정기선 시장의 경쟁구도가 급변하고 있다. 최근 시황 불안과 Maersk의 Daily Service 등장에 따라 글로벌 얼라이언스인 GA와 TNW가 전략적 협력체인 G6를 구축하는 한편, 유럽의 독립선사 CMA CGM+MSC체제, 및 Evergreen+CKYH도 전략적 협력을 강화하고 있다. 이에 따라 과거 독립선사와 얼라이언스 간의 경쟁에서 독립선사 간 협력 및 독립선사와 얼라이언스 협력 체제 등으로 다변화되고 있다. 중위권 선사 중심의 얼라이언스체제도 G6라는 초대형 얼라이언스가 등장하는 등 정기선 시장은 새로운 전기를 맞고 있다. 다음은 한국해양수산개발원 김태일 부연구위원이 발표한 "정기선 시장 경쟁구도 변화 전망"의 주요 내용을 요약정리한 것이다.

지그비 얼라이언스(ZigBee Alliance)가 9월 28일 서울 메리어트 호텔에서 '지그비 얼라이언스 오픈 하우스'를 갖고, 그 동안의 지그비 개발 성과를 발표했다. 이 자리에서는 지그비 관련 플랫폼이나 단말 개발 동향이 소개됐으며, 아울러 5층에서는 관련 업체들의 제품 전시가 이뤄졌다. 별도 마련된 전시장에는 국내 코윈(Korwin)과 레이디오펄스.TSC 시스템즈.TTA 외 프리스케일.엠버.TI.ST마이크로.텍트로닉스.오키.마이크로칩.크로스보우.Atmel 등 20개사가 참여했다.

In this paper, designed scheme and the performance results of implemented Grand alliance DTV RF up-converter are described. It can generate all channel band (ch.2-ch.60) of Korean broadcasting channel band. The experiment result shows the implemented RF up-converter satisfy the ATSC standards.

최근 구글, 애플, 아마존 등의 글로벌 기업들이 사물인터넷 서비스를 위한 개방형 플랫폼 제공 및 관련 생태계 확보에 나선 가운데, 국제표준단체의 표준화 추진, 기업들간의 협력을 통한 얼라이언스 표준 등 다양한 형태의 표준 기술 개발이 진행되고 있다. 표준기술의 다양화는 사물인터넷의 다양한 서비스 분야에 대한 표준화가 진행되는 긍정적인 측면과 더불어 표준기술간의 연동이 필연적으로 요구된다. 본고에서는 최근 구현 가능한 수준으로 개발된 사물인터넷 관련 대표적인 표준기술에 대하여 간략히 살펴보고, oneM2M에서 표준화가 진행중인 이들 표준간의 연동 표준 기술에 대해서 소개한다. 또한 이러한 표준기술을 활용하여 구현된 사례를 보임으로서 표준간에 실질적인 연동을 통한 서비스 제공의 가능성을 보인다.

해운 항만의 환경이 2000년대 들어서 10,000teu급의 대형 컨테이너선박이 집중 투입되면서 선박의 대형화와 고속화가 가속되고 있다. 이에 따라 전세계 해운시장의 업계들은 살아남기 위한 방안으로 M&A와 Alliance들을 선택하였다. 각각의 선사들은 주력하고 있는 항로들이 다르며 그에 따라 전략적인 제휴관계를 맺고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전 세계 해운 선사들의 Alliance 관계를 파악하고 그들의 사회연결망기법중의 하나인 Net-miner4를 활용하여 네트워크 구조에 대해서 깊이 있게 살펴보았다.

This paper presents a review of standardization activities toward the interoperability between different metaverse platforms, which is a research hotspot in the metaverse. The metaverse is often considered as the evolution of the current mobile Internet. Like for the Internet, interoperability is essential to provide continuous user experiences over different metaverse service environments. However, current metaverses have limitations in providing interoperability in terms of portability of services, digital objects, such as identity and avatars, and economic systems. To address these limitations, the metaverse industry and open-source communities have recently begin to develop metaverse interworking standards. We describe activities conducted by various representative standardization bodies such as the Metaverse Standardization Forum, W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) Open Metaverse Interoperability, Open Metaverse Foundation, Open Metaverse Alliance for Web3, and Metaverse Alliance. In addition, we discuss how to counteract interoperability issues from the Korean perspective.

This study analyzed changes in the competitive structure of the global shipping container market and the appropriate capacity of the container fleet in Korea from three perspectives. The competitive market analysis applied the market concentration ratio and Hirschman-Herfindahl index, while the appropriate capacity analysis was based on the following three aspects: (1) Fleet capacity to secure competitiveness in the global shipping alliance; (2) Fleet capacity to increase national fleet coverage of domestic import and export container cargo; and (3) Fleet capacity analysis through the panel model considering the characteristics of the major shipping countries. Analysis of the global shipping container market reveals an oligopoly industry, and Korea's container fleet capacity is insufficient across all three analyses.
