본 연구에서는 최근 학교 주변에서 발생하는 어린이 범죄 사고의 관리 및 예방을 위한 무선 센서 네트워크 기반의 스쿨존 안전관리 시스템을 제안한다. 학교 주변 무선센서네트워크 망 구축과 어린이들에게 부착되는 센서들을 통해 환경 및 위치 영상 센싱 정보들을 공간 지식화하여 안전과 관련된 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 스쿨존 망을 벗어나 통신이 되지 않는 어린이의 경우 기회주의적 네트워크를 통하여 관리할 수 있는 전략적 안전관리 방안을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 기반 인프라를 이용한 실시간 유괴방지 시스템을 구축하였다. 급속한 사회 발전과 더불어 강력사건이 증가되고 있으며 그중에서 어린이 유괴 범죄 같이 질적으로 흉악한 범죄가 해마다 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 유괴 범죄를 예방하기 위하여 현재 GPS(Global Positioning System)을 이용한 위치인식 기술 및 이동통신 기지국을 이용한 위치인식 기술이 사용되고 있다. 단순히 위치인식 기술은 위험상황이 발생하였을 때, 상황을 정확히 인지하기 어려워 유괴된 어린이 44%가 1시간 이내 사망하고 74%가 3시간 이내 사망 한다는 통계를 감안하면 기존 시스템은 어린이 생명 보호 능력에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 도시 기반 인프라를 구축하여 WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network)환경에서 RF만으로 거리 측정이 가능한 IEEE 802.15.4a의 ISM Band CSS(Chirp Spread Spectrum)방식을 이용하여 보다 저 전력으로 정확한 위치정보 시스템을 적용하였다. 이에 CSS방식을 통하여 얻은 위치정보를 지능형 CCTV와 융합하여 CCTV가 단말기 위치로 자동 초점하는 시스템을 구성하였다. 도시통합운영센터에서 상황을 정확히 인지하고 신속하게 출동할 수 있도록 단말기 위치를 지속적으로 요원의 PDA 및 핸드폰으로 통보하고 현장 주변의 미디어 보드 표시와 음성 경고로 경찰의 적절한 대응 및 주변의 도움을 받을 수 있는 시스템을 구성하였다.

범인의 음성을 녹취하여 본격적으로 컴퓨터를 이용하여 음향분석을 하는 것은 스펙트로그래프가 등장하는 1940년대 말 이전에는 없었다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 청지각적인 문제는 아마 수 백년 전부터 법정에서 논란이 있었을 것으로 추정한다. 영국에서는 이미 1660년에 법정에서 청지각적인 검사를 시행하였다는 기록이 있으며, 미국에서는 20세기 초엽에 플로리다 주에서 이미 청지각적인 증거를 법정에서 채택하였다는 기록이 있다. 오늘날 범죄음성에 대한 연구는 무고한 어린이의 유괴와 폭발물 설치협박 등과 같은 죄질이 무거운 범죄에 이용되기 때문에 문제가 심각한 실정이다. Today, a variety of systems have been developed to protect women and children. However, crime rates are still rising in the Green Zone. So we need the system to protect it. In this paper, we propose a system that sends messages in real time to the Green Zone administrator when a registered offender access to the Green Zone area. The existing system is a passive data transmission through monitoring. But the proposed system when access to the Green Zone set, detects a GPS-based. Accordingly, It is expected to be able protection through to monitor in real time and manage for women and children from criminals.

We are being developed many applicaton of wireless mobile computing system environment with development of wireless internet technology and teminal eqipment. Lately, Modern Society increase terror of infant children and weak peoples. This study suggested missing child prevention and protection of infant children. When happened an emergency of missing child has risen, we suggest missing child prevention system. This system find position of missing child in fast time. We analysis and design and constructed missing child prevention system by bluetooth and GPS of wireless mobile environment.

For improving social safety, It is important to build Web DB of criminal prevention and open to the public. It could be help to mitigate social damage of crimes and accidents. In this study, the main goal is to analyze and apply the applicable contents from user demands studies and case studies for a domestic life safety Web DB. For this study 31 cases of international life safety Web DB were collected and analyzed. Customer participation style of Web service was reviewed. And demand survey for crime weakness group like students, and young women was examined. As a results people needed to know the un-safety area in their usual life and their ways; school to home, work to home. While creating the Web DB for domestic life safety, user content according to different economic status and publicity for Web DB proved to be important factors.

Continue to have an increasingly violent crimes against children every year, and as you know all seriousness is classified as a felony. However, efforts to reduce the underlying crime is low. Therefore, it is necessary to solve this problem, the security system. Is to protect the children and adults that exist that can pose a threat to children to identify and monitor tracking method in this paper. Was based on a Korean standard body size of a person, such as keys, arm length, leg length, head vertical length, head width proposed method. Also, separate the adults and children through the comparison of the reference value, the ratio and the ratio of the number of pixels of the detected object, the proposed method. Processing speed is fast because it detects only a specific object region in the entire image in the handling method in the proposed method the five nine minutes. The advantage is to enable comparison of the specific object, through which there is.

In this paper, we propose a safety management system which prevents the occurrence of crime and accident from rising in school neighborhood. This system offers a monitoring method for safety of children which make intelligent space from environment and location sensing data through wireless communication between sensors attached to children and fixed sensor network in school neighborhood. Also, We propose a strategic safety management plan using opportunistic network when node is out of school zone network. Many students can easily receive the service of low cost from WSN-based School zone network than existing service from GPS individually by using our scheme.
