Recently many ASP applications have been released which enable them to accept, save and manipulate files uploaded with a web browser. The files are uploaded via an HTML POST form using RFC 1867 In particular, the file transfer via the HTTP port is getting more important because of the current Internet security issues. In this paper, we implement a form-based ASP upload component and disclose explicitly most of the main codes. That is, the open source might be helpful to develop the new ASP applications including file upload function in the future. We also show the upload time and CPU usage time of the proposed upload component and compare with the well-known commercial ones, showing the performance metrics of the proposed component are comparable to those of commercial ones.

본 논문은 이미지를 검색하고자 할 때, 사용자에게 tag 정보와 이미지에서 추출된 색 정보를 이용하여 보다 정밀도를 검색 시스템을 제공하기 위하여 이미지를 업로드 할 때부터 tag 정보와 이미지에서 추출한 색 정보를 연결시켜 웹 데이터베이스에 업로드 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 현재 tag 정보에 대한 일관성 있고 표준화된 처리 방식에 대한 연구가 미비한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 시스템을 통해 tag 정보의 재사용이 가능하게 한다. 이로써 본 논문에서 제시한 tag 정보와 추출한 색 정보를 이용한 이미지 업로드 시스템은 이미지 질의 처리를 통한 검색 시스템에서 tag 정보의 표준화에 대한 기초자료로써 활용 가능하며, 검색 효율 향상에 도움을 줄 것이다.

Arduino is one of the open source microcontroller projects, and Arduino boards using AVR microcontrollers are commonly used. In general, AVR microcontrollers use ISP (In System Programming) upload, but in Arduino, serial upload through a bootloader is basically used, and a dedicated microcontroller is built into the board for this purpose. In order to use the ISP upload in Arduino, a dedicated upload device is required, which is not included in the Arduino board. In this paper, we propose a unified programmer that can handle ISP upload and serial upload through one dedicated microcontroller, and show that ISP and serial upload are possible using the unified programmer. In addition, the proposed unified programmer works as a USB-serial converter, supports serial communication with a computer, and it is also possible to burn the Arduino bootloader. All operations of the unified programmer can be confirmed through the experimental results.

This study test a situational action theory for explaining online download and upload digital piracy and examines the moderating effect of self-control and punishment. Then it tests the moderating effect of self-control in high morality and low moral rule environments and tests the moderating effect of perceived punishment in low morality and high moral rule environments. Using data from 317 college students in Seoul, In case of download, results show that self-control does not control the effects of high morality and low moral rule on it. In addition, it is found that perceived punishment does not control the effects of low morality and high moral rule on it. In case of upload, results show that self-control does not control but increase the effects of high morality and low moral rule on it, while perceived punishment controls the effects of high morality and low moral rule on it.

국내 광산업은 80년대 카메라, 복사기 등 결상기기 중심에서 90년대 이후에는 결상기기와 더불어 레이저가공기, 광정보기기, 광통신기기 등 광응용기기로 확대되고 있다. 2005년 기준으로 볼때 국내 광산업은 세계시장의 약 5.5%를 차지했으며, 정밀 광산업 기술로드맵과 직접 관련되는 광정밀기기, 광정보기기, 광학기기분야의 수입은 68%, 수출이 90%를 차지해 수출역점산업임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 2010년에는 광산업 세계 시장 규모가 400조원 수준에 이를 것으로 예상되는 가운데 이에 대비하여 국내 광산업의 성장기틀을 다질 때이다. 본 고는 한국광학기기협회에서 작성한 정밀광학기기 분야의 기술로드맵 내용중 국내 광산업 시장 전망과 국내 기술 현황에 대한 내용을 발췌, 정리한 것이다.

위성영상의 종류가 많아지고 다양한 종류의 수치지도가 생성되고 관리되기 위해서는 지도도서관이 필요할 것이며, 이는 클리어링하우스와는 달리 전통적인 종이지도까지 포함이 되어야한다. 상품화된 GIS 툴에서 제공하는 공간검색의 기능을 개발하여 지도도서관에 활용을 한다면, 지명검색보다 다양한 형태의 자료를 검색하여 비교할 수 있으므로, 데이터베이스에 각 자료의 좌상단, 우하단 좌표가 입력 관리되고, 서버에 모든 자료가 존재한다는 가정하에 사각검색과 원 검색의 원리를 경우에 따라 분류하고 SQL문으로 만드는 원리를 정리하였다. 공간검색을 통한 GIS자료의 다운로드와 생성된 자료의 업로드 기능을 클라이언트/서버환경에서 JDBC를 활용하여 구현하였다. 국가기관이나 학교에서 지도전문 도서관이 전무한 실정이지만, 앞으로의 가능성을 전제로 하여 고지도로부터 관광지도, 수치지도, 위성영상을 활용한 주제도에 대한 관리방법으로 제안한다.

IPTV의 스트리밍 서비스를 위해 P2P를 이용하는 방법이 활발하게 연구되어지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 topology를 최적화하는 방안으로 P2P에서 각 peer 간에 연결 및 전송 정보를 이용하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 mesh-network에서 각 peer에 연결된 link의 수를 이용하여 업로드 대역폭을 추정하는 알고리즘을 기반으로 한다. 이 방법은 자원의 관리를 위해 업로드 대역폭을 판단하기 위한 메시지 과부하를 효과적으로 줄여주지만 스트리밍에서 주어진 연산만을 수행할 경우 업로드 대역폭과 무관한 형태로 network topology가 잘못 구성될 가능성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 연구에서 부족했던 부분들을 정리하고 극복할 수 있는 각각의 알고리즘들과 적용했을 시에 예상되는 결과를 제시한다.

스마트 폰의 보급률이 증가함에 따라 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 의사소통이 가능한 SNS(Social Network Service)가 발달하고 있다. SNS는 기존의 단순한 의사소통에서 광고, 게임, 전자상거래 등 사회전반에 걸친 서비스로 확대되었다. 따라서 사용자에게 좀 더 효율적이고 유용한 서비스 제공이 가능하게 되었으며, 다양한 콘텐츠를 업로드 할 수 있다. 그러나 사용자의 지적재산인 해당 콘텐츠를 무단으로 다운로드 받을 경우 저작권에 침해를 받을 수 있다. 또한 악의적인 사용자의 불법 다운로드 경로를 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SNS환경에서 워터마킹 기술을 활용한 콘텐츠 저작권 보호 기법에 대해 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 사용자의 SNS 계정에 업로드한 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보호하며, 악의적인 사용자의 불법 다운로드 경로를 추적하여 추가적인 불법행위를 방지할 수 있다.
