  • 벤처기업이라고 해서 모두가 민주적 의사와 자유로운 업무 환경이 있는 것만은 아니다. 젊고 개성이 있는 사람들이 모여 단체를 만들다보니 부서간 업무에 있어서 조율이 그리 쉬운 것만은 아니다라는 것이 벤처기업을 운영하는 경영자들의 지적이다. 개성이 강한 사람들이 모여 있기 때문에 서로간의 충돌이 잦은 곳이 바로 벤처기업의 또 다른 이면이다.

  • This case focuses on the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation, which applied RFID technology as a record management system for efficient record management by identifying the characteristics of the agency's work that requires the management of large and similar nonelectronic records. When issuing RFID tags in conjunction with the business system, the records management system automatically obtains metadata from the system and secures it as a list, and records management personnel actively use it as the basis for overall records management tasks. To that end, the company reorganized its business processes, designed functions that reflect its unique business, and established infrastructure. These resulted in easier identification of the output and holding volume of accurate records, and work efficiency. Finally, people in charge of the work increased their awareness of records management.

Training, Working State and Ways of Improving Work of Sex Education Counselors in Health Centers (대구·경북지역 보건소 성교육 담당자의 훈련 및 업무현황과 개선방안)

  • This present study was conducted to reduce problems by analyzing training and work of sex education counselors and to come up with ways of improving sex education counseling. A survey was performed in 57 subjects at health centers who finished training on sex education counseling in Taegu Metropolitan City and cities, kuns, and gus of Kyongsangbuk Province from December, 1999 to February, 2000 on general characteristics, items relating to the work of sex education, and ways of improving work. The results are as follows. Out of the sex education counselors, there were 55 females, taking 99% out of the total counselors, and the average age of these counselors was 42 years. There were 26 nurses, and their government grade was level 7 in 36 and level 6 in 14. The members who had finished sex education counseling at each public health center was 2.1 counselors at an average. Among those had finished sex education training, 30 was not in sex counseling. When analyzed the answers given by 27 sex counselors who were counseling at the time and the results are as follows. As for the amount of work, 15 answered to have too much work and 1 little; as for having pride on being a sex education counselor, 18 answered to felt pride and 7 so-so; as for materials for sex education and counseling, 25 answered to use videos, 23 books, 10 pictures, 8 beam projectors, and 7 slides. All of the subjects answered to have other responsibilities besides sex education and counseling, and the satisfaction felt on having other responsibilities was 6 satisfied, 12 average, and 2 dissatisfied. The proportion of work load in sex education counselors was other work besides sex education 76.2%, sex education at schools 7.6%. collecting sex education materials 5.7%, counseling of adolescents 4.9%. development of sex education materials 3.5%, and administrative work related to sex education 3.1%. The biggest problem of their work was over-load in 9 respondents, lack of sex education materials in 8, lack of training in 6, and shortage of professionals in 2. As for the answer on the ways of improving matters related to work of sex education counselors, the most frequent answer was that the organizations responsible for sex education needs to be more professional and systematic, followed by dividing the work load so that they could concentrate on developing education materials and sex education and counseling. Thus, the results of the present study indicated that in order to utilize human resources efficiently, the speciality of counselors needs to be considered when making personnel transfers among health centers, and continued activity as a sex education counselor needs to promoted by reducing other overloading tasks. And systematic re-training of the counselors needs to be done, and education manuals that are diverse and realistic to applicable to the children, who are to be the subjects of sex education, need to be developed and distributed.

  • 연속간행물 입수에서부터 서가배가에 이르기까지 프로세스 흐름에서 체크인 업무는 연속간행물 관리시스템의 기반이 되는 업무이다. 기존의 체크인 담당자는 자료가 입수되면 수작업을 통해 입수자료에 대한 검색을 한후 권호명을 식별해야 하는 자료검색에 대한 부담과, 유사한 서명을 지니고 있는 연속간행물에 체크인하는 오류를 범하는 문제점을 갖고 있었다. 따라서 체크인 업무의 신속성, 정확성, 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위해 SISAC 바코드를 이용한 자동체크인시스템을 개발하였다.

  • The importance of Human Resource Management is big issue in business management recently. However, employ's job satisfaction is appeared as low. In this study, surveys were conducted among those long-term employs. The importance of job satisfaction is prioritized by AHP analysis based on results of survey to compare to the results of previously studied research. And this study will contribute to improvement of job satisfaction by comparing the facts in two different groups of occupation.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore what program worker' experiences in suicide prevention gatekeeper program using tong/ri Chiefs. Participants were three workers who have been in charge of this program for more than 2 years. A qualitative research method, narrative study, was used. As a result of the study, they started the program with burden and fear. They felt a heavy burden of the internal and external the organization and lack of themselves. However, they were able to continue their work despite these difficulties because of the support of their families, colleagues and tong/ri Chiefs. And, they suggested ways to revitalize suicide prevention gatekeeper program using tong/ri Chiefs.

  • Privacy laws are widely enforced throughout the general public and private sector, and the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs is stepping up its annual level of protection and management levels annually. However, in actual field, it has limits to follow the laws that are amended to comply with the privacy laws of the public sector. Therefore, this study should examine the trends of privacy protection and examine items that require adherence to privacy practices in public institutions. In addition, it is hoped to draw implications for the problems arising from the task itself, as well as providing implications for the issues that are closely related to the public in the privacy of the privacy policies.

범용GIS를 이용한 체계적인 가로수관리방안

  • 경기도를 사례로 검토한 결과, 가로수관리의 공통업무는 현황도면관리, 식재방법, 대장 관리, 자료관리, 상세업무, 통계관리로 나타난다. 그러나 겸무가 많아 이러한 주 업무에 대한 투자시간이 짧고, 대부분 수작업의 관리대장을 이용하고 있어 대체로 체계적인 관리가 이루어지고 있지 않다. 또한 관리시스템이 갖춰진 고양시의 경우도, 시스템이 범용GIS 이전에 구축되어 국가설계안과의 조합이 불가능하며, 가로수업무가 도로의 일부분으로 취급되어 업무가 불명료하고, 투자비용에 비해 활용도가 크게 떨어지는 것으로 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 동두천시를 사례로 이러한 관리업무의 흐름과 문제를 더욱 구체적으로 밝혀, 국가범용GIS에 대응하는 가로수관리시스템 기본설계안을 제시했다. 이 설계안은 가로수관리상의 문제 및 현실여건을 고려하여. 1)가로수관리 담당자가 관리업무를 체계적으로 수행할 수 있도록 업무기능을 설계하고, 2)효율적인 가로수 관리를 위하여 대장을 조회/수정/저장 및 출력할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 노선/수종별 가로수현황 및 환경상태파악을 할 수 있도록 가로수통계현황 기능과 공간검객 기능을 설계했다는데 특징이 있다.
