The Influence Factors on Nursing Practice by Clinical Nurses (in the COVID-19 Situation) (코로나19 상황에서 간호사의 간호업무수행 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting nursing practice of clinical nurses in the COVID-19 situation and provide basic data that could improve nursing practice in the pandemic situation. For this descriptive research, a survey was conducted to collect data from 119 clinical nurses in G City for six weeks from June 15 to July 20, 2022. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression were used. The results showed that infection control practice (r=.428, p<.001) and resilience (r=.324, p<.001) were statistically significantly correlated with nursing practice. As a factor affecting nursing practice of clinical nurses, infection control practice (B=.529, p<.001) had an explanatory power of 18.3%. This result is thought to be due to the fact that COVID-19 infection control acted as a new burden on nursing work in the COVID-19 pandemic, and recovery elasticity and job stress did not have an influence. It is however necessary to help clinical nurses relieve job stress and perform high-quality nursing through regular counseling for clinical nurses suffering severe job stress.

  • u-City사업은 완성까지 5년 이상이 소요되는 대형 장기사업으로, 정보시스템 개발 및 정보통신공사가 동시에 이루어지는 복합공종 사업이다. 이러한 대규모 사업을 차질없이 수행하기 위해 u-City사업에는 감리도 동시에 수행된다. 그러나 u-City감리는 아직 단일화된 감리기준이 없어 정보시스템 감리기준 및 정보통신공사감리 업무수행지침이 각각 적용되고 있으며, 이로 인해 감리 현장에서는 통일된 일정계획 수립이 어렵고, 업무 분장이 불명확하여 감리대상 일부가 누락되는 경우도 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템 감리기준 및 정보통신공사감리 업무수행지침으로 이원화된 감리기준으로 인해 발생되는 문제점들을 살펴보고 이의 개선방향을 제시하였다.

  • 중랑천, 왕숙천 등과 같이 유역면적이 작은 유역에서 호우 발생에 따른 홍수예보 및 예측 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 선행시간 확보가 필수적이다. 본 연구는 중소하천 유역에서의 홍수예보 및 예측 업무를 통하여 하천 주요지점에서의 홍수예보 업무를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 선행시간 확보를 위해 기상청의 수치예보자료에 대하여 정량적 강우예측 자료 활용방안을 검토하였다. 수치예보자료의 정확도 검토는 관측소별/소유역별로 구분하여 T/M자료와 수치예보자료를 통계학적 방법에 의해 검토하였다. 홍수예보 업무 활용을 위해 간단한 강우-유출 통계모형을 구성하여 홍수예측 업무를 수행하였다. 검증자료는 기왕의 수문자료 중 80mm 이상의 호우를 대상으로 실시하였고, 검증결과 활용가능성이 있음을 입증하였다. 본 연구성과를 기존의 주요지천 홍수예보업무에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • The purpose of this article is to empirically suggest the necessity of reconsidering the new aptitude factors such as the ability to withstand work stress, to handle unusual events, and to work independently, in the respect that the environmental change in railway safety-critical worker's job should be flexibly reflected in the current aptitude management system. Besides, several ways of reducing the stress level for the railway safety-critical workers were suggested as well.

Information security is a critical issue for digital information warfare. Advanced countries such as U.S. and Japan have developed a new military security strategy for future information warfare. The readiness of Korean Army, however, is far behind those countries. This paper provides a systematic information security structure for Korean Army, which is a result of the research through a group decision making process.

  • 최근 다양한 기능을 수행할 수 있는 모바일 단말 개발이 확산됨과 함께 모바일 단말기를 이용해 회사 업무를 처리 할 수 있는 모바일 오피스를 구축하는 기업이 빠르게 증가 하고 있다. 모바일 오피스에 사용되는 단말기에는 회사 업무 처리가 가능한 업무 시스템 및 업무 기능을 포함하는 앱스(Apps)가 설치 되어있으며, 이를 통해 외부에서 네트워크를 통해 업무를 수행하게 된다. 다양한 단말을 통한 내부 시스템의 접속 및 외부에서부터 기업 내부 망으로 접속하는 것을 허용하게 됨에 따라 내부정보유출 시스템의 적용 범위를 모바일 단말 사용자에게 확대할 필요가 생겼다. 효율적인 업무 운영이 가능하면서, 안전하게 수행 가능한 모바일 오피스 운영을 위해 직원의 프라이버시 보호가 가능하면서 내부 정보 유출을 방지할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구 해 보고자 한다.

A Betweenness Centrality Analysis Method in Valued Workflow-supported Social Networks (가중치 워크플로우 소셜 네트워크의 사이중심도 분석방법)

  • In this paper, we propose a novel analysis method and its algorithms to perform the betweenness centrality measurements on a valued and directed workflow-supported social network. The conventional workflow-supported social network model is to represent the existences of task transferring relationships among their performers by using a binary social network. However, it is necessary to consider not only the existences of task transferring relationships but also their quantities and directions in order to obtain much more effective and sophisticated analysis results. In conclusion, this paper newly defines a concept of valued and directed workflow-supported social network, and its betweenness centrality analysis method and algorithms. Especially, to verify the proposed method and algorithms, we try to apply the conventional method and the proposed method to an example workflow model respectively, and compare their betweenness centrality analysis results.

  • The study aims at understanding records professions' job areas and conducting the Importance Performance Analysis. Under the perception which it is necessary to analyze records professions' job for securing their roles and identity, this study conducts a job analysis and categorizes records professions' job into 4 duties, 19 jobs and 78 job elements. The 4 duties includes records management, records office operation, records management infrastructure, and records information services. Furthermore, it researches jobs' importance and performance using the IPA. Accordign to the analysis, the jobs which rank at top of the importance and performance list are jobs concerning appraisal and disposal. The jobs which ranks at bottom are jobs related to services. In general the current 'one man records office system' is not appropriate to carry out all the records management business. In this context, it is necessary to lighten records profeesions' workload through the job adjustment in government institutions.

  • In this paper, we propose an activity-performer bipartite matrix generation algorithm for analyzing workflow-supported human-resource affiliations in a workflow model. The workflow-supported human-resource means that all performers of the organization managed by a workflow management system have to be affiliated with a certain set of activities in enacting the corresponding workflow model. We define an activity-performer affiliation network model that is a special type of social networks representing affiliation relationships between a group of performers and a group of activities in workflow models. The algorithm proposed in this paper generates a bipartite matrix from the activity-performer affiliation network model(APANM). Eventually, the generated activity-performer bipartite matrix can be used to analyze social network properties such as, centrality, density, and correlation, and to enable the organization to obtain the workflow-supported human-resource affiliations knowledge.

  • Recently, the defense industry has been improving high technology by developing convergence technology through the 4th industrial revolution. On the other hand, it is very difficult to guarantee the performance of high-tech weapon systems because the test for weapon systems has many risks and cannot perform in an actual operating environment. Therefore, M&S resources are needed to make sound weapon systems, but many people demand reliable M&S resources. Owing to the continuous demand and execution of the VV&A work, related rules have developed significantly, but tools and techniques for performing the work have not been developed. Hence, there are inefficient parts in the performance of work due to the absence of a systematic system. Accordingly, many risks may cause various safety accidents, such as security. This paper suggests a direction for the development of VV&A work procedures by improving efficiency and reducing risk.
