  • Assemblage has become a popular concept in modern socio-spatial theories with relational and material turns. This article investigates the concept of assemblage focusing on Deleuze and Guattari. By comparing similar concepts such as Foucault's apparatus and Actor-Network Theory, this article demonstrates that assemblage emphasizes not only deterritorialization but also (re)territorialization, and that the exteriality of relations is a critical aspect that differentiate assemblage from other relational spatial concepts. Assemblage can highlight the value of empiricism as an analytical tool, and be open to new spatial imaginations as well as multiple existences and possiblities of alternative political projects and practices.

  • Recognition model is not defined when you configure a model, Been added to the model after model building awareness, Model a model of the clustering due to lack of recognition models are generated by modeling is causes the degradation of the recognition rate. In order to improve decision tree state tying modeling using parameter estimation of Bayesian method. The parameter estimation method is proposed Bayesian method to navigate through the model from the results of the decision tree based on the tying state according to the maximum probability method to determine the recognition model. According to our experiments on the simulation data generated by adding noise to clean speech, the proposed clustering method error rate reduction of 1.29% compared with baseline model, which is slightly better performance than the existing approach.

  • In vocabulary recognition has unseen tri-phone appeared when recognition training. This system has not been created beginning estimation figure of model parameter. It's bad points could not be created that model for phoneme data. Therefore it's could not be secured accuracy of Gaussian model. To improve suggested Gaussian model to optimized method of model parameter using probability distribution. To improved of confidence that Gaussian model to optimized of probability distribution to offer by accuracy and to support searching of phoneme data. This paper suggested system performance comparison as a result of recognition improve represent 1.7% by out-of vocabulary rejection algorithm using normalization confidence.

  • This study aims at the exploration of usefulness of traditional knowledge reflected in the place names. This study is useful and pragmatic for the establishment of disaster prevention measures from the analyses of disaster database, which shows the regional distribution and historical changes of disaster characteristics through history. The construction and categorization of disaster-related place names are based on historical maps and literatures on place names. One hundred twenty eight disaster-related place terminologies are selected based on disaster causes and possibilities. Design of field structures and category codes for the disaster-related place names has been proposed and the construction of disaster-related place names from the six sources has been completed.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and to explore the possibility of the serious language training game for students with intellectual disabilities. To do this, words of language training program were extracted from the National Common Basic Curriculum of Special School and the contents design of language training program were developed based on the evaluation of significance and difficulty by special teachers, special education professors, and special education experts. To explore the possibility of applying the serious language training game, a usability evaluation was conducted with 45 special school teachers and 31 students with intellectual disabilities. The results showed that the serious language game had a high level of usability as the special school teachers received 4.25 and the students with intellectual disabilities received 4.33 out of 5. But there is no difference of usability evaluation on the level of school and the arrangement of school. As a result of this study, we can draw a conclusion that there is a high possibility of applying the serious language game to language education for students with intellectual disabilities.

  • According to the researches of robot and software agent until now, computational emotion model is dependent on system, so it is hard task that emotion models is separated from existing systems and then recycled into new systems. Therefore, I introduce the Engine of computational Emotion model (shall hereafter appear as EE) to integrate with any robots or agents. This is the engine, ie a software for independent form from inputs and outputs, so the EE is Emotion Generation to control only generation and processing of emotions without both phases of Inputs(Perception) and Outputs(Expression). The EE can be interfaced with any inputs and outputs, and produce emotions from not only emotion itself but also personality and emotions of person. In addition, the EE can be existed in any robot or agent by a kind of software library, or be used as a separate system to communicate. In EE, emotions is the Primary Emotions, ie Joy, Surprise, Disgust, Fear, Sadness, and Anger. It is vector that consist of string and coefficient about emotion, and EE receives this vectors from input interface and then sends its to output interface. In EE, each emotions are connected to lists of emotional experiences, and the lists consisted of string and coefficient of each emotional experiences are used to generate and process emotional states. The emotional experiences are consisted of emotion vocabulary understanding various emotional experiences of human. This study EE is available to use to make interaction products to response the appropriate reaction of human emotions. The significance of the study is on development of a system to induce that person feel that product has your sympathy. Therefore, the EE can help give an efficient service of emotional sympathy to products of HRI, HCI area.

  • This dissertation's object is to confirm the drastic popularity of La Peste of Albert Camus in Korea post-corona society using big data as the mean of inductive research. Analyzing news articles concerning Camus and investigating word frequency of the book La Peste will affirm the implications La Peste has on current Korea society as the outbreak spreads. As an analysis tool, Bigkinds of Korea Press Foundation and Nuagedemots, the French version of Word Cloud were used. For the past 30 years, Albert Camus has been known in Korea as the writer of L'étranger, but after the epidemic, he earned more reputation with La Peste. Compared to L'étranger that rebelled against the world's absurdity with ennui, La peste emphasizes the importance of resistance accompanied by solidarity. La peste conveys hope by depicting disastrous situations of citizens who confront the plague by organizing a health college. The novel delivers a lot of ethical inspiration to humanity in this exceptional circumstance of COVID-19.

  • Nanta means "tapping" using percussion instruments such as drums, which is the rhythm of Samulnori, a tradtional Korean music. Nanta speech rhythm intervention program was developed and applied for the children with limited speech sound production and investigated its effect. Nanta program provided audible stimulation, various sound loudness and beats, and rhythms. Nanta program consists of three stages : Respiration, phonation and articulation with the rhythm. Six children with language development delay participated in this study. Children were encouraged to explore sounds and beats and freely express sounds and beats. Along with the rhythm, children also were encouraged to produce speech sounds by increasing the length of syllables in mimetic and imitating words. A total of 15 sessions were conducted twice a week for 40 minutes per session. For exploring the effectiveness, raw scores from preschool receptive-expressive scales (PRES) and receptive-expressive vocabulary test (REVT) were obtained and compared before and after therapy. The results demonstrated that significantly improved receptive (p=.027) and expressive language scores (p=.024) in PRES and receptive (p=.028) and expressive (p=.028) vocabulary scores following intervention using Wilcoxon signed-rank test. These findings suggest that the nanta rhythm program can be useful for improving language development and vocabulary in children with limited speech sound production.

  • As a major factor for efficient management and retrieval of the articles in databases, keywords are classified into uncontrolled keywords and controlled keywords. Most of Korean scholarly databases fail to provide controlled vocabularies to indexing research articles which help users to retrieve relevant papers exhaustively. In this paper, we carried out automatic descriptor assignment experiments to Korean articles using automatic classifiers learned with descriptors in international database. The results of the experiments show that the classifier learning with descriptors in international database can potentially offer controlled vocabularies to Korean scholarly articles having English s. Also, we sought to improve the performance of automatic descriptor assignment using various classifiers and combination of them.

  • The purpose of this paper is to review the importance of situated cognition and the features of MOO(Multi-user Object Oriented)environments for effective foreign language learning. Learning foreign languages is beyond simply recalling for the vocabularies or expression usages of targeted languages. As much the same as children naturally acquire their mother languages among active and social interactions with other surrounding people, foreign languages should be told in the circumstances and contexts for authentic applications of foreign languages. The MOO, one of the virtual realities with spatial metaphors on the text basis, has been gaining high attentions from educational fields, thanks to the strong functions of social contexts and learner interactions. This paper approaches the features of MOO as foreign language learning environments, in terms of activity, context and interaction.
