지난 1월 17일 전북 고창의 종오리 농가에서 HPAI가 발생해 현재('14.05.19)까지 총 35건의 의심신고가 접수 되었으며 이중 29건이 양성판정을 받았다. 5월 19일 기준(잠정집계)으로 총 519농가에서 13,858,000수가 매몰되었다. 이와 관련 농림축산식품부(장관 이동필)는 지난 3일에는 농림축산검역본부에서 'AI 방역 개선방안 마련을 위한 종합 토론회'를 개최했다. 금번 AI 발생현황('14.04.19기준)과 토론회 내용을 요약 정리 하였다.

ITW는 응용연구에 많은 비중을 두고 있으며 산업체와 공동으로 팀을 구성하여 연구함으로서 치열한 국제 경쟁력 기술을 강화하고, 생산현장이 안고 있는 기술적인 문제점을 분석하고 해결 하는데 선도적인 역할을 하고 있다. 한편 연구 결과로 얻어진 자료들은 단기간 내에 신기술 교육으로 활용, 생산성에 접근된 교육방안의 제시와 함께 현안 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 인재를 양성함으로서 연구와 교육을 하나의 연속체로 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 한편 이의 뒷받침을 위하여 지속적인 정책과 투자가 효율적으로 이루어짐으로서 그의 결과를 극대화시키고 있다.

인터넷 인구 2천 5백만, 초고속 전산망 가입자 1천만명을 돌파하고 사회전반의 정보시스템 의존도가 더욱 심화되고 있는 현시점에서 우리나라가 선진국 대열에 동참하기 위해서는 정보화 역기능에 대한 대비책 마련이 필수적인 요소이다. 특히 국가안보와 관련된 정보전과 사이버전, 사이버테러에 대한 개념을 정립하고 군 뿐만 아니라 범국가적 대응책을 마련하여야 한다. 전문인력 양성과 국민의식 홍보, 범국가적 협력체계 구축, 정보보호 시스템 구축 및 보안관리 강화등 기본적인 추진 방안을 제시하면서 이 분야 전문가 집단인 한국정보보호학회의 역할을 강조한다.

The main purpose of this work is to propose programs of calculus for the department of mathematics education of teacher training universities. There is a description of the characteristics, goal and contents of calculus course for pre-service teacher, followed by principles for teaching the subject. We suggest the constituents and something being kept in mind for each part in calculus.

국방 정보보호환경은 IT기술의 발전과 함께 사이버 공간이 제5의 전장으로 부각되면서 해킹을 통한 군사자료유출, 시스템 파괴 등 외부로부터의 지속적인 위협에 직면해 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사이버전 위협에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안으로 보안사고사례, 조직, 제도, 인력양성, 법규 및 제도 등 국방 정보보호환경을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 정보체계의 보안수준을 진단하기 위한 보안관리모델 개발의 필요성과 ISMS 방법론을 고려한D-ISMS(Defence ISMS) 연구방향을 고찰한다.

컴퓨터가 인식할 수 있는 지식의 표현방식에 대한 연구는 오래전부터 인공지능 분야에서 이루어져 왔다. 현재는 대규모의 지식베이스를 구축하고 공유하기 위한 Knowledge Sharing Effort(KSE) 프로젝트가 진행중인데, 여기에서는 도메인별로 어휘와 개념을 체계적으로 정의하여 Ontology로 구축하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 객체지향 소프트웨어 개발 방법론에서 모델링언어로서 널리 받아들여지고 있는 UML을, KSE에서 표준으로 제시하고 있는 컴퓨터가 인식할 수 있는 지식의 형태인 Knowledge Interchange Format 형태로 변환하는 방법을 제시하고 이를 통해 추론과 같은 보다 유연한 지식의 처리가 가능함을 보인다.

The purpose of this study is propose performance indicators analysis and development plans for K University professional graduate school for the training of human resource professionals. Specifically, the main research includes the derivation of performance indicators for K University's professional graduate school, PR plan, academic establishment plan, name change, vision proposal, and curriculum improvement plan for each major. To this end, a survey was conducted on a total of 132 current and former students of K University's professional graduate school. FGI was also conducted with 29 participants. The results of the research are as follows. In the case of key performance indicators, 15 indicators were proposed, taking into account previous research, the characteristics of professional graduate school, surveys, and FGI surveys. Promotion should be continuous, not one-time, and the advantages and benefits of the graduate school should be actively informed to target customers. The proposed name of the professional association is the Korean Association for Employment and Vocational Competency Development. It was found that operating as a convergence society and focusing on convergence research were appropriate. The names of K University's professional graduate school were HR (Human Resources), HRD, and employment and vocational competency development graduate school. As for the vision, it was suggested that a balance between identity and differentiation is needed to flexibly respond to new changes while maintaining existing strengths. As for the proposed improvement of the curriculum by major, it is proposed to reform in a stepwise and gradual manner while maintaining the existing framework to some extent rather than being radical.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the necessity of training advanced engineering personnel with convergent creativity to handle technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the internet of things (IoT) is increasing. In this paper, a new approach of engineering education based on academia-industrial cooperation and design-centered teaching technique for the students who need to learn practicable engineering skill with convergent creativity for the fourth industrial age is presented. It analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the existing engineering education innovation activities, presents the practical necessities based on the experience of the educational system and the requirements of the educational environment, and analyzes the existing activities and the new roles. In particular, we discuss how to combine student-centered teaching methodology for effective design education, which is a key element of innovative engineering education. Most of the presented methods are verified by the authors' needs and effects in the education field.

This study investigated the current state of the reference services of the Korean university libraries and examined ways to improve the system. Especially this study introduced the concept of 'subjectized reference services'and tried to find a way to apply it to the present stage of the Korean university libraries. For that purpose, this study surveyed the reference librarians of the university libraries across the country. The results of this study can be used as the basic data for training 'subject specialist librarians', who can provide specialized services appropriate to the realities of the Korean university libraries.
