한 사용자 인터페이스로 인해서 사용자의 불편 사항도 증가하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 안전하고 편리한 스마트워크 서비스 제공을 위한 사용자 경험 (UX) 기반의 사용자 인터페이스 및 보안시스템을 제안하고, 스마트워크 서비스 시나리오를 통해서 제안하는 시스템을 평가한다. 안전하고, 편리한 스마트워크 서비스의 활용을 통하여 유연한 근무 체계 확립과 동시에 업무 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study aimed to empirically analyze the effect of the appreciation of artwork in the workplace on creativity. To this end, two virtual workspace images with and without artwork were created, and an online survey was conducted with office workers. A regression analysis was performed on the results to investigate whether and how much the appreciation and recognition of artwork was effective for the creativity. As a result, among the factors of recognition according to the appreciation of artwork, "intellectual development" and "thinking" showed positive effects on the five sub-factors of creativity at work, such as original flexibility, alternative problem-solving skills, pursuit of adventure and freedom, individual independence, and exploratory immersion. Unlike most previous studies, however, "understanding" had a negative effect on original flexibility. In conclusion, it was found that some of the factors of the appreciation and recognition of artwork had a positive effect on creativity at work. This study provides implications that the appreciation of artwork in the workplace is effective for improving creativity at work and that it is important for each company to develop a streamlined approach based on its goal of pursuing a creative environment. In addition, it is expected that this study will contribute to the widespread use of artwork sharing services at workplaces as well as encouraging more empirical studies to be done on the effect of the services.

소방 구급 업무는 매년 증가 추세에 있으며, 119 구급대원의 부상은 들것으로 과체중의 환자 이송 및 구출 작업 시 급격한 힘을 사용할 때 나타나며 환자 운반 시 몸통의 비틀림 및 체간의 굽힘 등 부적절한 자세로 인하여 근 골격계 질환 및 부상의 발생 가능성이 높은 것으로 보고되고 있다. 미국 응급구조사에서는 47%가 허리 부상의 경험을 말했으며 구급대원들의 요통을 예방할 수 있는 방법적인면의 중재가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 119 구급대원의 근골격 질환자에게 테이핑을 이용하여 실제 작업 현장에서 많이 사용되는 환자 이송에 따른 허리 통증 시 통증에 따른 근활성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 연구가 실시되었다.

기존 E-mail 프로그램은 비싼 통신요금과 저속의 위성통신 환경에서 최대한 통신비용을 줄이기 위한 목적으로 개발되었고, 그 결과 프로그램의 유연성이 떨어져 새로운 기능의 추가나 업그레이드가 용이하지 않았다. 또한 기존 프로그램의 경우는, E-mail 전용 프로그램으로서 다양한 육상과 해상간의 업무용 프로그램과 연동시키는 데에 어려움이 많았으며, 개발자 입장에서도 무선 위성통신의 특성상 개발이 쉽지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 프로그램과는 달리 데이터를 패킷으로 분리하여 전송함으로써 프로토콜에 유연성을 주고, 실시간으로 여러 종류의 데이터를 전송할 수 있게 하여 동시에 E-mail뿐만 아니라, 모니터링 데이터, SMS, PMS를 위한 데이터베이스 등의 다양한 데이터를 전송할 수 있도록 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 프로그램 개발자들이 까다로운 위성통신 환경을 몰라도 쉽게 개발할 수 있게 하고자, 컴포넌트를 윈도우즈 서비스 프로그램화 하였다.

역할기반 접근제어(RBAC : Role Based Access Control)는 임의적 접근제어와 강제적 접근제어에 비해 견고함과 유연성을 제공한다. 따라서 RBAC은 최근 금융시스템 및 병원시스템 등에서 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전성이 인증된 다중등급보안(MLS : Multi-Level Security) 리눅스를 이용하여 인터넷상에서 가상은행의 금융업무를 안전하게 처리할 수 있는 다중등급기반의 RBAC 시스템을 구현함을 보인다.

현재 무한경쟁의 시장환경 속에서 기업자체만으로 어려움을 감내하기란 많은 문제를 갖고있다. 그래서 기업은 물류활동을 전문적으로 담당하는 훌륭한 파트너를 통하여 이 문제를 해결하고 있으며 이전의 수직적 업무관행을 넘어선 동반자적인 파트너로써의 제 3 자 물류(TPL : Third Part Logistics : 이후 TPL로 표기함)를 활용하고 있다. 파트너관계는 이전에도 중요한 기업 전략이었으나 인터넷과 수많은 정보기술의 보급을 통한 전자상거래의 도래로 기업은 신속하고 정확하게 시장과 고객의 요구와 니즈를 만족시킬 수 있는 선도기술개발과 서비스제공능력이 기업의 핵심역량으로써 중요하게 되었다. 그래서 이러한 역량과 유연성을 갖춘 파트너와의 전략적관계형성과 관리를 할 수 있는 체계적인 파트너관계업무프로세스가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 TPL 기업에서 유연한 공급사슬파트너관계구축과 관리를 가능하게 하고 고객요구를 대처할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미래의 고객요구를 예측가능 할 수 있는 방안으로 e-PRM 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 경기침체에 다른 여파로 중소기업의 경기동향은 나날이 악화되고 있는 추세이다. 소비심리 위축과 수출 여건 악화로 부도율이 높아지고, 향후 경기전망도 불투명해 기업경영에 이 중고를 겪고 있다. 그러나 전반적으로 중소기업의 경기동향이 좋지 않은 상황에서 정보화 수준에 따라 업종별로 가동률, 생산지수를 비교한 결과 정보화 수준이 높은 업종이 여타 업종에 비해 상대적으로 경기침체의 영향을 적게 받은 것으로 나타났다. 실제로 정보화 수준이 중소기업의 경영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 3가지 실증분석 모형을 통해 분석해본 결과, 1인당 매출액, 총매출액, 개인업무개선, 기업업무개선, 조직의 유연성, 대외환경 적응력 등 기업 내외부 전반에 걸쳐 유의적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 정보화 수준 향상이 기업 경쟁력에 미치는 효과가 크므로 생산성 향상을 통해 경기침체기를 극복하기 위해서라도 경기 호황기는 물론 불황기에도 정보화 투자에 소홀히 하면 안된다는 것을 보여준다.

In the past, the United States has been engaged in large-scale urban development projects as a tool for urban regeneration to revitalize distressed urban areas. On the other hand, large-scale urban development projects have been stalled or discontinued globally since the 2008 economic crisis. Despite this, the Hudson Yard development, which is the subject of this study, has resumed smoothly due to the characteristics of its development structure and rational negotiation process. Most domestic developments depend on the economic circumstances, and the problems that are exposed in a privately led development are repeated; the Yongsan International Business District Development is a representative failure case. This study examined the characteristics of the business structure and the nature of the negotiation process in the Hudson Yard development project in New York City.
