퇴직연금에서 DB(defined benefit, 확정급여형) 플랜 가입자는 은퇴 이후의 급여가 확정되는 반면, DC(defined contribution, 확정기여형) 플랜 가입자는 납입금액만 확정될 뿐미래의 급여는 보장되지 않는다. 따라서 DC 플랜 가입자는 가입기간 동안 적절한 투자전략을 통하여 연금자산이 최대로 성장할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 그러나 자산가격은 시장 위험에 노출되어 있기 때문에 자산배분은 퇴직시점에 접근할수록 안전자산 위주로 전환되어야 한다. 라이프사이클 자산배분모형과 라이프사이클포트폴리오는 최신의 운용기법으로 그 유용성을 인정받고 있지만, 기계적이고 직관적인 방법으로 인하여 이론적인 근거에 취약성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DC 플랜 가입자의 안정적인 자산관리를 위한 라이프사이클을 고려한 자산배분모형을 제시하고자 한다. 시뮬레이션 최적화 방법을 활용한 자산배분의 경우, 채권의 비중은 주식의 누적수익률 열세와 변동성으로 인하여 비조건부 자산배분과 주식에 대한 최저 투자비중을 고려한 조건부 자산배분에서 우세하게 나타나고 있다. 그러나 두 자산배분모형의 성과는 장기적으로 차이를 보이다가 기간이 축소되면서 차이가 크게 줄어드는 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of this paper is to see what the problem is and what the direction of the strategy of asset management after this study has analyzed asset management status of nonlife insurance companies according to interest rate trends, analyzing in time series asset state, management asset lists, asset distribution state, securities list and total asset yield of Nonlife insurance companies during year 2009~2014. As the study result, nonlife insurance companies have managed assets in stability than profitability according to safety asset was increased, but risky asset was decreased. Performance rate of total asset was dropped according to interest rate declined trends. Trend between stock index and performance rates of total asset was not accord. The correlation coefficient between interest rate and performance rates of total asset was highly plus, but the correlation coefficient of KOSPI and performance rate of total asset showed minus.

현대는 정보의 홍수라고 할 만큼 많은 정보들이 존재하는 정보화 사회로서 정보 경쟁력이 중요시되는 시대이다. 이에 발맞춰 이러한 정보를 운영하는 정보시스템의 안전성이 많은 조직에서 이슈가 되고, 자신의 조직의 정보 자산을 보호하기 위한 방법을 모색한다. 이러한 방법 중 가장 광범위하게 적용되는 방법이 조직의 자산에 대한 위험분석이다. 위험 분석은 조직에 내재되어 있는 위협, 취약성을 식별하고, 식별된 위협 및 취약성에 대하여 보호대책을 강구함으로써 안전한 정보시스템 운영을 가능케 한다. 그러나 아직까지 외국의 위험분석 방법론에도 데이터 자산의 위험분석 방법을 구체적으로 기술이 되어 있지 않기 때문에, 실제로 데이터 자산의 위험 분석은 굉장히 힘들다. 그러므로 본 논문은 업무 중심의 위험분석 방법론과 이 방법론의 프로세스를 따라 데이터 자산의 위험분석 수행방법을 제안한다.

Recently, cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Bitcoin, which are called digital assets, Cryptocurrency has completely different characteristics from real assets and must be handled carefully and safely. But The disadvantage of digital assets is that anyone who knows the private key of the wallet can easily steal the digital assets. If the seed card is lost, stolen, or exposed when used, you can use the wallet by recovering the private key using the seed card acquired by someone else. In this paper We aim to safely protect encrypted assets by using QR codes when providing mnemonic words needed to create seed cards.

본 연구는 재난안전법 제 69조의 재난원인조사의 자산화를 통한 재난관리 업무 연속성을 위한 방안으로 표준화 등 개선이 필요하다. 현재 「재난안전법」제69조와 동법 시행령 제75조의3 및 동법 시행규칙 제19조의5에는 재난원인조사에 대한 내용이 예비조사부터 본조사 등 구체적으로 명시하고 있다. 과학적 재난관리를 위해서는 과거의 재난관리에 대한 기록이 풍부하게 존재해야 이를 바탕으로 AI 등을 활용할 수 있다. 재난관리 기록을 통하여 과거를 거울삼아 미래를 예측하고 현재의 재난관리를 효과적이고 효율적으로 할 수 있다. 재난관리 사례를 자산화하기 위해서는 가장 먼저 현재의 법과 제도의 개선이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 법과 제도의 개선에 중점을 두어 진행 하고자 한다.

1986년부터 2002년까지 미국 대도시지역의 아파트와 상가, 사무실의 순가격증가율을 패널데이타로 추정한 결과에 따르면, 이들은 거시경제변수와 단기이자율, 이자율간의 스프레드 차이, 인플레이션 등에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 자산가격상승률은 경기상황과 반비례관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 대부분 대출 및 신용과 관련되어 있기 때문이다. 그리고 이는 부동산시장에서 자산 간 수익률 격차를 크게 넓힐 수 있음을 지적하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 소비자들이 선호하는 휴대폰 제조사 브랜드를 평가하기 위하여 무형 자산 평가기법을 적용하여 비교 분석 하였다. 기존의 연구는 기초적인 통계적 사실에 근거하여 단편적으로 평가를 하였다. 하지만 휴대폰 제조사 선호도 평가는 무형자산 평가와 깊은 관련이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구와는 다르게 무형자산 평가기법을 적용하여 휴대폰 제조사 브랜드 선호도를 평가하고자 한다.

사회기반 시설물들의 노후화로 유지보수 비용이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 선진국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 해외의 뉴질랜드, 호주, 캐나다, 미국, 영국 등의 나라에서는 공공시설물 유지관리에 자산개념을 도입하여 관련 법과 제도를 정비하고 대웅적 유지관리방식보다 자산의 가치 중심의 예방적 유지관리로 전환하여 일정 부분 성과를 내고 있다. 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 이에 IIMM의 자산관리 업무절차 모델과 국내에서 제시된 KTAM-40을 비교하여 공공시설물 자산관리 정보시스템의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Instrumentation & Control(I&C) System in NPP(Nuclear Power Plant) plays a important role as the brain of human being, it performs protecting, controling and monitoring safety operation of NPP. Recently, the I&C system is digitalized as digital technology such as PLC, DSP, FPGA. The different aspect of digital system which use digital communication to analog system is that it has potential vulnerability to cyber threat in nature. Possibility that digital I&C system is defected by cyber attack is increasing day by day. The result of cyber attack can be adverse effect to safety function in NPP. Therefore, I&C system required cyber security counter-measures that protect themselves from cyber threat efficiently and also cyber security design should be taken into consideration at concept stage in I&C system development process. In this study, we proposed the digital asset analysis method for cyber security assessment of I&C system design in NPP and we performed digital asset analysis of I&C system by using the proposed method.
