  • Arduino is for design based on open source prototyping platform, artist, designer, hobby activists, etc, i has been designed for all those who are interested in the environment construct. Arduino adventage you can easily create applications hardware, without deep knowledge about the hardware. Configuration of arduino using AVR microcontroller ATmage 168, software to action arduino using arduino program, MATLAB, Processing. Arduino is open source base, you can hardware production directly and using shield additionally, the arduino can be combined. Android AKD is open source. You can create android smart phone application. By the way compatible and can be used android ADK add arduino Manifast. Using arduino program, arduino bread-board design on hardware., create button click, connection with each other. In this paper, sortware was used for arduino program and android ADK, hardware was used for arduino MegaADK board, After making one accessory using the software and hardware verification.

  • In this paper, an error tracking platform is designed for enhanced-reliable IOT system. The platform is designed to enhance reliability of IOT system by analysing additional informations(OS, Browser, Device) and by notifying error detection to developers. Especially, in the case of an error in the service which it is difficult for developers to recognize it, The platform also supports notification services through various communication media(Email, Slack, SMS). The common interface is designed to accommodate many languages(typescript, Swift, and Android) in the development process, and the interface allows users to analyze errors that occur on various platforms, including mobile/web/desktop applications. By presenting each error in groups through issues, developers can easily identify issues in the service. The visualizing function is included to recognize various error type by dashboard.

  • Recently embedded system developed a lot. Physically, embedded systems range from portable devices such as digital watches and MP3 players, to large stationary installations like traffic lights, factory controllers, or the systems controlling nuclear power plants. This paper focuses on implementation of portable device which is applicable to the child-kidnap or missing child prevention system in residential area or public area. To be specific, this device is to transmit video data which comes from the camera in the device into the host PC via WLAN. Embedded hardware platform consists of s3c2440 with ARM9 core, WindowsCE OS and other sensors. OS enables the platform to do multitasking jobs which are handling GPS data, taking video, capturing audio via microphone in the device and transfer all kind of realtime data to the host PC.

  • This Paper presents an SOA framework that enables smooth provision of service to ordinary users while also replacing the current B2B environment-oriented SOA framework. To that end, the proposed SOA will be reviewed for its concept, characteristics, and components. Key to its design is that it will be implemented using the prospective next-generation P2P platform known as JXTA. The proposed framework includes all the basic functions of other SOA frameworks, and will make Provision and use of services more easy compared with other frameworks. Under this service, data and applications controlling these data are provided in an enabling format, thereby addressing security problems. Another advantage of this proposed framework is that each peer is able to play all roles of a service provider, service client, and service registry.

  • 네트워크 가상현실 시스템은 먼 거리에 떨어진 사용자들 사이에 일관성 있는 가상 세계를 제공하며, 군사, 오락, 건축 등 여러 부분에 응용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 동안 고성능 그래픽 워크스테이션 환경에서 중심적으로 연구되어 왔던 네트워크 가상현실 시스템을 가장 보편적인 플랫폼인 네트워크 환경에서 구현할 때 생기는 3차원 그래픽 처리 성능의 문제 등과 같은 이에 대한 해결책들을 제시하고 미로 환경과 지형 환경에 근거한 가상 세계를 응용 실험 대상으로 삼아 성능을 분석하였다. 실시간으로 상호 작용하는 어플리케이션은 성능을 유지하면서 모든 참가자들에게 동일한 뷰를 보여주는 것이 중요하다. 동일한 뷰를 제공하기 위해 참가자들이 전송하는 이벤트마다 재생 지연 시간을 설정하고, 수신한 이벤트에 대해서는 예정 재생 시각까지 버퍼에 저장하여 모든 참가자들이 동시에 이벤트를 실행하도록 하는 기법이 제안되어 왔다. 그러나 네트워크 트래픽이 동적으로 변하므로 네트워크 상에서 발생하는 전송 지연 시간도 동적으로 변화한다. 그러므로 고정된 재생 지연 시간을 사용할 경우, 네트워크 트래픽 감소에 따라 상호 작용 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 상실하게 되고, 네트워크 트래픽 증가에 따라 이벤트 손실률이 크게 증가하게 되어 참가자들 간에 일치하지 않는 뷰를 초래하게 된다. 네트워크 트래픽이 적어서 전송 지연 시간이 짧을 경우 짧은 재생 지연 시간을 적용하여 상호작용 성능을 높여주고, 트래픽이 많은 경우에는 재생 지연 시간을 늘림으로써 상호 작용 성능을 해치지 않는 범위에서 이벤트 손실률을 줄인다. 실험을 통하여 제안하는 기법의 성능을 평가하였으며 그 결과 본 동기화 기법이 고부하(heavily loaded) 네트워크 상태가 지속되는 동안 기존 기법에 비해 참가자들에게 일치된 뷰를 제공할 수 있고, 저부하(lightly loaded) 네트워크 상태에서는 상호 작용 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Internet of Things (IoT) is an environment where various devices are connected to each other via a wired/wireless network and where the devices gather, process, exchange, and share information. Some of the most important types of IoT devices are mobile IoT devices such as smartphones. These devices provide various high-performance services to users but cannot be supplied with power all the time; therefore, power management appropriate to a given IoT environment is necessary. Power management of mobile IoT devices involves complex relationships between various entities such as application processors (APs), HW modules inside/outside AP, Operating System (OS), platforms, and applications; a method is therefore needed to systematically analyze and manage these relationships. In addition, variabilities related to power management such as various policies, operational environments, and algorithms need to be analyzed and applied to power management development. In this paper, engineering principles and a method based on them are presented in order to address these challenges and support systematic development of IoT device power management. Power management of connected helmet systems was used to validate the feasibility of the proposed method.

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) is expected to provide new business opportunities by connecting devices, persons, and their data. However, the value proposed by IoT cannot be realized without trust. As IoT premises on the seamless connections, it should guarantee trust among the connected persons and things. However, there is lack of relevant discussion on how to achieve trustworthy connections and interactions because most of academic studies have mainly focused on the development of IoT platforms and applications. To fill the gaps, recent EU-funded projects such as uTRUSTit, ABC4Trust, Inter-Trust, COMPOSE, and SMARTIE have been conducted under the FP7-ICT Framework Programme. This paper presents and discusses each project's purpose and approach. Although their approaches are somewhat different from each other, all of them dedicate to achieving both privacy and security by providing the trustworthy connections. It seems to be clear that Korea also needs more academic and practical contribution in terms of researches, to implement "trust"among connected things, which will eventually satisfy what really IoT is expected for.

  • This study defines the pipeline for digital fashion contents production using CLO 3D, a 3D fashion design software that supports virtual clothing visualization as a cutting-edge simulation technology for fashion, and vuforia, a mobile platform augmented reality (AR) development kit for creating AR applications. The proposed production pipeline is organized in a method to produce a virtual clothing model through CLO 3D software through works of patterns, sewing lines, textures, etc., and AR contents based on computer vision techniques using the functions and properties of vuforia development kits in the Unity engine development environment. In addition, we present application method that can be practically utilized from the perspective of practical users, such as fashion designers and directors, by creating a new type of AR digital fashion contents directly as a flow of the defined production pipeline.

  • High speed computer, large scale storage device and high speed computer network are computing infrastructure which we can easily access to in these days. However, many computer simulations in natural or applied science such as molecular simulation require more computing power as well as larger scale of storage. Grid computing which is a next generation of distributed computing environment, is one of solution for the new requirements. Even though many researches have been going on Grid computing, those are oriented to communication interface and protocols, and middleware like globus tool kits[2, 3]. Therefore research on application level platform or application itself is yet premature and it makes real users be difficult to utilize Grid system for their research. In this paper, we suggest a new user environment and an abstract job model for simulation experiments on MGrid(Molecular Simulation Grid). It will make users be able to utilize Grid resources efficiently and reliably.

  • This study proposed an integrated management system model of researcher identifiers using the ISNI(International Standard Name Identifier) that can prevent duplicate issuance of identifiers and can be used to reorganize the authors' information. We looked at the metadata structure and management system of the ISNI that can be applied in various fields among identifiers. And we have designed the integrated ID system and system model that can manage the identifiers issued by each institute based on the ISNI. This model consists of data structure layer, platform layer, application layer, management and security layer (4 layers) and we have presented some of the key features and issues to consider when managing the integrations.
