본 논문에서는 재난안전교육에 대한 접근성과 기회를 확대하고 시간적 제약을 해소할 수 있는 재난안전교육 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 최근 레저활동을 즐기는 사람들이 증가하였고, 이를 가지고 여러 기관과 단체는 사회문제 또는 특수한 목적을 달성하기 위해 레저활동을 기반으로 하는 여러 프로그램과 행사 등을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 활동 중 '플로깅'은 달리기를 하는 사람들에게 달리기 활동에 쓰레기를 줍는 활동을 녹여 자연스럽게 쓰레기를 줍도록 만들었다. 위와 같은 사례를 응용해 레저활동을 기반으로 하는 재난안전교육 방안을 제안한다. 본 연구의 모델을 통해 재난안전교육에 대한 접근성과 기회가 확대될 것이며, 사람들은 레저활동을 즐기며 자연스레 재난안전교육을 받게 될 것이다. 또한 재난 안전에 대한 인식이 늘고, 활동의 전이 및 확산을 통해 타인까지도 재난안전교육의 현장으로 이끌어 올 것을 기대할 수 있다.

By reviewing the existing researches of construction safety management, this study presented some problems; 1) preceding researches dealt only a formal system of safety management and did not focus on the practical safety management action, 2) there is an insufficient endeavor of utilizing the lessons teamed of successful construction sites and generalizing the success factors of safety management in the construction industry. The objective of this study is to propose and describe an effective construction safety management activity improvement reflecting success factors of the excellent construction cases and the preceding researches. To achieve this objective, the authors performed a case study of successful construction sites and proposed the major six safety activities. The author's point are illustrated through an explanation of the safety management activity improvement.

많은 기관들이 안전관리에 적극적으로 나서지 못하는 이유 중 하나가 바로 비용 문제 때문이다. 안전관리 활동이 많아질수록 들어가는 비용은 증가하게 되고, 일부 기관은 비용을 이유로 안전관리활동을 축소하기도 하는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 문제가 해소되기 위해서는 무엇보다 경영진의 의식개선과 안전활동에 대한 안전관리자의 적극적인 노력이 절실하다. 한국기계연구원 부설 재료연구소는 이 점에서 하나의 모범사례와도 같다. 경영진의 뒷받침 속에 안전예산확보, 다양한 안전 프로젝트를 시행하고 있기 때문이다. 재료연구소를 찾아가 안전환경 조성을 위해 어떠한 활동을 펼치고 있는지 이야기를 들어봤다.

The Purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting patient safety management activity targeted nursing student and to provide basic data for patient safety in nursing education and to develop education program improving students' patient safety management activity. The participants of this study were 358 nursing students in a region and collected data by self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis. As a resutls, Significant positive correlations were found between patient safety competency, performance confidence, coping and patient safety management activity for nursing students. Patient safety competency, performance confidence were significant factors related to patient safety management activity but coping was not found to directly affect patient safety management activity. Thus, we propose to develop a education intervention program that considers patient safety competency, performance confidence in order to improve patient safety management activity of nursing students.

가을철은 기온이 선선해지면서 사람들의 활동량이 늘어나는 계절이다. 어린이들도 학교나 가정 등, 실내외 활동이 왕성해지면서 각종 안전사고에 노출되기 쉬워진다. 특히 어린이들은 주변 사물에 대한 호기심이 크고 활동량이 많은 특징을 가지고 있으나 주의력과 판단력 등 인지능력이 아직 성숙하지 못한 까닭에 위험에 대처하는 능력이 미숙하다. 띠라서 상시 안전사고 예방교육을 통해 어린이들에게 위험요소들에 대한 주의와 대처 능력을 키워주어야 한다. 어린이들의 활동량이 늘어나는 계절 10월, 이번호에서는 어린이 안전사고 예방 교육의 중요성과 각종 안전사고 사례, 예방과 응급처치 등에 대한 특집을 마련한다.

최근 건설현장에서는 안전사고 예방을 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 전 산업에서 건설업 재해율은약 50%로 여전히 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 중대재해처벌법 시행(22년 1월 27일)과 4차산업 발달에 따른 IOT기반 안전관리 등 안전규제와 안전관리기술이 현장에 적용되고 있지만 건설현장 안전관리의 접점에 있는 실무자 및 근로자가 실효성 있게 안전관리활동을 하고 실질적으로 안전행동을 강화시키는 안전사고 예방적 안전관리가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장에서 시행되고 있는 안전보건활동, 안전교육, 안전행동강화, 안전성과와의 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 제시하고 관계 분석하였다. 건설현장 실무자 및 근로자의 설문조사 데이터를 구조방정식에 적용하여 관계를 분석한 예측결과, 분석결과에 의해 검증된 가설이 시사하는 부분을 해석하고, 가설검증을 기반으로 외생변수로부터 안전행동강화에 도달하는 경로를 탐색하고 주요 논점을 논의한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the safety awareness and safety behaviors of personal assistant for visual impairments. Method: This study was targeted at 263 personal assistant for blind people from May to June 2021. Research subjects who wished to participate in the study expressed their intention to participate through the recruitment documents and gave written consent before participating in the study. Result: First, the safety awareness and safety behavior were high among the personal assistants who had practical fire extinguisher practice experience and education on how to act in a disaster situation. In addition, when the emergency rescue method was educated, the life safety awareness and fire safety awareness were high, but there was no difference in the awareness of disaster safety, and the safety behavior was higher. Third, the higher the life safety awareness, fire safety awareness, and disaster safety awareness of personal assistant for the visually impaired, the higher the safety behavior. Conclusion: This study revealed that it is important to provide appropriate safety education to personal assistant and implement a program to raise safety awareness so that the visually impaired can live a safer life.

컴퓨터 시스템들이 인간 생활의 많은 부분에서 사용되어지면서 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어 시스템의 안전성 문제에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 소프트웨어 시스템에 있어서 각각의 소프트웨어 개발 단계가 가지는 특성이 다르므로 안전성 활동들도 그 활동 관점이나 방법이 달라져야 할 것으로 판단된다. 소프트웨어의 안전성 평가의 방법론, 안전성을 분석하기 위한 결함분석 기법들에 대한 고찰을 본 연구의 기반으로 하여 소프트웨어 라이프사이클 동안에 안전성 확보를 위한 최선의 활동의 방안들에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 논문에서는 공공기관에서 안전보건경영시스템으로 KOSHA-MS를 구축하여 유지하고 있습니다. 2022년 1월 27일 시행된 중대재해처벌법에 대한 준비와 대책을 수립하고 있으며, 공공기관 안전활동 수준평가, 공공기관 안전관리등급제 등 여러 평가를 받고 있습니다. 이에 안전보건경영시스템(KOSHA-MS) 규정에 중대재해처벌법과 관련법규의 연계와 공공기관 안전활동 수준평가, 공공기관 안전관리등급제까지 연계 방안을 연구하였다.

By becoming 21st century which run be charactered as highly industrialized society which spreads diversification and individualization, there have been elevation of income level and increase of time for leisure activity by introducing 5 working days system. And this brings out increasing of aquatic leisure activity population and the contents of the leisure becomes very active. Static indoor activity which was the main current of the leisure activity in the past, however, it is now called for outdoor activity accompanied by the society growth and even expands towards that people get into action and experience by their own free will. With this point of view, the aquatic leisure run become a safe activity. But with a rapid growth of aquatic leisure activity, safety concerns become a serious problem. To prevent safety accident, training should be given, safety inspection and registration should be requested, and strong support of system is needed so users can have an insurance for safety accident. These complements are necessary for overall nourishment and management measure to charge in systematical safety for the users.
