  • One of major research areas in the recurrent neural network is to develop stable learning algorithm. In this paper, the stable learning algorithm is developed by utilizing the evolutionary programming. The effectiveness of the proposed learning algorithm will be verified by simulating two d.0.f. robot manipulator.

  • 고속 네트워크 환경에서 AR UDT(Adaptive Rate control UDT)는 표준 전송 프로토콜인 TCP에 비해 뛰어난 성능을 보인다. UDT(UDP-based Data Transfer)를 기반으로 하는 AR UDT의 혼잡제어는 네트워크 상태를 예측하여 패킷 간 전송시간을 변화시킴으로써 기존 UDT보다 향상된 성능을 보인다. 그러나 AR UDT는 네트워크 상태 예측의 오차가 클 뿐만 아니라 rate control만을 공격적으로 조절하기 때문에 수신 버퍼의 초과로 인해 안정적인 성능을 기대하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 AR UDT환경에서 네트워크 상태에 따라 적응적으로 혼잡제어를 하는 기법을 제안한다. RTT(Round Trip Time)의 변화량에 따라 네트워크 상태를 예측하여 flow control과 rate control을 적응적으로 조절한다. 네트워크 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 AR UDT에 비해 전송속도와 안정성이 향상되었음을 보였다.

An attempt at soil profiling on a river embankment using geophysical data (물리탐사 자료를 이용한 강둑 토양 종단면도 작성)

  • The internal structure of a river embankment must be delineated as part of investigations to evaluate its safety. Geophysical methods can be most effective means for that purpose, if they are used together with geotechnical methods such as the cone penetration test (CPT) and drilling. Since the dyke body and subsoil in general consist of material with a wide range of grain size, the properties and stratification of the soil must be accurately estimated to predict the mechanical stability and water infiltration in the river embankment. The strength and water content of the levee soil are also parameters required for such prediction. These parameters are usually estimated from CPT data, drilled core samples and laboratory tests. In this study we attempt to utilise geophysical data to estimate these parameters more effectively for very long river embankments. S-wave velocity and resistivity of the levee soils obtained with geophysical surveys are used to classify the soils. The classification is based on a physical soil model, called the unconsolidated sand model. Using this model, a soil profile along the river embankment is constructed from S-wave velocity and resistivity profiles. The soil profile thus obtained has been verified by geotechnical logs, which proves its usefulness for investigation of a river embankment.

Protease Activity from Fruit Body of Sarcodon aspratus (능이자실체의 Protease 활성)

  • This study was performed to investigate the protease activity from fruit body of Sarcodon aspratus and its features. The specific protease activity was increased with the increasing purification steps, 2.62 times by desalting, 17 times by CMC column chromatography, 113.8 times by DEAE-Sephadex A-50 column chromatography, and 728.3 times by Sephadex G-75 column chromatography. Proteases were identified as two different enzymes having different isoelectric points at pH 4.35 (its recovery rate 8%) and pH 4.7 (its recovery rate 3.5%). Those proteases were purified by 3,025 folds and 3,257 folds in terms of specific activity. Two proteases having different isoelectric points had similar enzymatic properties. This protease was estimated to be 43,000 daltons of molecular weights by SDS-PAGE. This protease with optimum pH 4 was almost stable in the pH range of 4~7. Optimal temperature of protease activity was 40 to 50℃, and the protease activity was completely inhibited at 70℃ for 30 min.

  • 직류송전은 선로의 건설비가 저렴하고 안정도의 문제가 없어 대전력 장거리송전이 가능하며, 비동기 연계를 할 수 있고, 조류제어가 신속.용이할 뿐만 아니라 단락용량을 증가시키지 않고도 계통의 연계강화가 가능한 점등의 잇점이 있으며, 특히 케이블 송전에 매우 유리한 송전방식이다. 그러나 선로의 건설비는 교류송전방식에 비해 저렴한 반면, 교직변환소의 건설비가 고가이므로 소용량 근거리 송전에는 경제성이 없으며, 고조파 및 고주파 장해대책이 필요하고, 전력계통 구성의 자유도가 떨어지는 점등의 문제가 있다. 본고에서는 직류송전의 역사적 배경과 설비의 현황, 운전실적 및 연구추진현황, 금후의 전망등에 관해서 기술하였다.

Instability of Dichlofluanid Resistance in Dichlofluanid-Resistant Botrytis cinerea Isolates and Comparison of Their Competitive Ability with Dichlofluanid-Sensitive Isolates (Dichlofluanid 저항성 잿빛곰팡이병균(Botrytis cinerea)의 저항성 불안정 및 감수성균과의 경합 능력 비교)

  • 대전, 공주, 논산, 부여와 김해 등에서 병든 딸기, 토마토, 오이에서 총 992균주의 잿빛곰팡이병균을 분리하여 이들 균주로부터 dichlofluanid 저항성 5균주, 감수성 5균주를 임의로 선발하였다. 분리된 균의 dichlofluanid 저항성을 조사한 결과 105균주(10.6%)가 저항성이었다. 저항성균 균사의 최소 억제 농도(minimum inhibitory concentration)는 100~500$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml 이상이었으나 감수성균은 10 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml 미만이었다. Dichlofluanid 저항성의 안정성 조사를 위하여 35$^{\circ}C$고온 처리 및 계대 배양할 때 조사된 저항성 5균주 중 3균주는 저항성이 감소하거나 상실되었다. 저온 저장 및 온실에 장기 보관할 때는 조사된 저항성 균주 모두가 저항성이 감소하거나 완전히 상실되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 이 약제에 대한 저항성이 불안정하다는 것을 나타낸다. 오이에 감수성균 및 저항성균을 혼합 접종한 후 재분리할 때 시간이 지날수록 감수성균이 더 많이 분리되어 저항성균의 경합 능력이 감수성 균주에 비하여 열등하였다.

  • This study was Performed to evaluate applicability of color flexible pavement concrete (CFPC) for motorway pavement. Color flexible pavement has been applied to non-motorway pavements, such as pedestrian and bicycle road. Two polymers were used to modify the binder and to strengthen the stiffness of pavement mixture. Waste paper was used to prevent the asphalt of gap-grade mixture from draining. Marshall properties, indirect tensile strength(ITS), tensile strength ratio(TSR) before and after freezing-and-thawing treatment and artificial aging, permanent deformation and fatigue life were measured. Color bituminous concrete mixtures used this study had nearly the same quality in mechanical properties when compared with conventional asphalt concrete mixtures manufactured with AP-3 and all mixtures satisfied with domestic specification for motorway pavement. Therefore, it is proved that the color bituminous concrete used this study can be applied for motorway pavement.

  • This paper propose the robust stability algorithm for controlling a hybrid magnetic bearing system. The control object in the magnetic bearing system enables the rotor to rotate without any physical contact by using magnetic force. Generally, the system dynamics of the magnetic bearing system has severe nonlinearity and uncertainty so that it is not easy to obtain the control objective. For solving these problems, we propose the fuzzy modelling and robust control algorithm for hybrind magnetic bearing system. The sufficient conditions for robust controller are obtained in terms of solutions to linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Simulation results for HMB are demonstrated to visualize the feasibility of the proposed method.

  • 전 세계적인 LNG 수요 증가에 따라 LNG 운반선의 대형화 및 극한 환경의 항로 선택이 불가피해지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 LNG의 슬로싱 현상에 따른 화물창의 구조적 안정성 여부가 큰 이슈거리로 떠오르고 있다. 슬로싱 현상에 의한 구조 안전성을 평가하는 가장 이상적인 방법은 유체 영역과 탱크의 복합적인 상호 작용을 완벽하게 구현하는 것이다. 하지만 과도한 계산 시간과 결과의 정확성이 확보되지 못한 상황에서 LNG 운반선 화물창의 안전성 평가에 적용하기에는 문제가 있다. 많은 연구 단체에서는 불규칙적인 슬로싱 압력 신호를 삼각파 등의 형태로 이상화하여 구조해석에 적용하고 있지만 이 또한 유체의 압축성 및 비선형성을 고려하는데 한계를 드러내고 있다. 본 연구에서는 슬로싱 하중을 받는 구조의 안전성을 평가함에 있어 쌍방향(2-way) FSI(Fluid-Structure Interaction)의 과도한 해석 시간 및 수렴의 어려움을 보안하고 유체의 비선형성을 고려할 수 있는 단 방향(1-way) FSI 기법을 이용하는 절차를 제안하고자 한다.

Performance Analysis of Load Control Model for Navigation/Guidance System on Flying Object (비행 물체의 유도제어 시스템 설계를 위한 하중(중력수) 제어 모델의 성능분석)

  • In conventional method, flight model is discribed to differential equation by linealization of nonlinear object motion equation. As state equation from differential equation of moving object, the controller is designed by transfer functions of each module under discrimination of stability criteria. But this conventional method is designed under limitation of nonlinearity from object's shape and speed. In other word, The greater part of guidance/navigation system was satisfied with the result of good performance for normal figure of flight object, not sudden changed flight condition, not high speed. But it is not able to give full play to its ability on flight object which has abnormal figure, sudden changeable motion, high speed. Therefore, in this paper was presented performance analysis of load control model for navigation/guidance system on flying object being uncertainty, non-linear like abnormal figure, sudden changeable motion, high speed and is presented method of trajectory control(controllability) ahead of controllability and stability to achieve flight mission. In other word, this paper shows the first step of Min-design method and flight control model.
