In development environment focused on computers, the ideas of app developring tool have been presented in terms of improved software productivity. Historically, for smart applications, app developing tools have not yet effectively developed or initiated locally or internationally. Therefore, developer have difficulty in studying developing process due to the difficulties of text based language. The basic concept of a new innovative App development tool, App Developing Tool, which has been proposed in this study and enables to apply on-site requirements to smart phones, is to develop Apps on the level using easy-to-learn Word or Excel in a computer. App developing tool is developed process focus instead of program focus by introducing SOA(Service-oriented Architecture) to develop reasonably reusable service units. Since service-oriented architecture allows reusing by service unit when there are changes in a specific process or service, it is possible to provide a new function by replacing the service instead of developing a new program.

Because of rapid advance of wireless Internet-related technology and fast diffusion of Smart phone, a variety of mobile applications through domestic and foreign app stores have been made and used. Under the recognition of current trend, both central government and local government have developed and provided public mobile app in order to accomplish the mobile e-government. However, public mobile app is not popular in spite of vast investment for its development and service. This study investigated current issues and problems of public mobile app in public service, management, and technology aspects. To do so, this study categorized the interested people of public mobile app into users, providers, and developers, and conducted deep interviews to them. Based on the interview results, the study suggested the following recommendations for the activating tools of public mobile app: providing user-customized information, fruitfulness of public information management, maintenance of management system for public mobile app service, user-friendly promotion appropriate in mobile environment, public mobile app development based on e-government standard framework, etc.. This study may provide the researchers with the successive study guidelines in mobile e-government and public mobile app fields. Also, the study may help the practitioners to make effective decisions on polices and strategies for mobile e-government of local government.

최근 스마트폰을 중심으로 한 모바일 기기의 보급 및 활용이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경 변환에 맞춰 많은 서비스들이 모바일 기기를 위한 형태, 즉 앱으로 개발되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 패러다임의 이동을 고려하여, 현재의 통계지리정보서비스에 대하여 고찰하고 이를 통해 모바일 기기를 위한 적합한 앱 형태 및 고려사항에 대하여 기술한다. 통계정보는 다양한 형태로 제공될 수 있으며, 특히 지리정보시스템과의 연계를 통한 서비스 활용성과 이해력을 돕기 위한 통계지리정보서비스에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 변화하는 패러다임을 고려한 앱 개발에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 사용자의 통계정보의 활용성 향상시킬 수 있는 통계지리정보 앱 개발 시 고려사항 및 기능에 대하여 기술한다. 이 논문의 결과는 스마트폰과 같은 모바일 기기를 위한 앱 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

최근 스마트폰의 활용이 급격하게 증가하면서 스마트폰을 위한 다양한 서비스, 즉 어플리케이션(앱)이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 컴퓨팅 패러다임의 변화에 따라 통계 분야에서도 스마트폰을 위한 통계지리정보서비스 개발이 요구된다. 현재까지 대부분의 서비스는 웹을 기반으로 제공되고 있으며, 최근에 국내 통계청에서 S-통계내비게이터 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 서비스들은 사용자 인터페이스 및 기능적인 측면에서 여러 가지 문제점을 지닌다. 특히 단순 통계지리정보서비스만을 제공함으로써 사용자에게 다양한 분석 결과를 제공하지 못한다. 이 논문에서는 사용자에게 보다 유용한 복합 통계지리정보서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 통계지리정보 앱을 제안한다. 제안한 통계지리정보 앱은 다양한 복합 통계 분석 결과를 지리정보와 함께 제공함으로써, 사용자들에게 양질의 통계지리정보서비스 결과를 제공할 수 있다.

최근 모바일 백엔드서비스(Backend as a Service: BaaS)의 등장은 모바일 앱개발환경에 큰 변화를 야기하고 있다. BaaS는 백엔드기능을 클라우드 서비스 형태로 제공해주는 것을 말한다. 개발자는 BaaS 솔루션을 통해서 서버기술을 몰라도 그 환경에 연결되는 모바일 앱을 만들 수 있게 되어 초기투자비를 크게 줄이고 핵심 서비스 영역에 역량을 집중할 수 있도록 하며, 이용자 변화에 유연한 대처가 가능하게 되어 기술적 위험을 최소화할 수 있다. BaaS의 출현은 스마트기기의 확산으로 모바일 앱수요가 증가하면서 앱개발을 보다 효율적으로 하려는 시장니즈에서 비롯된 것으로 글로벌 시장규모가 2019년까지 연평균 100% 이상으로 급격히 성장할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본고는 클라우드 모바일 백엔드서비스를 소개하고, 시장특성과 시장규모를 분석함으로써 국내 클라우드 서비스 시장 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the concepts of smartphone and app, to review the theoretical researches and the representative service examples in academic libraries' mobile services based on smartphone apps, and to propose the proper mobile services methods based on smartphone apps in academic libraries of Korea. The ways for mobile app services in academic libraries are like these: 1) Libraries need to prepare the hybrid service system based on the combination of mobile web and app for smartphone. 2) Libraries have the guidelines for choosing apps which are applied to library services. 3) Libraries develop the apps for library marketing and education services and make use of existed apps to their own services. 4) Smartphone application bibliography service(Appography service) needs to be developed and serviced as an academic library service field.

최근 모바일앱 시장이 급속하게 성장함에 따라, 모바일 사용자의 실제 사용 데이터를 수집해서 사용자의 행태를 분석하고 이를 앱 개발 및 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 사용하는 모바일앱 분석기술에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 본고에서는 모바일앱 분석기술을 이용해서 모바일앱 개발사나 운영자가 효율적으로 모바일 서비스를 운영할 수 있고 의사결정을 내릴 수 있는 데이터를 제공하는 도구 및 플랫폼에 대한 기술현황을 국내외로 나누어 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 웹에 공개된 웹서비스들을 매쉬업하여 스마트 TV 앱을 개발하는 과정에서의 문제점을 고찰하고, 문제 해결을 위한 접근방법을 설명한다. 웹서비스 매쉬업 개발 시, 분산된 웹서비스 들 중 개발자가 필요로 하는 적절한 웹서비스를 손쉽게 찾기 어렵고, 웹서비스마다 인증받고 호출하는 방법이 다르며, 또한 서비스의 가용성을 확인하고 이용해야 문제로 요약된다. 이와 같은 웹서비스 매쉬업 과정의 문제를 해결하기 위해 제시한 본 연구의 접근 방법은 검색, 검증, 인증이 손쉽게 지원되는 개발환경 시스템으로 제공될 필요가 있으며, 자동화된 개발환경 시스템은 개발자를 도와 웹서비스의 활용을 증대시킴으로써 다양한 앱 개발의 촉매제가 될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 모바일 앱이 중요해지는 만큼, 모바일 앱의 쉽고 빠른 개발 및 유지보수, 모바일 서비스의 편리한 운영관리의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나, 모바일 앱 개발자의 부족, 개발 시 높은 비용, 기존의 모바일 앱 유지보수와 운영관리에 소요되는 많은 자원 때문에 모바일 앱 개발 및 관리는 상당히 어려운 상태이다, 본 프로젝트는 다양한 모바일 앱 개발환경, 운영관리환경을 개발자에게 제공하여 빠르고 편리하게 모바일 앱 개발을 지원해 주고, 모바일 앱의 쉬운 운영관리를 지원할 수 있는'모바일 하이브리드 앱개발 플랫폼'을 구축하고자 한다.
