  • Because modern people are not preferred on the relationship between the brand and there is no reliable target in accordance with the traditions and community collapse, the public stable state of mind in a world that changes rapidly as the exit filled through the psychological emptiness, the relationship between consumers and brands, which this time occurs It will be able to maintain. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of the convergence apartment brand relationship quality influence on the relationship between brand loyalty. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the image of the brand showed a positive (+) effects on loyalty. Second, the image on the brand showed a positive(+) effect on the relationship quality. The third relationship quality brand image and brand loyalty will be mediated. Results in apartment construction companies as a result of the mediating effects influence the quality of the relationship between consumers and the brand image and loyalty and feel to consumers and to enforce effective marketing strategy may also be pursued strategies accordingly.

  • Residential environment is not only the physical aspects affected by the unique characteristics of the residents, social, economic, cultural, etc. are closely related to many environmental factors. This research is based on choice attribute theory that substantially explains how housing choice attributes affect loyalty via image, perceived value in Secho. This paper investigate empirically relationship between selection properties of residential environment and loyalty, moderating effect of image and perceived value. Results were computed using SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis programs. The results are summarized as follows. First, The elements of choice attribute are divided into six factor, such as regional reputation, green environment, convenience, property value, safety, housing status. In the results of the analyses, housing choice properties gives a positive influence to the loyalty. Second, testing its mediating role, I use the three regression equation models by Baron and Kenny. When the mediator effect of image, perceived value was represented, the effect of image and perceived value was statistically significant. Thus, the mediating role of image and perceived value was supported. It means the higher image and perceived value can enhance loyalty of Secho.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived service quality influences perceived uncertainty, customer satisfaction, relation quality and loyalty, and in turn, provides insight for Korean banks when they penetrate into the Chinese marketplace. The findings are as followed. First, Perceived uncertainty has an important mediating role in the relation between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction. Second, perceived service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived service quality and relationship quality. Third, perceived uncertainty has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, but is significantly negative. Customer satisfaction has an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived uncertainty and relationship quality. Fourth, relationship quality has a direct effect on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.

The Effects of Advertising Expense on Brand Loyalty, Profitability, and Firm Value (광고비가 마케팅 및 재무적 성과에미치는 영향: 브랜드 애호도, 수익성, 기업가치를 중심으로)

  • Managers of firms often wonder whether advertising expenditure is a mere expense or an investment with foreseeable future returns. When top management makes a decision on the level of advertising expense, it must consider whether an increase in advertising spending will positively affect brand loyalty and the increased brand loyalty will positively affect profitability and firm value. We investigate the industry-specific effects of advertising spending on marketing and the effect of loyalty on financial performances using top companies in Korea, specifically, 184 firms' data from year 1998 to 2014. The empirical results of a fixed effect model indicate that the effects of advertising on customer satisfaction index and loyalty on the firms' financial performance are positive. In service industry, unlike manufacturing industry, advertising has a significantly positive effect Brand Loyalty. In addition, Brand Loyalty had positive impacts on ROA and ROE as profitability index, and Tobin's q, a market-value index. The research results suggest that advertising in service industry should be considered as customer satisfaction investment and the increased Brand Loyalty as a profit for present and a business investment for the future respectively.

  • Focusing on the relationship marketing between the Department Store and customers, this study presents the following variables: three influential variables such as characteristics of the persons who serve, image property of the shop, and relationship-oriented property; mediation variables such as trust and satisfaction, relationship quality to maintain consistent relationship with customers; and achievement variable such as Loyalty to Department Store. And it examines and analyses the relations between the variables to present suggestions on marketing strategies of the Loyalty to Department Store through relationship marketing.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influencing relationship among image of the festival, city brand equity, and regional loyalty. For the study, questionnaires were handed out to the visitors of 2015 Andong International Maskdance Festival and a total of 289 copies were collected carrying out frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The result showed that image of the festival had influence on city brand equity and city brand equity had influence on regional loyalty. However, image of the festival did not have direct influence on regional loyalty. This research is expected to further extend the study of image of the festival and city brand equity, and the study of Andong International Maskdance Festival

사회적기업에 대한 대학생의 자아이미지 일치성과 가치일치성이 애호도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: SEN 동아리를 중심으로

  • 최근 사회적기업의 빠른 성장세와 중요성에도 불구하고 대부분의 사회적기업은 영세한 사업규모, 정부에의 재정적 의존, 전문 경영 인력과 지식의 부재, 소비자의 낮은 인지도 등 많은 한계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 사회적기업의 경제적 자립을 위한 마케팅 분야의 실증적 연구가 필요하지만 현재 이에 대한 선행연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 (1) 사회적기업의 이미지와 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, (2) 사회적기업의 상품에 대한 소비자의 기대수준과 실제 성과와의 기능적 일치성, (3) 사회적기업 상품이 내포하는 사회적 가치와 소비자의 가치일치성이 사회적기업에 대한 고객만족과 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살피고, 이 과정에서 사회적기업 동아리 소속 여부의 조절적 역할을 확인하여 사회적기업의 장기적인 마케팅에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성은 모두 사회적기업의 소비자가 사회적기업과 그 상품에 대한 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 애호도를 형성하게 한다. 둘째, 사회적 기업 동아리 소속여부는 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향의 민감도를 낮추는 조절변수로 나타나 사회적기업에 대한 만족에 있어 동아리 활동이 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • This paper examines empirically the effect of mileage program in e-Business on brand loyalty, and the mediating role of customers' trust and relational commitment. The results show that customer's benefits and convenience of the program significantly influences positively customer's trust. In addition, customer's trust also influences positively relational commitment, and relational commitment significantly influences positively brand loyalty. Thus, trust and relational commitment should be considered in the mileage program to improve the brand loyalty of internet shopping mall. Implications and limitations of this study are suggested.

  • At this point in time when the percentage of foreign consumers as well as domestic consumers are being increased in domestic open market users due to the recent interest and promotion on the open market, the purposes of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between open market brand personality, satisfaction and brand loyalty will be clarified targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers using domestic open market. Second, whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers will be compared. The results are as follows. First, as a result of testing the study hypothesis targeting the open market users, in other words targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, only the ability among brand personality dimensions did not have positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. Other than that, it could be confirmed that the reliability, sincerity and familiarity, etc are important influence factors in forming satisfaction toward open market. Next, as a result of testing whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, it was shown as having difference. In other words, the Korean consumers were shown as not having positive significant effect in the relationship between the ability among brand personality and satisfaction toward open market while all other brand personality dimensions were shown as having positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. It could be found that if the satisfaction toward open market is high, the brand loyalty toward open market also gets high.

The Structural Relationship between LOHAS Dining Space Display, Image, Trust, Satisfaction, and Loyalty in Hotels (호텔 식공간의 로하스연출, 이미지, 신뢰, 만족 및 애호도 간의 구조관계 분석)

  • The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect relationships among variables focusing on what kinds of characteristics of LOHAS dining space display affect image, trust, satisfaction, and loyalty in hotels, and establish a relationship model. From the survey design and empirical analysis, examining the hypothesis and applying model was analyzed suitable. The results of the study were as follows. First, it was revealed that the LOHAS dining space display has a positive influence on image, trust and satisfaction of hotel. Second, hotel image has a positive influence on customer trust and loyalty. In addition, customer trust has positive impact on customer trust and loyalty. From the results of this investigation, it was found that LOHAS dining space display affects hotel image, trust and satisfaction, and that the customer satisfaction was positively influential on loyalty. As a result, all hypotheses were partly supported. Overall, when LOHAS dining space display was stressed, it affected image, trust, satisfaction, and loyalty in hotels. It was also verified that LOHAS dining space display affects hotel image, trust and satisfaction. Moreover, it was also confirmed that the higher LOHAS dining space display is, the higher hotel image, trust, satisfaction and loyalty will be, thereby improving the service quality provided by employees.
