IT기반 융합촉진을 위한 전문인력 양성방안

  • 나노기술, 정보통신기술, 바이오 기술 등을 중심으로 기술융합이 급속히 진행되는 가운데, 이러한 변화에 대응할 수 있는 인력 양성의 필요가 제기되고 있다. 이에 대하여, 본고에서는 지식형성측면을 중심으로, 이러한 융합기술의 확산에 대응한 융합인력양성의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 융합기술에 대응한 인력양성 및 활용을 위해서는, 융합기술의 진행에서 지식의 속성이 어떠한 변화를 가지는지, 또한 특정한 속성의 변화가 존재한다면 새로운 속성을 포함한 지식의 생성과 습득은 어떠한 과정을 통해 달성될 수 있는지가 규명되어야 할 것이다. 본고는 IT기반 의공학부문과 양자암호체계에서의 융합연구 사례를 통해, 기술 성격과 지식 습득 전략을 검토하고, 이들 융합기술 수행과정상의 특징으로 부터 인력양성에 대한 함의를 얻고자 한다.

  • Through importance and achievement analysis of participating students in Youth employment academy, 'webtoon specialist education course', the purpose of this study is to derive implications for invigorating webtoon specialist education course. The result of importance and achievement analysis is as follows. First, participating students consider that education course is important for them, express high satisfaction. Second, participating students consider that education infrastructure is important, so need to upgrade. Third, Communication is not important factor, participating students are satisfied with communication. Fourth, employment rate is not important factor, participating students are lowly satisfied with employment rate. Because major participating students are sophomore & junior in university and will choose their own business instead of getting the job, they express low satisfaction of importance and achievement. Through this study, I would like to suggest implications and advanced strategies for invigorating webtoon specialist education course for creating youth jobs.

  • The purpose of this study is to strengthen librarian's capacity by developing curriculum and training system for fostering '(tentative name)Librarians Specialized in Reading Healing' as a field of professional librarians. For this purpose, curriculum and training system for fostering librarians specialized in reading healing are designed and presented through research methods including literature study, case study and 1, 2nd delphi survey. The final curriculum is composed of curriculum for 1st and 2nd grade licensed librarians specialized in reading healing and refresher training based on job description of librarians specialized in reading healing. The training system is based on the first and second level certification granted by completion of the course, thus is designed to meet requirements both for academic achievement and for career development in each grade.

  • 21세기 교육환경의 변화로 인해 언제 어디서나 누구든지 쉽고 편리하게 자기 주도적 학습을 할 수 있는 도구로서 이러닝이 주목받기 시작하면서, 효과적인 이러닝 활용 능력을 가진 이러닝 전문 교사의 필요성이 확대되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러닝을 선도하는 전문 교사 양성을 위한 교육과정을 개발하기 위해, 국내 이러닝 전문 인력 양성 기관의 교육과정 및 전국 16개 시 도교육청 ICT 관련 연수 과정을 분석하고, 현장 교사들을 대상으로 이러닝 관련 요구사항을 파악하여 이러닝 전문 교사 양성 교육과정을 개발하였다.

  • NGIS project was carried out to accelerate Korea to an information-oriented land. NGIS Project also is to support training projects for GIS specialists as a sub-project. This program has two categories which are long-term courses and short-courses. The long-term courses are for people who want to get a job in SIS(Spatial Information System) field and also for public services personnel who want to acquire the latest SIS technology. Short-term courses are about the latest GIS component technology and utilization spatial data. In this paper, we analyze education programs and training courses relate to SIS. Also we suggest some directions to train specialists for the effective achievement of SIS project. To efficient education for SIS specialist, education programs have courses without repetition and courses are separated by technology type.

제2기 물류전문 컨설턴트 29명 배출

  • 현재 대한민국은 물류산업을 이끌어갈 물류전문 컨설턴트가 절실히 필요하다. 글로벌 물류시대를 맞이하여 물류기업뿐만 아니라 각 제조업체도 물류전문가, 특히 글로벌 물류인재에 목말라 하고 있다. (사)한국물류협회(회장:서병륜)는 지난 6월 17일 협회 대강당에서 제2기 물류전문컨설턴트 29명을 배출하면서, 기업체들의 전문인력의 갈증에 조금이나마 해소하고 있다. 명지대학교와 산학협력 프로그램으로 실시되는 물류전문컨설턴트 양성과정은 물류분야 최고의 컨설턴트와 전문 교수진으로 구성하여, 회사 및 업계에서 물류컨설턴트로 활동할 물류지도자를 양성하는 자격 과정이다. 지난해 9월부터 시작한 이 과정은 우수한 강사진과 커리큘럼으로 국내기업으로부터 지대한 관심을 받으며 제1기 과정과 제2기 과정을 성공적으로 마쳤다. 한편, 오는 9월에 실시되는 제3기 과정에는 모집공고가 나오기도 전에 사전신청자가 11명에 이를 정도로 지원자가 급증하고 있다. 이는 교육 과정이 물류 전문가라면 알아야 될 내용들로 짜임새 있게 구성되어 있지만 더욱 중요한 것은 물류업계 전문가들과 인적 Network 구축이 큰 메리트로 작용하고 있다. 제2기 과정을 수료한 LG화학의 오태경부장은 "지금까지 수 많은 교육을 받아 봤고 여러 종류의 모임에도 참여해 봤지만 과거에는 경험해 보지 못한 전혀 색다른 교육 과정을 체험을 하였다."고 말했다.

A Study for Implementing of National GIS Training Program : Analysis of the Results for the First Year (국가 GIS 전문인력양성 활성화 연구 : 1차년도 결과를 중심으로 고찰)

  • A national program for GIS Training had been established by a feasibility study which was performed during the period of from July, 1995 through April, 1996 initiated by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). Systems Engineering Research Institute (SERI), one of government-supported institutes in the fields of software development, have taken in charge of Korean GIS training program with emphases on short courses since July, 1996. To distinguish these national programs from those of major commercial GIS software vendor, GIS training programs by executing staffs within SERE have been established with the basis of its own educational paradigm; therefore, they was composed of several specific training curricular developed by executing staffs. In this paper, the practical aspects during execution and progress of these programs are described, and all courses named after decision maker course, GIS manager course, and user course in the first year of GIS training program are evaluated with questionnaire result riven to the trainees. As results, the satisfaction-rate after the decision maker, the GIS manager, and the user course is 84.8%, 81.2%, and 66.7% respectively These whole results are shown as more affirmative ones than expected, and each result, as a kind of feedback of this executing program, plays an important role to flourish Korean GIS training project in future.

  • The purpose of training science teachers is to bring up the ideality and the most excellent science teachers whom our society needs. So, teacher training college curriculums of science education should be the ones that will train competent and respectable science teachers who have the technical and practical theory and knowledge through the process of high level academic experiences and activities. Accordingly, the training system and improvement plan for the problems in employment of science teachers in secondary schools should be as follows: 1. The employment examination for teachers should be abolished instead, the system of an apprentice teacher should be brought in, or private schools as well as public schools should bring in employment examination system. 2. With the modification of science teacher training curriculums, the cooperative studies of science major subjects and science education subjects should be strengthened and the connection between real needs of secondary schools and curriculums of secondary school science teacher training should be embodied. 3. Bringing up excellent science teachers should be facilitated through the establishment of administrative and financial aiding system about teacher training college.
