Design and Implementation of Library Chatbot for Non-face-to-face Reference Services (비대면 참고정보서비스를 위한 도서관 챗봇 설계 및 구현 연구)

  • This study explores the potential of using a library chatbot to improve the non-face-to-face digital reference services for academic library users by designing and implementing a library chatbot. Through data analysis, user needs and library services were analyzed, and a scenario was designed by selecting an appropriate development method. For user-friendly interaction, the personality of the chatbot and user interface was designed to evaluate its usability. In addition, the accuracy was verified through the response accuracy evaluation and performance evaluation of the chatbot, and the effectiveness of the chatbot was evaluated through a user satisfaction survey. In order to manage the operation and maintain service quality, the chatbot is improved by monitoring user-chatbot conversations and reflecting user feedback. Based on these findings, recommendations for designing and implementing a library chatbot were made to help improve library reference services.

  • As fears of infection with the Corona 19 virus increase, an untact mood is also blowing in the real estate market. Changes in life style are bringing about changes in the way of life and patterns of consumption. In the real estate marketing market, such changes are inevitable. In particular, marketing using a real estate model house has the characteristics of marketing that is closely related to the denseness that many people visit in an enclosed space. These characteristics include all three features (airtight, dense, close), characteristics mentioned in the COVID-19 prevention rules. Therefore, in this study, we will look at ways to reinforce model house customer marketing in line with the untact (non-face-to-face) trend and to avoid the above three features, characteristics in the model house customer marketing process, and show the implementation results to avoid features. Through this, we propose a safe and expandable real estate marketing strategy through the avoidance of the three features of corona 19.

  • Our society is rapidly changing with the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution, the emergence of a generation with new characteristics, and the untact era following the With Corona policy. Although the transition to untact is accelerating in the field of performing arts, in the case of opera, face-to-face performances are mainly conducted by experts and enthusiasts through on-site performances. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the uncertainty of creating opportunities through the influx of new customers such as the MZ generation and the departure of existing experts and enthusiasts. In this study, in order to examine these existing problems, we conducted literature review and case analysis, compared the opera face-to-face/non-face-to-face performance characteristics, derived an activation plan, and conducted expert interviews to secure the coherence and validity of the plan. In conclusion, we thought that it was difficult to improve the sound and sound quality, impairing the sense of presence and emotion due to many shortcomings when operating non-face-to-face as a music genre with the characteristics of opera. Therefore, we established the direction of activating the opera mainly face-to-face, but making good use of the advantages of non-face-to-face, which is not limited by region and time, and promoting the direction of activating face-to-face and non-face-to-face performances complementary to each other through the concept of cultural enjoyment.

  • 최근 COVID-19 때문에 교육 및 모임 등 다양한 환경을 비대면으로 진행하고 있다. 이에 따라 메타버스 개념이 새로운 이슈로 주목받고 있다. 본 작품은 메타버스, 즉 3차원 가상공간의 새로운 세계에서 사용자를 대신하여 참여시킬 수 있는 아바타를 제작해 본다. 메타버스를 활용한 사용자의 움직임을 인식하는 3D 아바타는 코로나 사태로 인한 언택트 시대에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 각종 비대면 미팅에 자신의 아바타를 만들어 참여할 수 있도록 그 아바타를 움직임과 함께 구현하는 과정을 설명한다. 먼저, Kinect를 통해 사용자의 움직임을 받아 유니티를 연동시켜 불러온다. 다음으로 블렌더를 통해 사용자가 원하는 아바타를 제작하고 유니티 환경에서 사용자의 움직임을 실시간으로 반영하는 아바타를 나타낸다. 사용자는 자신의 행동을 그대로 반영시켜주는 3D 아바타를 가상현실 속 화면을 통해 확인할 수 있다.

  • Covid-19으로 인한 언택트(Untact) 문화의 확산으로 키오스크 주문과 같은 비대면 서비스가 증가하였다. 본 연구에서는 비대면 서비스로 인해 발생하는 정보격차 및 접근성 문제를 해결하기 위해 AI 기술과 사용자 인터페이스를 결합하여 개인 맞춤화된 키오스크를 소개한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 AI 키오스크는 자연어 처리기술을 활용한 음성 주문을 통해 편리성을 증진하고, 딥러닝 기술을 이용한 연령대 인식, 사용자의 알레르기 정보를 고려한 메뉴 추천을 통해 사용자에게 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공한다. 개발된 키오스크를 통해 개인화된 서비스를 개선할 수 있으며 더불어 정보 취약계층 간의 정보격차를 해소할 수 있다.

  • Many of the industry was changed because of the pandemic of covid 19. It combined with the tendency of modern people to pursue convenience. The industry of Cosmetics also changed business channel from offline to online. Before, people can not get suggestions after they complete the survey. This paper research how to suggest some cosmetics products with their skin type and skin data. We will develop Beauty Concierge system that can get suggestion after the survey. It's will make people attend activity and can make more benefit to the people.

  • 본래 대중문화는 그 자체로 '집단(Mass)'의 의미가 들어있다. 하나의 방송콘텐츠는 PD, 작가, 출연자와 방송 스텝들은 물론이고 관객들까지 참여함으로써 완성된다. 하지만 방송의 이런 집단 창작 시스템은 코로나19 같은 전 세계적인 감염병 유행 앞에서 유례없는 변화를 가져왔고, 쉽게 가라앉지 않는 감염병으로 랜선 콘서트, 라이브 뮤지컬 등 여러 언택트 시스템(Untact System)이 시도되어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 언택트 시스템(Untact System)의 도입으로 변화하는 방송에 대해 알아보고, 라이브 방송 시스템을 설계한다.[2]

The Effect of Non-Face-to-Face Class on Core Competencies of College Students in Clothing Major: Focused on Application Case of Flipped Learning (언택트 시대에 비대면 수업이 의류학 분야 대학생의 핵심역량 수준에 미치는 영향: 플립러닝 기법의 적용 사례를 중심으로)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of non-face-to-face classes conducted due to the COVID-19 crisis. In order to achieve this goal, a non-face-to-face class with flipped learning was applied in one subject of clothing major held at 'S' University in Cheongju, Korea. In addition, this study tried to analyze the differences between pre- and post-non-face-to-face classes in problem analysis ability, resource/information/technology literacy, convergent thinking ability as core competencies, and overall learning satisfaction. As a result, after participating in the non-face-to-face class in which the flipped learning was applied, the students recognized that their abilities improved in the three problem-solving competency sub-areas, and their overall learning satisfaction also increased. The effectiveness of non-face-to-face classes in the field of clothing and fashion has been mainly measured in fashion design and clothing construction courses. However, based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that non-face-to-face classes in a theory-oriented lecture-type class can be effective methods for improving students' core competencies such as problem-solving skills if teaching-learning methods such as flipped learning are applied. Therefore, the results of this study will be useful data for designing differentiated non-face-to-face class strategies in a theory-oriented lecture-type class to improve the core competencies of college students.

  • 본 작품은 쇼핑의 발달 및 코로나로 인한 언택트 및 비대면 수요의 증가와 더불어 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 장점을 살려 만들었다. 어플리케이션에서 서버와의 연동을 통해 정보를 주고받으면서 웹페이지 안에 3D 모형과 각종 기능을 확인할 수 있고 이를 스마트폰 모바일 기기에서 간편하게 확인이 가능함으로써 다양한 쇼핑 기능들을 시각적으로 확인하고 활용할 수 있다.

  • COVID-19 is also influencing the coffee industry. This will increase untact consumption, a new consumption trend. Consumption utilizing online channels and delivery service applications that represent untact consumption is becoming commonplace. The coffee industry is also increasingly using coffee shops with drive-through and smart ordering systems that can be ordered with minimal contact. While most of the untact services are preempted at franchise stores, many independent coffee shops still offer differentiated services by communicating directly with customers. However, along with the prolonged COVID-19 infection, coffee shops in the present era, which cannot be free from infectious diseases, have no choice but to worry about delivery services. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors that influence coffee delivery services. Research results due to the influence of COVID-19, regular delivery services have increased along with coffee delivery services. Regular delivery services will play a central role in coffee delivery services due to increased use of home cafes by consumers who want to enjoy coffee in various ways.
