2008년도 낙농육우산업 발전을 위한 설문조사

  • 2008년 낙농육우산업 발전을 위해 최우선적으로 해결해야 할 낙농현안은 "낙농제도개선을 통한 전국단위 우유수급 안정'과 '낙농정책에 대한 비전수립'인 것으로 조사됐다. 협회가 지난해 말 실시한 낙농가들을 대상으로 실시한 '2008 낙농산업 발전을 위한 설문조사' 결과에 따르면, 낙농가들이 가장 시급한 해결과제로 꼽은 것은 '낙농제도개선을 통한 전국단위 우유수급 안정'(19%)이었으며 '낙농정책에 대한 비전수립'과 '제도적인 우유소비 확대방안의 마련', '무허가 축사의 양성화 방안 마련'도 각각 17%, 14%, 11%로 나타나, 안정적인 낙농산업 기반확보에 대한 낙농가들의 바램이 높은 것으로 조사됐다. 이번 설문조사는 협회가 중장기 낙농산업발전을 위한 세부적인 활동방향 모색을 위해 농가현장의 여론을 수렴코자 지난해 11월 27일부터 12월 11일까지 실시한 전국순회 낙농육우인 대토론회 기간 동안 강습회 참석자들을 대상으로 이뤄졌으며 설문조사에 참여한 응답자는 총 455명이다. 설문조사 내용은 낙농산업 발전방안, 낙농환경문제개선, 낙농자조금사업, 월간 "낙농육우" 및 협회 홈페이지 등에 대한 농가들의 의견 등이다. 협회는 이번 설문조사 결과를 향후 협회활동에 참고할 계획이다. 한편, 협회는 지난해 한미 FTA협상 타결, 한EU FTA 협상 등 대외적 문제와 전국단위 낙농제도개편, 낙농환경대책 등 국내 현안에 대한 실질적인 대응책 마련에 고심하며 한EU FTA 연구용역, 낙농기초조사 연구용역을 실시하고 있다. 또한 국정감사 요청사항으로 낙농육우 10대 과제를 제시하였고, 아울러 낙농육우 5대 핵심사항을 선정하여 지난 대선 공약사항으로 채택될 수 있도록 지속적인 활동을 전개한 바 있다. 이와 더불어 전국 9개 도시에서의 전국 순회 낙농육우 10대 과제를 제시하였고, 아울러 낙농육우인 대토론회 개최를 통해 사료값 인상에 따른 원유가 인상 검토, 전국단위 제도 개편 조속 해결, 무허가축사 양성화 조치에 대한 대선후보 농정공약 채택활동 중점 전개, 학교우유 급식 확대를 위한 실질적인 대책 마련 등 다양한 정책 건의를 수렴한 바 있다.

Cultivation Characteristics of Wild Weedy Melons Collected in Korea (한국 야생잡초 참외의 재배적 특성)

  • Twenty and 16 accessions of the countrywide weedy melon (Cucumis melo var. agrestis) collections were evaluated in 1986 and 1990, respectively. There was a good variation in the plant height and their leaves were small in general. In sex expression, 30 of the accessions were andromonoecious, 4 were monoecious and 2 were hermaphrodite. Female flower set on main stems was extremely rare except for on hermaphrodite. On andromonoecious and monoecious plants, abundant female flowers set at the 1st and 2nd node of branch vines. Bitter taste was found in the young fruits of all the accessions tested. Mature fruits were dark yellow, yellow, light yellow or milky white in color, small in size, and very low in sweet taste. The number of seeds per fruit varied from 50.6 to 158.4 showing the characteristics of wild species for perpetuation in wild.

  • This study is aimed what improvement for an illegality detective aagency and messenger office. First, administrators or managers who are involved with personal information protection should make a full-fledged effort to gather information. Second, counseling or related programs should be provided for small and mid-sized security firms to guarantee thorough personal information protection. Third, Korea Security Association should improve the educational system related to personal information protection to resolve problems with this education currently provided for managers and employees of these companies.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how the Chanel Collection, a famous brand acknowledged for it's modern style, was influenced by post-modernism. The scope of research includes initial concentration on 1920's boyish style of Chanel as well as its relative influence on modernism. Secondly, the research concentrates on Chanel Collections that Lagerfeld's designs were best represented. The results were as follows: The tendency to eroticism for fashion business, tendency to retro-fashion, tendency to popularization of sub-cultural group's fashion, tendency to no-match-mix, tendency to androgynous style, tendency to emphasis on ornaments in clothing.

  • 본 논문에서는 변전운영분야 실무능력 강화를 위한 교육시스템 구축을 위한 방법을 도출하였다. 변전운영분야의 전문기술 양성을 위한 체계적인 로드맵을 수립하였고, 변전운영분야 근무직원의 고장대처능력강화를 위해 실설비와 연동되는 모의고장시뮬레이터가 구비된 옥내.옥외 변전종합실습장을 구축하였다. 실습장의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 변전실습강사를 양성화하는 방안을 제시하였고, 교육과정의 실습비율을 60%이상으로 확대하는 등 실무위주의 교육개편 방안을 수립하였다. 또한, IEC-61850기반의 변전소자동화 기술 확보를 위한 전문기술교육체계 수립 방안을 제시하였으며, 특화된 전문기술 취득을 위한 과정 개발 등 교육수요자의 요구사항이 반영되는 교육시스템을 제시하였다.

A Study on the RF and Microwave Hyperthermia System for Cancer Therapy (온열료법을 이용한 고주파 및 마이크로웨이브 암치료기에 관한 연구)

  • This study is an attempt to review the theories about the RF and microwave hyperthermia and to get the practical implementation of hyperthermia system on the basic clinical experiments with agar phantoms and four patients. The frequencies of RF power are 8 MHz and 16 MHz, which are effective for the heating of deep-seated and superficial tumors, and microwave is 2.45 GHz, also suitable for the heating of superficial tumors. Even if the long-term effect of clinical applications were not investigated for human living body, it was observee that the RF and microwave hyperthermias are effective for many kinds of cancers in the fixed frequency ranges.

  • 현재 국내 건설기계 부품의 대부분이 수명 시간이 도래한 중고 장비가 동남아시아 등지로 재제조 되지 않고 수출되거나 폐기되고 있다. 이를 재제조함으로써 자원순환이란 관점에서의 많은 경제적 환경적 이점들을 충족하고자 하며, 선진국들과 중국도 일찍이 건설기계 부품 재제조 사업을 장려하고 있다. 재제조 사업은 부가가치가 높아 여러 국가의 유명 완성차 업체가 직접 참여하여 재제조함으로써 많은 건설 시공사와 수요처들에게 판매하고 있고, 수익성도 높아 완성차 제조 기업 중 재제조 사업으로 총 매출 중 20%를 차지할 만큼 적극적이다. 그러나 국내는 이제 2016년 건설기계 부품 재제조 협회를 창립하면서 음성적으로 재제조하여 왔던 기업을 양성화함은 물론 기반 인프라 구축을 통하여 선진 기업과의 조속히 격차를 줄여 나가고 있다. 또한 재제조에 대한 공정 기술을 개발함과 동시에 전국 인프라 구축을 통하여 산업의 활성화를 꾀하고자 건설기계 부품 산업의 발전 전략을 수립하여 본 기고에 제시하여 보았다.

The Distribution and Characteristics of Use of Urban Farms - A Case Study of the Siji Region in Daegu Metropolitan City - (도시텃밭의 분포 및 이용 특성 - 대구광역시 시지지역을 사례로 -)

  • Within the urban area, over the past decades unused land and public land such as streams and road sides have given urban residents a space for farming (urban farms). However, because this use is illegal, farming in unused and public lands could cause conflicts between urban farm users and land owners, degrade the quality of the urban landscape and contaminate the environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a way of legalizing these farming practices that have been cultivated in unused urban areas and public lands. This study analyzed the status of distribution and use of the urban farms that have been scattered around urban areas in many different forms. The survey was conducted through on-the-spot investigation and in-person interviews with farm users and those who were operating weekend farms in the Siji region of Daegu Metropolitan City. According to the results of this study, urban farms were mainly found in green areas that were easily accessible from residential districts and prohibited from development. It was also revealed that the nearer to the border of the residential districts the sites of urban farms were, the larger the number of urban farms was. When it comes to the type of land use, although the proportion of urban farms located in farmlands was very high, the proportion of those located on state-owned lands such as roads, railroads and streams was also high, over 1/3 of that of the former sites. Among the users of urban farms, the percentage of users who were farming private-owned land for free was highest and that of state-owned land without permission ranked second. Most people who were farming unused lands or state-owned lands without permission, such as streams, roads, railroads, were the elderly. This shows the potential of farms in urban area as leisure activities spaces for the elderly. Even though this study has limitations in that the survey target area was selected in a certain area and the sizes of all urban farms were not measured by surveying apparatus and instruments, it helps to determine the characteristics of use and distribution associated with the spaces of urban farming, and to raise the importance and necessity of legalizing urban farms cultivated illegally in public land.

Flowering, Fruiting, Seed Fall and Seed Viability of Acer pseudosieboldianum in Mt. Jungwang, Gangwondo (강원도 중왕산 당단풍나무의 개화, 결실, 종자 낙하량 및 종자활력)

  • To examine the natural regeneration in the natural mixed-broadleaved forest, flowering, fruiting, seed-fall, and seed viabilities of Acer pseudosieboldianum (Ap) were investigated in Mt. Jungwang, Gangwon-do, from 2009 to 2015. The flower of Ap consisted many male and bisexual flowers on the corymb. Flowering dates are differed between sex morph in the same inflorescence. Stamens are stop growing and disappeared after pollinated pistil begin to grow in bisexual flowers, and male flowers have vestial pistil. The flowers of Ap might be pollinated by Apis mellifera, Andrenidae spp. and Syrphinae spp. Ap had some mechanism to prevent from self pollination with heterodichogamy. Mean annual seedfall of Ap was 70,780 ea/ha (ranged 310~234,840 ea/ha). Annual seedfall of Ap varied severely, and the maximum was about 760 times the minimum. Annual seed production of Ap might be to a normal distribution. Rates of damaged or decayed seeds are highest 59.3%, and those of sound seeds are 23.9%, Those of undeveloped and empty seeds are 9.2% and 7.6%, respectively. The most important factors influencing sound seed production might be the density and activities of insect pollinators and sucking pest in the flowerwing period, middle-late May. Successful regeneration of Ap might be in masting year and on the gap sites with proper conditions to germinate and grow. To understand the natural regeneration of deciduous hardwoods, further study on the characteristics of flowering and fruiting, pre- and post-dispersal seed predation, and annual variation on these factor should be needed.

  • To examine the natural regeneration in the natural mixed-broadlived forest, flowering, fruiting, seed-fall, and seed viabilities of Acer ukurunduense Trautv. & C.A. Mey. (AU) were investigated in Mt. Jungwang, Gangwon-do, from 2009 to 2013. The flower of AU consisited many male and bisexual flowers on the raceme (unusual panicle) and the arrangement of two sex morphs are differed for each inflorescence. Flowering dates are differed between sex morph in the same inflorescence. Stamens are stop growing and disappeared after pollinated pistil begin to grow in bisexual flowers, and male flowers have vestial pistil. The flowers of AU might be pollinated by Apis mellifera, Thyris fenestrella seoulensis, Cerambycidae sp., Andrenidae sp. and Ctenophora sp., and had some mechanism to prevent feom self pollination. The number of flower buds per inflorescence is 189 on June 8, and that of young samaras per inflorescence is 41.2 on June 21. At last ripened samaras per inflorescence is reduced 33.4 on September 5. Mean annual seedfall of AU was 6,720 ea/ha (ranged 670~17,930). Rates of sound seeds are highest 43.2%, and those of damaged or decayed seeds are 41.8%,. Those of undeveloped and empty seeds are 10.2% and 4.8%, respectively. Successful regeneration of AU might be in masting year and on the gap sites with proper conditions to germinate and grow. To understand the natural regeneration of the species, Genus Acer, further study on the fruiting habit, pre- and post-dispersal seed viability, and annual variation on these factor should be needed.
