Scriptwriters have appeared in Korea's broadcasting production system for more than 40 years as a key producer. This study specifically investigated the work identity and labor experience of scriptwriters who have played countless roles from planning and organizing programs in various broadcast genres such as non-drama informative program, entertainment, news, and radio to script writing. As a result of examining the work identity and labor experience of the scriptwriters based on the auto-ethnography of the 20 scriptwriters working in the field, they felt that they had an " indispensable" program producer and a media culture producer and at the same time felt that they were taking on tasks that were unclear. They felt that the cause of this inequality was a problem of the production system and employment type, but they recognized that they could not be solved individually, and they were developing their own skills or building connections to get work, and expanding their areas unconditionally.

인터넷은 "정보의 바다"라는 말처럼 날마다 방대한 양의 데이터가 쏟아져 나오고 있으며, 이런 방대한 데이터 속에서 정보를 찾기란 쉽지 않다. 그러나 인터넷 사용자들은 정확한 정보를 신속하게 언제 어디서나 획득할 수 있기를 희망한다. 현재 정보의 창고인 도서관은 더 이상의 Paper 정보가 아닌 Digital 정보로의 변화가 필요하며 각 분야에서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 연구개발정보센터(KORDIC)에서는 과학기술지역인프라 구축사업을 통해서 광주ㆍ전남권역을 시범 권역으로 선정하여 13개 대학의 도서관, 산업단지, 연구소(KORDIC)를 하나로 묶는 즉, 산ㆍ학ㆍ연이 하나가 되어 상호대차 원문 서비스를 할 수 있도록 기반을 구축하는데 목적이 두고있다. 본 시스템은 상호대차 원문 서비스를 위해 대학 간 분담수서를 통해서 분담된 도서를 원문서비스 하는 상호 협력 체제를 구축하는데 필요한 시스템이며 사용자들은 해외 저널 원문을 신청하게되고, 서비스 담당자는 신청된 해외저널원문을 Digital화해서 사용자에게 보내주는 체제를 구축하기 위해 열악한 대학에는 시스템과 통신 인프라를 지원하여 상호대차원문서비스가 가능하게 하는 것을 전제로 하고 있다. 분담수서를 통해 서비스하게 될 해외저널에 대해서는 각 대학에서 책임감을 가지고 서비스를 해야하므로 서비스의 질과 업무의 자립도를 높일 수 있으며 상호대차를 통해 산ㆍ학ㆍ연이 하나처럼 연계가 된다. 또한 해외 학술 저널 DB를 공동으로 구축하여 국내 지역별 대학소장 해외 학술 전문자료를 데이터베이스화, 전문정보망을 구축 회원기관 간 정보교류의 활성화, 대학 소장 해외 학술 전문자료의 정보 표준화 효과를 창출할 수 있으며, 분담수서를 통해 얻어지는 예산 절감으로 새로운 분야에 재투자한다면 정보의 질적, 양적 향상을 도모하게 될 것이다.것으로 나타났다.본 규격은 키, 총장, 어깨길이, 등길이, 머리길이, 머리둘레, 진동둘레, 목둘레, 가슴둘레, 허리둘레, 배둘레, 엉덩이둘레, 앞품, 뒤품, drop치를 포함하고 있고, 각 규격에서 호칭간 치수 간격도 함께 제시하고 있다. 본 연구 결과에서 보듯, 현행 8규격의 무진복의 각 호칭간 적정 허용범위를 고려해 합리적인 치수체계를 정립한다면 치수에 대한 적합도가 상당히 증가할 뿐 아니라 생산비용도 상당히 감축할 것으로 생각된다.나타났다. 4) 호감적 서비스능력 차원에서 세 독립변수간에 유의한 3원 상호작용이 존재하는 것으로 나타나( $F_{2,228}$=15.62, P<.001) 20대에 적합한 의복 착용시( $F_{2,228}$=3.98, P<.05)와 60대에 적합한 의복 착용시( $F_{2,228}$=16.55, P<.001) 점포유형과 격식차림간에는 유의한 상호작용이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 5) 호감을 구성하는 세 요인들이 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 호감적 인상차원은 29%(P<.001), 호감적 서비스능력차원은 6%(P<.001)의 구매의도를 설명해 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 노년 소비자에게 호감을 주는 판매원의 외모는 구매의도에 영향을 주어 실버의류산업의 이익증대와 밀접한 연관을 갖는 서비스품질의 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다.중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다.로운 단백질 EPSPS가 다른 여러 식물에 이미 존재하고 있는 단백질로서 우리가 이미 이러한 식품을 섭취할 때 이 단백질도 같이 섭취해오고 있었다는 점, 둘째. 이 단백질이 소화액 분해 실험에서 짧은 시간내에 분해가 되었다는 점, 셋째. 재조합 된 콩과 자연 콩이 성분 분석에서 차이를 나타내지 않았다는 점, 네 번째. 쥐를 통한 다양섭취

Currently, patrol officers dispatched are required to work in pairs, and are assigned individual duties. However, despite these rules, there are still inappropriate combat education centered around dangerous weapons and arresting technique training being taught in the police system. The human rights problems resulting from excessive responses, the damages done to the patrol officers due to insufficient responses, and the judicial issues that many officers who have justly arrested face, reveal the ultimate problem of the decrease in reliability of the police. Considering this problem, there is a need for change in the current training system. Specifically, in the current dispatch rule, assignment of individual duties, and training methods, realistic improvements must be made. Having understood the arrest technique training problem and reviewed case studies of the police training in South Korea and other countries, I plan to analyze the effects of implementing a realistic and professional training system, and propose a systemic solution according to the results. By effectively discussing the various issues of the proposed training and police education, I intend to propose a realistic teamwork training for paired patrol officers, enabling them to work well together in practice and theory, hence increasing the effectiveness in crime situation.

This study was carried out to understand China's earthquake governance and role-sharing, and to strategically use it for research cooperation in related fields with China. The characteristics of China's national earthquake governance and role-sharing are detailed in this study. First, unlike Korea, China's geoscience and earthquake research fields are separate, and are clearly distinguished from other fields of science and technology. They hold a higher status compared to other fields in China. Second, China's provincial earthquake agencies simultaneously carry out related tasks under the dual supervisory management system of the central and provincial governments. Third, the China Earthquake Administration (CEA) has the authority to do research and development, manpower training, and degree conferment, which are centered on directly affiliated institutions. Fourth, China carries out similar functions in directly affiliated institutions of the CEA and the China Geological Survey (CGS), and affiliated institutions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), respectively. Fifth, the CEA is continuously expanding the seismic observation network that connects the vast land of the country. Sixth, China is considered to have detailed structures of earthquake-related laws and regulations. Given China's earthquake governance and role-sharing, it is considered that the possibility of success in research cooperation is high if Korea first determines whether it is under the jurisdiction of the CGS, CEA, and CAS, depending on the specific field.

최근 자연재해로 인한 피해가 늘어남에 따라 피해를 최소화 하기위한 방법들이 절실히 필요한 실정이며 또한 자연재해로 피해를 입은 지역을 복구하는 과정에서 여러 기관들의 업무 중복 및 누락으로 인하여 재해 관리의 효율성이 떨어지고 있다. 따라서 재해에 대비한 지속가능한 기술개발과 효율적 복구기법 개발을 통한 피해의 연구가 절실한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 해외의 재해 복구사례들을 통하여 복합피해지역 지정개념을 소개하고 재해복구 조직 및 기법을 검토하였다. 연구를 위해 먼저 국내의 복합적 재해발생 현황 검토와 각종 해외 종합복구체계 조직 및 기법을 검토하였다. 특히 허리케인 카트리나에의한 미국 뉴올리언스주의 복구체계 및 복구사례와 중남미와 아시아 등 지난 20여 년간의 복구사례에 대한 유엔의 보고서를 중심으로 단 장기적 복구계획과 실시사항들을 검토하였으며 적용된 복구범위 설정 및 조직의 업무 분담 및 공조체계를 통해 효율적인 복구계획 마련과 추진과정에 대한 방안들을 검토하였다. 사례분석을 통해 모여진 자료를 토대로 외국사례들이 어떻게 국내 실정에 맞게 적용되고 효율적으로 사용될지에 대한 검토의 과정을 거쳤으며 이러한 과정을 통해 종합재해복구기법 선정을 위한 검토항목 및 평가기법을 제안하였다.

The Indie Game market is emerging as a niche for game startups. We analyzed policy cases related to indie games in local governments, and the private sector to suggest ways to improve the Indie Game market. As a result, the problems of Indie Game-related policies resulted in lack of market research and success case analysis, lack of manpower training program, accelerator program, and public-private cooperation project. To build an Indie Game ecosystem, we proposed the necessity of establishing an effective promotion system through cooperation between the local government and the state.

The Spring framework including the MVC design concept is the standard in web development in the JAVA environment. The programming style of the structure must be kept strictly, so every web program is able to employ the same structure. It is convenient to distribute jobs, but there are some side effects, like duplication of code, deterioration of professionalization, and deterioration of program performance. To ameliorate those problems, we propose the horizontality development method(HDM) on Spring MVC. We proved that the HDM can solve the problems through the experiment to keep the MVC structure.

The trends of green growth and eco-friendliness came to be the core development indicator for the sustainable global environment. Korean government reflected these trends in the main flows of the national development index, and suggested diverse directions for green construction technologies and high quality construction environment through Third master plan for construction environment. However, the efforts to follow these trends during the construction process as a step for production phrase are not being considered enough yet. In this study, we identified the basic environmental management factors in order to enhance the eco-friendliness of public housing construction sites, and suggested the reasonable conducting parties and process for those respective factors. The results of this study are expected to be the valuable reference in defining the required activities and participants' responsibilities, and improving the work process for systematic on-site environmental management. In applying those results, the discussion should be followed on the executing party of each unit activity and the responsibility assignment for each process. At the same time, the legislation and standard related to environment need to be essentially amended. In the future, the method of evaluating the environmental management activities, and the technical solution to environmental problems are to be reviewed as a further research for successful environmental management.

현재 국내의 건설 산업은 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이라는 새로운 패러다임으로의 변화를 모색하고 있다. 이미 국내 건축업계에서는 적극적으로 BIM개념이 도입되고 있으며 주로 국가 기반시설의 건설업무를 분담하고 있는 토목업계에서는 현재 BIM개념을 도입하기 위한 준비과정에 있는 단계이다. 이 연구에서는 대표적인 토목구조물인 교량을 대상으로 BIM개념 도입의 필요성과 교량을 건설하기위한 여러단계 중에서도 그 출발점이라 할 수 있는 구조설계 단계에 있어서 BIM개념의 도입 방법과 기존의 구조설계 프로세스를 BIM기반의 구조설계 프로세스로 변화하기 위하여 필요한 작업들에 대한 분석을 수행하였으며 결과적으로 교량 프로젝트에 대하여 BIM기반의 구조설계를 위한 최적의 프로세스를 구축하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다.

본고에서는 세계전파통신회의(WRC: World Radio Conference)에서 IMT로 지정된 주파수 현황과 국내 이동통신 주파수 현황 및 계획을 알아본다. 또한 현재 시점에서 데이터 트래픽 증가 추세에 비추어 2020년 Beyond4G(5G)시대를 대비한 ITU(국제전기통신연합) 해당 표준화그룹의 소요량 예측 및 통신방식별 분담 율을 분석하였다. 주파수 수요예측에 따라 WRC-15에서 IMT 추가 주파수 지정 목적으로 진행하고 있는 위성, 방송, 과학 및 고정 등 기존업무와의 공유 연구 진행현황을 주파수 대역별로 살펴본다. 또한 도시 밀집 지역에서 대용량 데이터 전송을 위한 서비스 기술이 중요해진 시점에서 Beyond4G(5G) 시대를 위해 우리나라가 주도하고 있는 6GHz 이상 대역을 IMT로 활용하기 위한 활동을 소개한다. 마지막으로 WRC가 주파수를 분배 할당하는 방식인 '주파수 대역에 서비스 방식 지정'과 달리 '서비스 방식에 의한 주파수 대역 점유(예: LTE 기술표준(PS-LTE)을 PPDR대역에서 활용) 가능성'등 LTE 기술표준의 확산 추세에 대응하기 위해 5G시대에 준비할 사항에 대한 시사점을 언급하였다.
