In this study, risk categorized five safety management elements(equipment and structure, evacuation, lifesaving and fire extinguishing, performance based fire safety plan, operations management) were classified in order to establish safety system of underground space. Using classified safety management elements, assessment of fire hazard was performed. After calculating the grade of evaluation categories, assessment of fire hazard was suggested. The three grades of evaluation categories are classified as to importance and four criteria of evaluation are classified as to check result based on subdivisions.

The KSA caused an error in deriving the statistical measurement items due to the misconfiguration of the safety variables and sub-modules that constitute the safety statistics framework for external causes of death, and pathogenesis, without considering the academic classification system of the field and area of the disaster/accident. By naming it as a mechanism, it was analyzed that the result of poor statistical validity has arrived. Therefore, in this study, by changing the safety parameters according to the WHO safety definition and setting the sub-modules appropriately, the categories of falls, drowning accidents, and accidents exposed to inanimate mechanical forces are classified as accidents at industrial sites and work in daily life. As a result, by systematically re-establishing the complex group of statistical items of the NSO by deriving the field of disasters/accidents according to the nature of the source of external causes of death and setting the relevant domains academically, statistical validity gets better and It is anticipated to play an important role in determining the direction of safe investment.

산업안전보건 관계법령의 강화와 중대재해처벌법의 시행으로 기존의 안전보건기준의 준수 개념에서 안전보건관리체계 구축으로 대한민국의 안전보건 패러다임이 바뀌었지만 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 접근은 인증항목별 구축의 관점에서만 접근이 이루어지고 실질적으로 시스템을 운영하는 사람을 중심으로한 접근은 미약하여 안전보건경영시스템 인증항목을 세부지표로 개발하여 본사와 현장 조직구성원들에게 설문을 통한 성과측정으로 건설관리자들의 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 인식수준을 파악하고자 함.

The purpose of this research was to provide the information needed for improving the elderly housing education and the elderly housing contents of Technology and Home Economics textbook. Thus, the elderly housing contents of current Technology and Home Economics textbook were categorized. Then, a total of 233 teachers were surveyed to examine their importance perception on the elderly housing contents. Elderly housing contents were grouped into S categories, each of which was named 'safety and safety management', 'room plan for the elderly', 'shrinking stage in family life cycle and dependency stage in housing life cycle','a house for 3-generation extended family', and 'universal design'. Teachers' importance perception was generally high for 'safety and safety management' and especially for 'safety and safety management' of bathroom(protection against slippery floor, safety bar, the appropriate position and height of shower, bathtub, and wash stand) ; the basic guidelines of 'room plan for the elderly'(emergency call, closely located bathroom, flat and non-slippery floor) ; the general guidelines during shrinking stage in family life cycle and dependency stage in housing life cycle'(protection equipments against safety accident, emergency call, flat and non-slippery floor) ; independent life among 3-generation extended family members(bathroom for the elderly, space plan for independent life among extended family members) ; the basic design guidelines of universal design(safety bar in bathroom, flat floor) and the guidelines of universal design which were especially helpful for wheelchair users(enough empty space in front of door and in corridor, wide door and corridor). Recommendations for the elderly housing education and the elderly housing contents of Technology and Home Economics textbook were that 'emergency call','safety bar in bathroom' and 'flat and non-slippery floor' were the most basic guidelines for elderly housing; that 'enough empty space in front of door and in corridor', 'wide door and corridor', 'low and wide steps', 'ramp for wheelchair users' and 'D-type or lever-type door handle' were most recommendable guidelines for universal design; that 'need for elderly housing', 'types of elderly housing', 'alternatives and choices of dependency stage in housing life cycle' and 'house plans for shrinking stage in family life cycle' were required guidelines for increasing elderly-only family.

국토해양부 해상교통안전진단 시행지침에는 안전진단 항목으로 해상교통현황조사 및 측정, 혼잡도 분석, 선박조종시뮬레이션에 의한 통항 및 접이안 안전성 평가, 계류안전성 평가 등을 명시하고 있으며, 각 진단 항목별로 평가 방법 및 기준을 제시하고 있다. 해상교통안전진단 수행과정에서 이러한 평가 방법 및 기준에 대한 개선 방안 등을 고찰하였다.

농기계의 대형화, 고성능화로 장치가 복잡해지면서 안전표지 및 조작표시의 역할이 증대되고 있으나 기존에 제정된 KS B 7947의 경우 ISO표준 도안 및 작도방법을 준용하지 않고 있어 기호가 조잡하고 복잡하며 명확히 이해하기 어려워 산업체의 활용도가 낮은 상황이며, 제조사별로 상이한 도안을 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 ISO표준 도안 및 작도방법을 준용하여 그래픽 심볼 도안을 개정하여 산업체의 활용도가 높아져 조작표시를 농업인이 쉽게 인식하고 이해하여 위험 등을 피할 수 있도록 하여 사고 예방에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 안전표지 및 조작표시를 ISO 표준 도안 및 작도방법을 준용하여 작성하기 위한 방법을 연구하고 KS B-7946에 제시된 65개 항목 중 일본과 미국에서 동시에 사용되고 있는 항목 4개는 유지하고 10개 항목은 삭제하며, 승용 동력운반차, 매연저감 장치 등 11개 항목을 추가하고 40개 항목의 수정을 통하여 국내 농기계 관련 안전표지 및 조작표시의 그래픽 심볼을 개선하고 그 결과를 ISO에 국제표준 규격도안 추가 및 개정을 제안하고자 수행되었다.

Gang-foam is used in many construction projects because it is not only precise in terms of vertical, horizontal, and specifications, but also easy to install and dismantle. However, major accidents occur every year due to non-compliance with safety rules and work order, also manuals and checklists currently in use are insufficient. Thirty-seven surveys was conducted by analyzing major accident cases of domestic gang-form construction project and deriving 20 risk factors and 43 check points. Based on the survey, the importance and appropriateness of check points were evaluated. As a result of this study, a checklist was presented, check points were placed in the order of importance based on assembly, installation, dismantling, and lifting of the Gang-form process. The checklist was organized so that workers could comply with safety rules and work order. Through this, it is expected to prevent major accidents and contribute to efficient safety management.

This study was conducted to improve the score of HACCP evaluation items in pig farm. The importance and score of each HACCP evaluation item was derived through the non-compliance rate and severity of hazard. The total score of evaluation items of the pre-requisite section was 200 points and the HACCP section was developed to have a total of 100 points. Implementation of the result of this study to pig farm may help to improve more safety and hygienic pig production. With the result of this study, it is expected that the propose of HACCP system implementation in pig farm will be achieved.

최근 이상기후의 영향으로 특정지역 중심의 국지성 집중호우 발생 빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 집중강우의 영향으로 하천의 범람 사고 또한 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 관련하여, 본 연구에서는 수문시설의 안전성 확보를 위해, 기후변화 측면에서 현재 운영 중인 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단 세부지침의 개선 사항을 검토하고, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 본 연구에서는 수문시설의 안전성평가 실시 현황, 현장적용 사례 및 평가기준 비교 검토를 통해 개선사항을 도출하고자 하였으며, 검토된 결과는 다음과 같다. 시설물의 안전성 평가는 선택적으로 수행할 수 있도록 규정하고 있어, 주기적 평가가 수반되지 않고 있으며, 최근 수위 변동에 대한 시설의 안전성 확보여부가 확인되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 또한 수문시설의 조작대 접근성 및 문비 구조검토 안전성 평가는 설계 당시의 홍수위를 기반으로 한 평가항목으로, 하천의 홍수위 상승에 취약적 요소가 내재되어 있으며, 수문시설의 기존 평가체계에서는 시설물의 기능적 특성에 따른 평가결과를 확인하기 어렵다는 한계점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 조작대 접근성, 내하력 및 문비 구조검토 안전성 평가 항목 외에 추가적으로 홍수조절능력에 대한 안전성평가 항목의 신설의 필요성과 기준을 마련하고, 수문시설의 기능적 특성을 고려한 단계별 평가 체계를 구축하였다.

This paper is a follow-up research of 'A study on the development of Safety Management Evaluation Index for Shipping Company'. It aims to develop the evaluation items of Safety Management Index(hereafter called as 'SMI') applicable to 'Safety Advantage Point', which is suggested as the sub-index of 'Safety Management Evaluation Index' function in the preceding research and also verify their adequacy. For that purpose, firstly, the 11 evaluation items were developed after collecting the practical opinions from safety management personnels in Korean shipping companies. Secondly, the survey was carried out for the verification of the adequacy of the 11 evaluation items. And lastly, its results was analysed, whether it has statistical meanings of differences in adequacy awareness amongst safety managers grouped depending on business type(coastal, ocean-going) and business capacity(number of owned-operating ships). As a result, there was no relevance between their adequacy awareness and business type of their companies. However, a difference in their adequacy awareness existed depending on their companies' business capacity(small, medium and large sized). In conclusion, when the safety management level of shipping companies is evaluated by SMI, the same indices can be applicable to both coastal and ocean-going shipping companies by a grouping of companies' business capacity.
