In this paper, we propose a fire detection technology using YOLOv3 and EfficientDet, the most reliable artificial intelligence detection algorithm recently, an alert service that simultaneously transmits four kinds of notifications: text, web, app and e-mail, and an AWS system that links fire detection and notification service. There are two types of our highly accurate fire detection algorithms; the fire detection model based on YOLOv3, which operates locally, used more than 2000 fire data and learned through data augmentation, and the EfficientDet, which operates in the cloud, has conducted transfer learning on the pretrained model. Four types of notification services were established using AWS service and FCM service; in the case of the web, app, and mail, notifications were received immediately after notification transmission, and in the case of the text messaging system through the base station, the delay time was fast enough within one second. We proved the accuracy of our fire detection technology through fire detection experiments using the fire video, and we also measured the time of fire detection and notification service to check detecting time and notification time. Our AI fire detection and notification service system in this paper is expected to be more accurate and faster than past fire detection systems, which will greatly help secure golden time in the event of fire accidents.

현재 음식물 쓰레기로 인한 극심한 환경오염이 문제되고 있으며 뿐만 아니라 이 쓰레기를 처리하는 처리비용역시 증가하는 추세이다. 음식물 쓰레기의 대부분이 유통기한이 지나 버려지는 음식물이라는 점을 착안하여 보다 유통기한이 얼마남아있지않은 음식물을 효율적으로 처리하기 위해 우리가 가지고 있는 기술을 잘 융합하여 정보인식코드를 사용한 유통기한 알림 서비스를 제안한다. 단지 유통기한만 알림서비스로 알려주는 것이 아니라 보유하고 있는 음식물을 사용한 요리 Recipe와 다양한 정보서비스로 사용자에게 요리하는 재미뿐만 아니라 음식물 쓰레기의 비중도 줄여 경제적으로나 환경적으로 도움이 될 수 있도록 정보인식코드를 사용한 유통기한 알림 서비스를 제안한다.

이벤트 알림 시스템에 대한 연구는 비동기적으로 발생되는 이벤트를 기반으로 실행되는 응용 프로그램을 지원하기 위하여 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 본 논문은 확장성과 효율성을 보장하기 위한 Push 기반 이벤트 알림 서비스를 제시한다. 특히 이벤트 중재자(Broker)를 확장하기 쉽게 구현 하였으며, 병렬적 데이터 전송 등을 통하여 데이터 전송 효율성을 제공해 주고 있다. 또한 XML을 사용한 레코드 기반 이벤트 모델을 구현하여 이기종 호환성 보장과 구현 언어 독립적인 구조를 제공하고 있다. 구현된 이벤트 알림 서비스에 대해 구현 이슈를 살펴보고, 성능 측정하고 그 결과를 분석한다.

In public facilities, the hearing impaired people do not receive voice notifications, so they use dedicated applications for the facility as a means of obtaining information. However, there is the inconvenience of using dedicated applications for each facility. In this paper, we propose a subscription service for the hearing impaired people. The proposed method uses the MQTT protocol to design the notification service, and subscribes to the notification service by scanning the QR code through the application. The hearing-impaired people who subscribes to the notification service receives a message when the notification information is posted.

Smartphone schedule management applications are widely used in mobile environment with the help of their effective user interface and high user accessibility. Unfortunately, since the applications do not consider frequent context changes like user status or location, they can not support schedule management which reflects the changes. In this paper, we propose an intelligent notification service which gathers context information of users such as location and status, and actively provides appropriate services according to the context information. Based on the notification service, we also present a smartphone application for smart schedule management. Using the GPS sensor of a smartphone, the service can be aware of the status of the user through location and schedule information of the user. Also, according to the changed contexts, it provides proactive notifications to user.

현대는 고도 정보화사회(information society)로서 DB의 가치는 점점 증가하고 전반적인 DB 서비스는 일반적으로 많이 발전하여 우수한 정보 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 그러나 관광정보 DB서비스의 가치는 아직까지 거의 인식되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초보단계에 있는 관광정보 DB서비스의 만족도를 측정함으로써 국내 관광정보 DB서비스의 수준을 파악하고 관광정보제공자에게 개선해야 될 문제점을 제시하고자 한다. 그러므로 관광정보 DB서비스의 개념을 정립하고 관광정보 DB서비스의 현황을 고찰하고자 Bailey와 Pearson의 연구에서 제시한 39가지 요인 중에서 관광정보 DB서비스와 관련된 요인을 추출하고 의미를 재정의하여 HiTEL의 이용자를 대상으로 첫째, 정보서비스의 메뉴별 선호도 둘째, 관광정보 DB서비스의 만족도 셋째, 관광정보 DB서비스의 각 메뉴별 선호도와 만족도 넷째, 이용자 특성별로 각 메뉴의 선호도를 비교분석 다섯째, 관광정보 DB서비스의 만족요인을 분석하였다. 관광정보 DB서비스의 전반적인 만족도는 평균치(4.0)보다 저조한 3.85로서 저조하게 나타나고 있다. 즉, 관광정보의 이해도(4.55)는 평균보다 다소 좋은 반면, 다른 관광정보의 만족도는 평균치 보다 저조하다. 특히 관광정보의 연결사정(3.68)과 관광정보의 제공속도(3.44)가 아주 낮게 나타났다. 한편 HiTEL이 제공하는 관광정보 DB서비스의 각 메뉴 중에서 가장 자주 이용되는 메뉴는 알림나라(40.2%)이며, 아시아나항공(22.5%), 농협일렉트로뱅크(13.7%), 대한항공(9.8%), 위너스 OK서비스(6.9%), MEET/매경SCOUT(6.9%)의 순으로 관광정보는 전반적으로 골고루 이용되고 있다. 또한, 메뉴별 관광정보 DB서비스의 만족도가 평균만족도보다 낮은 것은 알림나라(3.48), 농협일렉트로뱅크(3.84), 대한항공(3.90), 위너스OK서비스(3.95)로 나타났다. 그리고 각 메뉴별 이용자의 계층별 선호도는 첫째, 남성은 알림나라(40%), 아시아나 항공(23.16%), 농협일렉트로뱅크(12.63%)를 많이 이용하나, 여성은 알림나라(42.86%), 농협일렉트로뱅크(28.57%)를 주로 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연령별 선호도는 나이가 많을수록 단순 관광안내정보인 알림나라, 농협일렉트로뱅크보다는 보다 항공관련 정보를 더욱 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업별 선호도는 학생과 사무직에 종사하는 사람이 가장 많은 메뉴를 이용하며, 전문직, 관리직, 기술직은 대체적으로 항공관련정보를 더 선호하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 학력별 선호도는 고학력자일수록 많은 메뉴를 이용하고 있으며, 다섯째, 가입시기별 선호도는 가입한 시간이 길어짐에 따라 항공관련정보를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

응용 프로그램을 실행할 때 프로세스간의 상호 연동이 필요한 경우 통신을 하게 된다. 프로세스간의 통신에서 서비스를 요청하는 프로세스의 상태에 따라 동기(Blocking) 모드와 비동기(Non-blocking) 모드로 나누어진다. 동기 모드는 서비스를 요청받은 프로세스의 작업이 완료할 때까지 서비스를 요청한 프로세스의 상태가 멈추는 방식이고, 비동기 모드는 다른 프로세스에 서비스를 요청한 후 자신은 다른 유용한 작업을 계속 수행할 수 있는 방식으로 통신 상대가 여럿이거나 서비스 수행시간이 긴 작업의 경우 비동기 모드를 사용한다. 프로세스 간의 비동기적인 작업 수행이 이벤트 기반으로 이루어지도록 지원하는 이벤트 알림 시스템은 전자메일(E-mail) 서비스와 유사한 특징이 있다. 전자메일 서비스는 컴퓨터 통신망을 통해 편지를 주고 받을 수 있는 서비스 및 해당 편지를 일컫는 용어로, 본 논문에서는 이전에 제시된 이벤트 알림 시스템의 구성과 잘 알려진 전자메일 서비스의 특징을 파악하여 전자메일 서비스를 이용한 이벤트 알림 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방법을 제시한다.

The applications for considering their position and daily patterns of dementia patients have been developed in an early stage even if the older patients who have weaker or serious symptoms has increased in various forms. In this paper, we develop an android-based application which displays positions and pathways of patients on maps and provide messages in the cases of dangerous situations. Guardians need to register schedules including safe areas and personal information of their patients. This system registers behavior status categorized as normal or abnormal each position which is sent to a database. In particular, the deviation status is assigned in case the patients are not within the safe areas that their guardians registered on their schedule. The wandering status is assigned in case the patients are repeatedly passed by their pathways. This smart application contains the modules such as patient position sending, guardian and patient information, patient schedule and safe zone registration, position and behavior status registration, pathway display and message sending, and rescue request. This system sends the notification and alarm service providing normal and abnormal behavior with deviation and wandering status of patients respectively.

오늘날은 지능화된 사물이 스스로 공간의 상황을 인식하여 필요한 행위를 대신해 주는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경으로 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 언제 어디서나 상황 정보를 분석하여 원하는 사용자에게 실시간으로 알려줄 수 있는 알림 서비스에 대한 관심으로 이어지고 있으며, 현 물류 시스템에서도 실물의 흐름과 정보의 흐름간에 불일치와 같은 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 변화를 요구하고 있다. 알림 서비스 또는 이벤트 통지 서비스는 정보의 제공자 측에서 발생한 새로운 이벤트에 대해 관심있는 사용자에게 알려주는 서비스로, 정보의 제공자와 관심있는 사용자를 연결하는 역할을 한다. 이 논문에서는 통합물류운송 시스템에 적용 가능한 알림시스템의 응용 시나리오를 기술하고, 전체 시스템의 구조, 데이터 모델을 제안한다. 또한 이벤트 대수를 이용하여 복합 이벤트를 정의함으로써 응용하는 시스템의 적합함을 설명한다.

In recent years, health management services have been increased according to the increase in interests on health and the development of information technology (IT) based on increases in advanced ages and chronic disease patients. Thus, it requires the monitoring of health conditions and the specialized healthcare services not only in a hospital but also their own home. This study provides the specific notification services related to the context information based on users' bio signal data and the notification services of specific patients and attempts to develop a hypertension monitoring system and a notification service system according to indexes. Because this system considers the context of users by differing it from the conventional monitoring services, it makes possible to obtain more exact measurement values. In addition, it is able to reduce certain health risks through managing specific patients and based on living indexes. Also, it can provide more customized services to users due to the exact and finely classified services.
