Dong-a Ilbo tried to assume leadership of opinion in preceding the movement against the trusteeship as a mouthpiece for the Han-Min Party. Dong-a Ilbo was to try to promote the atmosphere of anti-trusteeship=anti-communism=anti-Soviet Union, distorting the decision of a conference of three foreign affairs ministers in Moscow. It was not an incorrect report, but the false report. As a result, the formula of an anti-trusteeship=anti-Soviet Union=anti-communism=patriotism, and a pro-trusteeship=pro-Soviet Union=pro-Communism=traitor was formed. And the important problems of land reform and pro-Japanese‘ clearance were missing. Historically, political newspapers had appeared in the periods of very important political change. Political newspapers played a role as mouthpiece for political party or group. Dong-a Ilbo was such a political newspaper. It was that Dong-a Ilbo tried to change the social atmosphere in preceding the movement against the trusteeship as a mouthpiece for the Han-Min Party. And history was distorted.

This study analyzed the correlation of work values, career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior by determining the sociodemographic characteristics, and the study confirmed the validity of the influence of work values and career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 218 nursing students at a university located in Geonggi-do. The data was collected from June 4th to August 27th, 2019 by using structured questionnaires. As a result, female students scored significantly higher in work values and career attitude maturity than did the male students, and the students who had better grades showed higher employment preparation behavior. In addition, the result showed positive correlation between work values and employment preparation behavior, and the study showed correlation between career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Greater independence, readiness, certainty, and decisiveness were higher and were sub-factors of career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Moreover, the higher the students' patriotism and indoor activities, the higher was their employment preparation behavior. In conclusion, the employment preparation behavior was higher according to greater work values, while the influence of career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior was not statistically significant.

The study of the Korean World Cup soccer event sports what is the character's preference factors were analyzed inductively. For this purpose the following research methods were used. First, the target for the study of the D City 10, 20, 30, 40 respectively 30 patients were sampled. World Cup soccer event of the 12 sports chosen for frequency analysis of characters, the final four characters for the analysis of qualitative data were collected from questionnaires 'What aspect of your character do you like this?' that consists of an open survey conducted by Was. As a result, about World Cup chukguk character of the sports people have a preference factors were altered by age, by comprehensively, the Korean people in terms of the five characters and related factors that have in common, which prefer oehyeongseong, internality, Meaningfulness, diversity, and specificity was. Specifically, the 'oehyeongseong' the cute look or exercise (soccer) would be good to see such a varied and colorful, with friendly materials, including a preference factor, and 'internality' and the friendly and patriotic images, meaning Star 'in football and that implies a special meaning was preferred. Finally, the specificity due to the food culture in Korea prefer rooting factors were analyzed.

This paper focuses on the national "flagging" as a current affair, important phenomenon. National flags, it sees, take over varous places, control the surrounding space, and even dictate everybody's perspective by being visualized everywhere anytime. It investigates the issue of national flags and their hoisting poles as a sort of apparatuses that interpellate me as well as us into patriotic 'gookmin'. The placement, arrangement of national flag poles around the country continued throughout 2015 and particularly speeded up in October of the year is regarded as a key symbolic, symptomatic sign to read the transformation of political conjuncture. Preparing a radically conjuncturist cultural study about the changing reality, the researcher will see the flagging poles as a phenomenal result, outcoming of certain intent and plan for reconstructing the political actuality. More precisely, he will interpretate the tall omni-present poles of national flags as a dispositif of appearing the neoliberal/neoconservative capitalist state, as a apparatus of constituting and expressing the masses' psycho-ideological condition of today. The researcher, who perceives the national flag poles as a kind of ISAs. will first review the increased flagging phenomenon and related media discourses. Next, he will critically investigate the 'love our country' 'national flagging' movements organized by the above and operated from the bottom. Then, he will focus more on the very tall national flag poles built and seen around the country. Finally, he will conclude the study with a critical remark, touching briefly the case of controversy over setting a pole in the center of Seoul city square.

At the beginning of the 21st century with taking a serious view of the harmony between human and nature, and of keeping an ecological balance, China has tried to reduce the gap in economy between rural districts and the urban city, and to carry out the policies for establishing a harmonious socialism through full-scale cooperation and continuous developments. And in order to preserve their traditional culture and to keep the historical legitimacy of People's Republic of China against urgent economical changes since the reform and openness, China has stressed the importance of training patriotic attitude on their cultural heritages. Thus the Chinese museums started to recognize more ad more the importance of social education as well as their functions of preserving the cultural property and of exhibiting it. And with them they have turned their attentions to an Ecomuseum, a new type of a museum. The ecomuseum in China was first established at a remote place between mountains where the ethnic minority inhabited. This was because of the feeling of some crises on culture native to the minority, followed by the process of China's Western Region Development. And it was recognized that they should participate actively in creating the cultural demand of the minority and in establishing a harmonious society with improving economic condition. Therefore in order to activate the ecomuseum it is localized and sinicized little by little through strengthening the management of cultural heritages of the minority.

This study is to clarify the contents and marketing strategy of Kikurakuen held throughout 3 years at Taisho Park in modern Busan. Kikurakuen consists of three programs. One is Chrysanthemum Dolls that are dolls with scenery to represent a scene of Japanese Kabuki drama or Japanese historic scenes using Chrysanthemum flowers. To make Chrysanthemum Dolls, the Busan daily news invited Japanese Chrysanthemum Doll virtuoso. And Chrysanthemum flower bed which consists of Large-flowered chrysanthemum, sag chrysanthemum and Bonsai, which were producted from Busan and suburban and chrysanthemum of individual exhibitions. And the third is Kabuki Drama by Japanese Geisha and Kukeuk by Korean Geisha who trained throughout one month by profesional Kabuki actors from Japan and profesional actors from Dongrae. Marketing strategy of Kikurakuen is to report in a newspaper articles every days while helded Kikurakuen, finest geisha selection contest by voting of visitors and gifts from the Busan daily news and stores. It ended Kikurakuen only three times. This study is life history of modern park which may provide to understand the role and function of the urban park.

In 2007, a Taiwanese mathematics historian Wann-Sheng HORNG made a visit to Kyujanggak(the royal library of Joseon Dynasty) in Seoul, Korea. During this visit, he found the Korean math book An abridged version of the Joseon Mathematics (<數學節要>, Su-Hak-Jeol-Yo), which was written by Jong-Hwa AN(9 Nov 1860 - 24 Nov 1924) in 1882. Then he mentioned the possible importance of AN's book in his article in the Journal Kyujanggak(vol. 32, June 2008). Jong-Hwa AN is a Korean scholar, activist of patriotism and enlightenment in the latter era of Joseon Dynasty. He passed the last examination of Joseon Dynasty to become a high government officer in 1894. The father of the modern mathematics education in Korea, Sang-Seol LEE(1870-1917) also passed the same examination with him. It is interesting that government high officer AN and LEE both wrote mathematics books in 19th century. In this talk, we now analyze this mathematics book of Joseon written in 1882.

본 연구는 NCSU-23과 PZM-3 배양액에 EGF, $\beta-ME$와 glucose의 첨가가 돼지 난자의 체외성숙에 미치는 영향과 배양조건을 다르게 하여 계대배양한 섬유아세포를 이용한 핵이식배를 다른 배양액과 산소조건에서 배양하였을 때 체외발생율에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 핵이식 배를 20ng/ml EGF를 첨가 또는 첨가하지 않은 NCSU-23 및 PZM-3 배양액에서 배양하였을 때 배반포로의 체외 발생율은 각각 $12.0\pm1.3\%,\;9.6\pm1.9\%,\;10.9\pm2.1\%,\;9.1\pm2.3\%$였다. 핵이식 배를 $25{\mu}M\;\beta-ME$를 첨가 또는 첨가하지 않은 NCSU-23 및 PZM-3 배양액에서 144시간 배양하였을 때 배반포로의 체외 발생율은 각각 $9.6\pm1.7\%,\;7.3\pm2.3\%,\;11.9\pm1.8\%$와 $7.4\pm2.1\%$였다. $\beta-ME$를 첨가한 PZM-3 배양액에서 배양하였을 때 배반포로의 체외 발생율은 $\beta-ME$를 첨가하지 않은 배양액에서 배양한 배보다 높은 체외발생율을 나타냈다. (p<0.05). 핵이식 배를 1.5mM glucose를 첨가 또는 첨가하지 않은 NCSU-23 및 PZM-3 배양액에서 배양하였을 때 배반포로의 체외 발생율은 각각 $9.4\pm2.2\%,\;6.8\pm2.7\%,\;10.9\pm2.4\%$와$8.9\pm2.6\%$였다. Glucose를 첨가한 NCSU-23과 PZM-3 배양액에서 배양하였을 때 배반포로의 체외 발생율은 glucose를 첨가하지 않은 배양액에서 배양한 배보다 높은 체외 발생율을 나타냈다. 핵이식 배를 NCSU-23 및 PZM-3 배양액과 $5\%$ 및 $20\%$ 산소 조건에서 배양하였을 때 배반포로의 체외 발생율은 각각 $11.1\pm1.8\%,\;9.8\pm1.4\%,\;12.5\pm1.6\%$와$10.9\pml.5\%$였다. NUSU-23과 PZM-3 배양액에서 $5\%$ 산소 조건에서 배양하였을 때 $20\%$산소 조건에서 배양한 난자보다 높은 체외 발생율을 나타났다. 섬유아세포를 NCSU-23 배양액에서 배양하여 공여자세포로 이용하여 10 및 $11\~15\;passage$ 이내로 계대배양하였을 때의 융합율은 $60.0\~73.3\%,\;52.5\%$였다. 섬유아세포를 PZM-3 배양액에서 배양하여 공여자세포로 이용하여 10 및 $11\~15passage$ 이내의 계대배양시의 융합율은 $60.4\~75.1\%$ 및 $58.7\%$였다.

Gardening activities, plant raising, and general flowerbeds the public makes today can be found in the original form of cottage gardens in the United Kingdom. A cottage garden is a popular garden style of modern Britain, implying unique Englishness including ethnic sense and vernacular. In addition, the purpose of this study is to consider the modern movement in the United Kingdom in the past 200 years and read Englishness of cottage gardens through style differentiation and background of occurrence of cottage gardens appearing in this process. Therefore, this study is summarized as follows. First, a view of nature of the Englishman loving freedom and landscape acts as a key part of patriotism and is connected to the preservation of idyllic England. For this ideal of the Englishman of the country, idyllic British characteristics are found in various literatures and artistic fruits; cottage gardens, that is a form of new garden, were made with invigoration of supply and collection of plants. Second, an early form of cottage gardens was the domestic garden, in which there is a vegetable garden by middle-class move to a suburb according to urbanization, but evolved into a form of garden having both artistry and regionality, vernacular, and ecological characteristics with various situations of modern society(handicraft promotion movement, preservation of remains, and ancient building restoration movement). Wild gardens occurring in this process are a type of garden realizing wild fields and forests in the United Kingdom;they have made a big impact on many garden designers up to now. Cottage gardens, reflecting a variety of Englishness, is a subject of city planning and flower shows and is a culture symbolizing the United Kingdom.

Pronuclear microinjection (PMI) is a primary method for producing transgenic mice and offers a powerful tool for investigating gene function in vivo. The method has several reported advantages and disadvantages. Here, we report another potential shortcoming. The survival rate of fertilized one cell-stage embryos was significantly reduced after PMI procedure (65.4% (1202/1838)). In addition, the proportion of embryos developing to full-term was also significantly lower than that of embryos not undergoing PMI (26.5% (319/1202) vs 41.9% (57/136)). Moreover, 3 out of 21 (14.3%) founder control mice which were non-transgene-carrying littermates of transgenic founders showed histopathological changes in their liver, which was comparable to that in of transgenic lineages (4 out of 27 (14.8%)). In conclusion, the mechanical damages in chromosomes occurring during PMI procedure may be a potential factor influencing phenotypes of transgenic mice.
