해사분야의 4차 산업혁명의 촉진제가 될 것으로 기대하고 있는 IMO e-Navigation 전략은 각 국의 필요와 수요자 요구사항에 맞는 다양한 서비스로 개발되고 있다. 우리나라는 2016년부터 5년 동안 6개의 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스를 개발하여 전 연안의 선박을 대상으로 제공할 계획을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발되고 있는 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스와 IMO의 e-Navigation 전략 및 서비스와의 관계를 분석하여 공공적 서비스의 의미를 도출하고 민간 부문 사용자로의 확산 측면에서 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스의 발전 방안을 고찰하였다.

Existing energy was a system produced by a specific company and sold to consumers, but it is expected that in the near future, producers will become consumers and consumers will become producers. Recently, the emergence of cloud systems, 5G network construction, and energy reuse, including solar energy, are changing the shape of the energy market. In order to share energy, there are various agent systems, energy networks, and structures that form markets. In this study, we defined the above three and proposed a strategy using the Secure Energy Model (SEM) by applying a blockchain for a safe and fair energy market. The analytical results showed that the trust between the energy producers and consumers participating in the energy trade was formed.

지난 10여년간 한국 사회는 기술적, 경제적, 정치적으로 많은 성장과 변화, 그리고 발전을 거듭하여 세계 13의 경쟁력을 자랑하고 있다. 하지만, 우리나라의 사회적 성장 수준은 세계 30위에 그치고 있어 노령화 정책, 환경 문제, 양극화문제, 균형 발전 등의 사회적 성장과 삶의 질 향상을 위한 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 지속가능한 안전한 삶에 대한 국민적 관심과 요구가 높아지고 있음에도 불구하고 우리 사회는 일상생활과 밀접한 전기 화재 및 가스 사고에서부터 국가 산업 경쟁력 및 심각한 환경문제까지 야기할 수 있는 발전소 혹은 대형 플랜트 사고에 이르기까지 위험 요소를 안고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 에너지 관련 시설 및 활동으로부터 발생할 수 있는 사고를 예방하고 조치할 수 있는 안전 기술 개발 현황에 대하여 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 향후 국내 에너지 안전 기술의 개발 방향에 대한 의견을 제안하였다. 또한, 국내 가스 및 설비 안전 기술의 현황을 파악하고 이를 토대로 안전 기술의 유형을 분류하여 향후 관련 기술의 방향성 제시를 위해 중장기 TRM(technical road map)을 제시하여 에너지 안전 기술의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 토대를 마련하였다.

This study analyzed the persuasive marketing communication strategy which applied by showhost for TV homeshopping sales. Specifically, the current study focuses on the comparative analysis of tangible goods and intangible goods sales. Four sales homeshopping TV programs were selected for analysis: two overseas travel package products, one climbing clothes product and one produce of walnut. The method of rhetorical content analysis was conducted to analyze the strategy of persuasive communication. The results shows that , , were commonly used for both tangible and intangible products sales. But , , and were heavily utilized only for intangible products sales. The result of this study can contribute to provide theoretical background for future advanced research, although it has a limitation of only analyzing four sales programs.

The research on an E-Navigation(E-Nav) strategy development has recently carried out by the IMO sub-committee on safety of navigation(NAV). The design of communication system architecture is a key factor in the E-Nav strategy development and it may drive the direction of a national R&D project on future navigational and marine communication systems. This study aims at designing a standard model of E-Nav communication network architecture, which enhances navigational safety and provides additional benefits in marine transportation. To achieve this purpose, authors have suggested E-Nav services, which are divided into five categories, i.e., safety and security, maritime meteorology, distress, business, and infotainment, by analyzing the related user requirements. As results, this paper proposes the E-Nav communication network architecture that consists of the navigation and communication equipments.

The manager of manufacturing industry just not to have known to do related to the law of Product Liability that was put into operation in July 2002. The law of PL is a public law about defective product, which was established in order to compensate consumer's damages of property and body caused by product, to make sound society by the safety products and to take international competitiveness. The economic effects by the law of Product Liability are the increase of consumers relief production cost by the lawsuits. Product liability as a process has developed significantly in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The rapid introduction of product liability has recently been a prevalent phenomenon, as global changes arising from rapid development in science and the economy have resulted in a highly interconnected world economy. This thesis was established, based on current literature and business consulting cases in the position of companies, and is one of the operating subjects in a system for legal responsibility in manufactured products. However, there are limitations in the fact that research theories are only able to present a theoretical model and directions. In this context, managers and personnel of multiple companies cannot adequately respond to the recently enforced Product Liability Act. The major findings are summarized as Product Liability Management Activity are positively Correlation of Enterprise Value.

In using elliptic curves in cryptography, it is important to find a secure elliptic curve. The security of elliptic curve cryptosystem is dependent on the cardinality of the given curve. So, it is necessary to count the number of points of a given elliptic curve to obtain secure curve. It is hewn that when the charateristic is two, the most efficient algorithm finding secure curves is combining the Satoh-FGH algorithm with early-abort strategy$^[1]$. In［1］, the authors wrote that they modified SEA algorithm used in early-abort strategy, but they didn't describe the varaint of SEA algorithm. In this paper, we present some modifications of SEA algorithm and show the result of our implementation.

The government and private companies are endeavoring to help the digital healthcare industry grow. This includes easing regulations on the big data industry such as the amendment of the Data 3 Act. Despite these efforts, however, there have been constant demands for the amendment of laws related to the medical field and for securing medical data transmissions. In this paper, the Data 3 Act of Korea and the legal system related to healthcare are examined. Then the legal, institutional, and technical aspects of the strategies are compared to understand the issues and implications. Based on this, a legal and institutional strategy suitable for the digital healthcare industry in Korea is suggested. Additionally, a direction to improve social perception along with technical measures such as safe de-identification processing and data transmission are also proposed. This study hopes to contribute to the spread of various convergent industries along with the digital healthcare industry.

하천관리지리정보시스템(RIMGIS)은 하천정보의 표준화 및 전산화를 통한 정보제공과 하천에 관련한 업무를 지원하기 위해 개발된 시스템으로 5개의 지방국토관리청에서 관리하고 있는 하천대장 및 부도, 구조물도 등의 다양한 하천 관련 정보를 정보화하여 인허가 및 하천기본계획 등의 하천업무를 신속하고 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 운영되고 있다. 국가 주요 기반시설을 생애주기 관점에서 관리하고 소요재원의 확보근거를 마련하고자 "지속 가능한 기반시설 관리 기본법"이 제정되었고 최근에 시행되었다. 이에 따라 국토안전관리원에서는 도로·철도·철도 하천 등과 같은 사회기반시설(15종)의 노후화에 대비하여 전략적인 투자와 관리방식 도입을 목적으로 인프라 총조사 사업을 진하천 등과 같은 사회기반시설(15종)의 노후화에 대비하여 전략적인 투자와 관리방식 도입을 목적으로 인프라 총조사 사업을 진행하고 관리를 위해서 기반터 시스템을 도입하였다. 하천관리지리정보시스템과 기반터 시스템은 하천 기반시설의 정보가 데이터베이스에서 다뤄진다는 점에서 유사하지만, 기반터 시스템은 하천관리지리정보시스템과 달리 유지관리 측면에 대한 필요한 보수 주기, 필요 예산 등과 같은 정보를 산정할 수 있도록 프레임워크가 구성되어 있다. 그러나 하천과 기반시설의 코드를 연결하는 작업들은 현재 상황에서는 미흡한 실정이고, 유지관리와 시설물의 노후화를 가속화하는 홍수와 침수피해 등을 전체적으로 고려할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구도 미진한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하천 기반시설의 유지관리를 위해 하천, 제방, 인명에 대한 위험지수를 고려한 잠재 인명피해 위험도와 잠재 홍수피해 위험도를 평가기준으로 설정하고 적용하였다. 또한 이를 포함시킨 투자우선순위 평가기법을 도입하여 감가상각과 위험요소 등을 고려할 수 있는 데이터베이스 구성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
