The finite element model was used to simulate the temperature distribution of a arrayed vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL). In this work, the dimension of AlGaAs/GaAs based VCSEL array was $50{\mu}m$ active diameter and $250{\mu}m$ pitch, and AuSn solder of 80wt%Au-20wt%Sn was included to flip-chip bond. The results of the thermal simulation will be applied to predict the thermal cross-talk in high speed parallel optical interconnects.

Ferrule function have connect Optical Communication Cable. But Ferrule have important role that is decided transmission efficiency and information quality. Key-point of detailed drawing of ferrule is Anti-Reflection. In the study Broadband Anti-Reflection coating Film was design for ferrule of optical connector and deposited in low temperature by Ion-Assisted Deposition system. Optical thin film materials($Ta_2O_5$, $SiO_2$) were manufactured Index and Film thickness. $Ta_2O_5$ index is 2.123 ~ 2.125 and $SiO_2$ is 1.44 ~ 1.442. Reflection Loss of film deposited on Ferrule is 30.1[dB].

In this paper, we have designed the anti-reflection(AR) coating for $1400{\sim}1600$ nm wavelength range on the ferrule facet of optical connector. The low-temperature ion-assisted deposition was applied to AR coating on the ferrule facet in order to avoid damage of optical connector. We have measured the refractive index of coating film($Ta_2O_5\;and\;SiO_2$) using the ellipsometer and optimized the film thickness using the SEM and thickness measurement equipment. UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer is used to measure transmissivity of the AR coated ferrule facet. The refractive index of $Ta_2O_5\;and\;SiO_2$ is $2.123{\sim}2.125$ and $1.44{\sim}1.442$, respectively, for $1400{\sim}1600$ nm wavelength range. The transmissivity of the AR coated ferule facet is more than 99.8 % for $1425{\sim}1575$ nm wavelength range and more than 99.5 % for $1400{\sim}1600$ nm wavelength range. The return loss of the AR coated ferrule facet is 30.1 dB.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the patient with radial nerve injury associated with humerus shaft fracture, who was improved by Korean medical treatments. Methods : The patient was treated by Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture, electrical stimulation therapy, physical therapy, and herbal medicine according to "Locating Yang brightness meridians" theory. Coding result, Numeric rating scale(NRS) and digital grip dynamometer were used to evaluate the wrist drop, numbness of fingers and grip power. Results : The patient showed the first sign of recovery after 6 weeks from onset. After 9 weeks from onset, the patient could perform delicate manual activity. Grip power showed noticeable improvement as well as coding result and NRS. Conclusions : The results suggest that providing Korean medical treatments according to "Locating Yang brightness meridians" theory is a good method for treating radial nerve injury associated with humerus shaft fracture. But further studies are required to concretely prove the effectiveness of this method for treating radial nerve injury associated with humerus fracture.

The purpose of this paper is to explore how Zhang Zai(張載)''s Gi-Hak(氣學) and Wang Shou-Ren(王守仁)''s Sim-Hak(心學) are interrelated, which differs from prior positions viewing the two as separate, unrelated philosophies or ones standing in contrast to each other. By direct comparing the notions Tae-Heo(太虛) and Yang-Ji(良知), I tried to explain that ontological structures of Gi-Hak and Sim-Hak are interrelated ; and by comparing Dae-Sim(大心) and Chi-Yang-Ji(致良知), I made an argument that Gong-Bu-Ron(工夫論) of Gi-Hak and Sim-Hak corresponds to each other. Zhang Zai''s the doctrine of Tae-Heo can be seen as a respond to Jeok-Myeol-Ron(寂滅論) in Buddhism ; therefore, understanding Sim-Hak in terms of Gi-Hak, that is, interpreting the fundamental meaning of Yang-Ji as Tae-Heo, can free Yang-Myeong-Sim-Hak(陽明心學) from the unceasing criticism by Ju-Ja-Hak(朱子學) that it is a 'Buddhistic heresy'. This study could be highly significant in that it enables us to read the tradition of Zhang Zai not only from the viewpoint of u-Ja-Hak, but even from ang-Myeong-Sim-Hak tradition. I interpreted Yangming School of Mind as a developmental succession of Neo-Confucianism, and understood Zhang Zai''s Gi-Hak as a theoretical pioneer of Wang Shou-Ren''s Sim-Hak.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate Toegye's simhak in relation to spiritualism. In general, we call Chu Hsi's learning "lihak" (the learning of principle) while Wang Yangming's learning is described as "simhak" (the learning of mind). However, we sometimes call Toegye's learning "simhak" in spite of his respect for Chu Hsi's philosophy of li. Toegye's simhak is different from Wang Yangming's. Nonetheless, Toegye too, highlighted the existential meaning of truth. Toegye regarded simgyung (the book of mind) as one of the most important classics for self-cultivation. As is well known, Toegye's main concern was concentration on mind and heart cultivation. Toegye understood li as a spiritual being, which can actualize itself. The goal of simhak is to become a sage. For a sage, there is no contradiction between moral norm and human desire. To become a sage, Toegye developed the theory and practice of mind cultivation. Toegye's simhak has some common characteristics with Louis Lavelle's philosophy of spiritualism. Both Toegye and Louis Lavelle lay great emphasis on self reflection and spiritual life. In particular, Toegye developed the concrete method of mind cultivation. In the 21st century, human beings are confronted with spiritual crisis in many aspects. Toegye's simhak can be advanced as useful wisdom to keep one's mind in a peaceful and harmonious state.

This article introduce the status and research overview of Korean Confucianism in Eastern Asia with the macroscopic view. Mainly making Tuixi as an example on this basis, respectively make introduction and analysis of research overview among the modern Chinese mainland, Taiwan and Japan towards Korean Confucianism. The scholars who are from Chinese mainland think highly of the expression on meaning and principle in the research of Korean philosophy, which is shown the fair and peace; The scholars who come from Taiwan are obviously impacted by the western world(Taiwan uses the means influenced by the western thinking method) in the means of researching the Korean Confucianism; Japanese persistently rely on the literature and try to reproduce the objectivity of historicism. For decades, the research of Tuixi had made great achievements in Eastern Asia. It had understood the allover content of its thought, It is also worth thinking about the correlation between Tuixi psychology and Yinyang study in Japan, Japan and Taiwan in recent years. Any research is unavoidable to start from own countries, areas and ideological consciousness, but there is a question idea behind the back that comes from emotion and fact. Making the advantage in study meanings and communication in question consciousness will be beneficial to the continuous development of the study of Tuixi in depth and expand its influence.

Electrical properties of Pd/Zn/Pd/Au contacts to p-InP were investigated as function of the V/III ratio of p-InP. P-type InP was made by the Zn diffusion into InP and activation process with rapid thermal annealing (RTA) measurement. After activation, the hole concentration was two orders of magnitude higher than that of the sample having only diffusion process. According to transmission line method (TLM) results, the specific contact resistance of p-InP was lower as used InP having the lower V/III ratio. The experimental results represent that the diffusion of Zn in undoped InP deeply related to the equilibrium between interstitials and substitutional Zn is established via indium interstitials.

1. Purpose of study In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, human's physiology and pathology are caused by Sung-Jung that joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure' expression. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between Sung-Jung in and Sung-Jung in Chinese and Chosun's philosophy. 2. Method of study First, I made a thorough investigation into the meaning and change of Sung-Jung's concept in Chinese philosophy. Secondly, I did a study not only Sadanchiljung(四端七情) that the discussion is based on the concept of Sung-Jung in Chosun's philosophy but also it of Jeong Je-du (a scholar of the Wang Yang-ming school). Finally, I did a study Sung-Jung in 3. Result of study It is found that Lee je-ma formulated his peculiar system of thought (Sa-Sim-Sin-Mul) in, , coverd the concept of Sung-Jung in Chinese and Chosun's philosophy.
