The purpose of this study was to develop teaching-learning plans applying ARCS strategies for food safety education, focusing on units related to the 'food selection and safe cooking'. To achieve this purpose, this study was conducted in the following order of analysis, design, development, assessment I, revision I, assessment II, revision II, and completion. In the analysis stage, 2015 revised curriculum and middle school technology-home economics textbooks(12 kinds) contents of 'food selection and safe cooking' among content elements of core concept 'safety' were analyzed. In the design and development stages, teaching-learning plans, teaching-learning materials, and evaluation rubric for teaching-learning outcomes using the ARCS motivation strategy were developed. In the phases of assessment I and revision I, evaluation items were selected as open-ended questions about food safety education factors and ARCS strategies, and their validities were verified by four experts. The teaching-learning plans for nine lessons were revised based on the feedbacks such as evaluation plans considering the correspondence between instruction and evaluation, strategy to reinforce intrinsic motivation, correction of improper contents composition, and so on. In the phases of assessment II and revision II, the validity of the three items, including relevance of each teaching-learning to food safety education, suitability of learning goals, and appropriateness of motivation strategy, was verified by seven experts. The final teaching-learning plans for 10 lessons were developed by revising and supplementing the data by compiling opinions of the assessment II. It is expected that this study can contribute to food safety education for middle school students, and that teaching-learning plans which apply ARCS strategies for food safety education will be used as good references for school teachers and curriculum developers.

This paper discusses how the strategies for crime prevention are interrelated to sustainable urban development. The sustainable urban development for healthy and safe cities implies regulations or legal, lawful control to reduce fear of crime and prevent substantial threats to health and safety of individual persons as well as of the community. City planners attempt to apply to the strategies for crime prevention their perception of what the sustainable urban development should be with respect to urban environment. Many planners have studied on the possibility of reduction in fear of crime and actual crimes through environmental improvement. The results of their preliminary studies provide specific suggestions to reduce crimes and fear of crime by application of CPTED. This study proposes alternatives in policy necessary for CPTED, which is one of the strategies for crime prevention, to take its place as a useful strategy for making the urban societies safe and sustainable.

Although there have been many studies on laws and systems for the proliferation of autonomous vehicles, studies on the activation of autonomous vehicles from a strategic perspective are insufficient. This study examines the issues and problem solving methods of autonomous vehicles. Based on this, plans to activate autonomous vehicles from a strategic point of view are proposed. In order to solve the issues and problems of autonomous vehicles, it is necessary to clearly establish legal and institutional standards based on the reinforcement of the safety of autonomous vehicles. In the event of a traffic accident, who is responsible for the accident and responsibility for compensation should be prioritized. Diffusion strategies are established according to the level of autonomous driving for the activation of autonomous vehicles in strategic perspective. In addition, governmental support policies should be used as triggers for initial activation, and marketing mix strategies should be implemented based on segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.

우리는 어떠한 문제이든지 인간들이 구성하고 있는 모든 조직 및 정책전략에 있어서 크고 작은 의사결정들에 의해서 움직여진다고 할 수 있다. 불확실한 상황에서의 의사결정이 필요한 경우는 무수히 많지만, 분야별로 분류해서 의사결정을 지원한다 해도 정확한 결과를 예측하고 시행할 수 있는 표준안은 완벽하게 준비되 있다고 말할 수 없다. 단지 완벽에 가까운 의사결정방법론을 제시하고, 의사결정을 할 뿐이다. 본 연구논문에서는 정보기술 관련 벤처 사업의 전략적 대안들을 어떻게 하면 가장 최적으로 추출하고, 분석해서 그 대안들을 위해 어떻게 준비할 것인가에 대한 지원프로세스를 중요 관점으로 해서 불확실한 상황에서의 직면한 문제에 대한 해결책을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 고도의 전문가 수준에서 역구내 상황을 고려하여 실시간 전자연동처리전략을 수립함으로써 열차운행을 안전하고 정확하게 제어 열차충돌이나 탈선 등의 사고를 사전에 방지함으로써 보다 높은 안전도가 보장될 수 있도록 지원하는 전문가 시스템이 제안된다. 전문가 시스템은 열차의 역구내 운행시 신호기, 전철기 궤도회로 등의 입력정보로부터 연동 지식베이스에 근거하여 신호설비들간의 연쇄관계를 확인, 실시간 연동전략을 수립하며, 연동규칙을 정확하고 효과적으로 표시할 수 있도록 규칙기반 시스템으로 구현된다. 특히, 제어실패시 논리적 추론기능과 협조하여 합리적인 진로를 제시함으로써 비상시 역무원이 당황하지 않고 신속하고 안전하게 연동업무를 처리할 수 있도록 한다.
