An Analysis of the Records Schedule's Transactions: Focused on National & Public University Libraries (기록물분류기준표의 단위업무 분석 - 국공립대학 도서관을 중심으로 -)

  • This paper aims to analyze of the records schedule's transactions, identify problems of them and suggest improving requirements, especially focusing on similar institutions. The paper examines the process and principle of establishing transactions for the records schedule and analyzes the transactions on the records schedules at 59 national and public university libraries by retention, type, library size and administrative functions.

  • 사회적 커뮤니케이션 미디어는 기업 조직의 사회적 네크워크를 활발히 사용되고 있다. 각 커뮤니케이션 정보시스템은 매우 유용하게 사용되고 있지만, 업무적 특성과 사회적 영향 요인에 대한 연구는 매우 적은 편이다. 또한 새로운 정보기술의 도입, 예를 들면, 메신저와 무선 화상통신과 같은 발전은 매체 풍부성 이론으로 아직까지 적용 검증되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 업무적 특성과 미디어 활용 그리고 업무성과에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 분석방법은 서베이를 통하여 소중대기업에서 근무하고 있는 280명을 대상으로 하였고 회귀분석으로 분석결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과로는 업무 특성은 미디어 사용에 긍정적인 영향요인이며 사회적 영향과 친분관계는 두 관계를 조절하고 있음을 발견하였다. 또한 커뮤니케이션 미디어의 활용은 각 업무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다.

  • 본 연구는 국내 공공부문 정보시스템 운영관리 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 선진사례, 관련 표준, 지침을 분석하여 공공부문 운영관리업무에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 11개 업무 분석영역을 도출하였고 각 업무영역의 평가를 위한 평가기준을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 공공부문 운영관리 업무에 대한 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 평가모델은 특정 이슈 발생시 일부 중앙부처의 요구에 따라 공공기관들을 대상으로 행하여진 단편적인 운영수준 점검 분석 활동들이 국내 실정에 맞게 운영업무 전반에 대한 종합적, 체계적 수준평가를 할 수 있는 기반을 제공하게 하였으며, 기관 내부적으로도 자체평가를 통해 운영관리업무 성숙도 제고를 위한 핵심요소를 손쉽게 식별하고 효율적인 품질향상 활동을 수행할 수 있게 하였다.

An Analysis of Unit Task and Structural Function for Records Management at Chonnam National University (전남대학교 기록관리의 단위업무와 조직기능 분류에 대한 분석)

  • This study is analyzed by examining the records management systems that are built to use comfortably and manage the records of universities efficiently. This paper analyzed the current status of the records in Chonnam National University (CNU), unit task, function, and organization. As a result, CNU has 127 sections that treat 1,625 unit tasks. The unit task involved in education accounts for 85.91%. The problem is that unit tasks are not organized unequally. It can seem to include some problems in classification and analysis of work when unit tasks are even, more or less, in a particular area. Functional classification in universities are also unequally organized. In universities, functional classification in the field of administration is detailed, while functional classification in the field of research is small in quantity. A more efficient records management will be done if work and function about organization are formed appropriately.

An Analysis of Construction Execution Tasks for Successful Residential Mechanical Projects (프로젝트 성공을 위한 효과적인 시공업무 및 영향 분석 - 아파트 설비공사를 중심으로 -)

  • The main purpose of this study is to identify the tasks performed at the construction stage of apartment houses and analyze the major construction tasks that may affect the performance indicators and analyze the impact on project performance. Based on expert opinions through preliminary research, pilot data, construction database, and other research trends, domestic and foreign research trends are divided into five major tasks, and each is divided into process management (P'1 ~ P'6), construction management (C'1 ~ C'5), environmental management (E'1 ~ E'4), quality control (Q'1 ~ Q'5), safety management (S'1 ~ S'5). Subsequently, each major task was subdivided into 24 detailed tasks. An independent t-test was conducted to analyze the impact on cost. We compared the importance of achieving the project goal and identified the construction work of concrete important construction which affects not only the cost but also the schedule performance index for the degree of significance of less than 0.05.

Identification of Latent Profiles in Perception of Work Environment among Workers in Residential Facilities for People with Disabilities (장애인거주시설 종사자의 직무환경인식 잠재프로파일에 따른 직무만족도 차이)

  • This study used latent profile analysis to identify heterogeneous subgroups with respect to the perception of work environment among workers in residential facilities for people with disabilities. The final model yielded five latent profiles of the perception of work environment: 'low workload group' who scored low in time pressure and job responsibility, 'discrimination perception group' who scored low in supervisor support and high in sex and academic/regional discriminations, 'positive perception group' who scored high in work autonomy and peer and supervisor supports, 'high workload group' who scored high in workload, time pressure, and job responsibility, and 'average group' who scored average in most areas. In the case of job satisfaction, positive perception group was the highest, followed by average group, low and high workload groups, and discrimination perception group.

The Influence of Work Delivery using SNS out of Duty Hours on Job Performance (업무시간 외 SNS를 통해 업무전달이 직무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • In the Chinese workplace, the use of SNS such as Wechat and QQ for work delivery out of duty hours has become a very common phenomenon, which is also known as the "new night shift". This study is to empirically analyze the effect of work delivery using SNS out of duty hours on job performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 310 Chinese workplace employees. In order to verify the hypothesis, structural equation model analysis will be implemented. Analyzing the questionnaire data and receiving frequent work delivery using SNS out of duty hours will increase job stress, aggravate the conflicts between work and family, and lead to the decrease of job engagement and job performance. The study provides implications for the establishment of related theories by providing a different view form previous research results that work delivery using SNS out of duty hours will definitely improve job performance. In addition, in future studies, it will be necessary to analyze the effect of the moderating effect in converging these conflicting views.

  • This study is to empirically analyze the effects on job performance of Accounting Information Systems, Analysis methods were used to Cronbach's Alpha analysis, Factor analysis, analysis of variance(ANOVA) and regression in odor by the contingency grouping method. The results of this study are as follows : First, The regression analysis had effects on AIS utility and job performance. Second, The Analysis of variance(ANOVA) had non-effects on systems operating degree and systems satisfaction. Third, The input variables of information accuracy and systems satisfaction had additional effect about IT capability.

  • The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan for the improvement of the tasks of record managers in offices of education by understanding the details of their work; analyzing the importance, difficulty, and performance frequency of their tasks; and investigating their working environment and the problems of record management in offices of education. For this purpose, through a literature review and an analysis of related conditions, this study drew out 5 task domains and 24 detailed record management tasks in offices of education. To investigate the level of importance, difficulty, and performance frequency of the drawn-out task domains and task factors, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on record managers working in offices of education and analyzed the survey results using the IPA technique by crossing the level of importance, difficulty, and performance frequency. Based on the survey results, to improve the tasks of record managers in offices of education, and strengthen their task competency, a plan for improvement was suggested.

A Study on the Determinants of Pilot Competency to Improve Work Management in the Civilian Pilot Transition Course (민간 조종사 전환과정 중 업무안배 능력 향상을 위한 조종역량 요인 분석연구)

  • The pilot's role is absolutely critical to the safety of an airline. It can be predicted that there is a difference in the acquisition of pilot competency required in actual flight at the initial flight training stage. In this study, the progress and effects of education and training for each background are analyzed, and differentiated competency-based training is to be studied. By sampling a sample of civil airline pilots, we are trying to determine whether there is a difference in the results of the regular proficiency check among the eight competencies defined by ICAO according to military and civil backgrounds. Accordingly, an independent t-test was conducted to test the average difference between the two groups, from the military and civilian origin, to confirm the average difference in the piloting competency between the groups. Based on these results, it will be helpful to design future training courses.
