원자력 안전규제 업무를 효과적으로 수행하기 위하여 세계 각국의 정부는 자국의 실정에 부합되는 적정한 수준의 원자력 안전규제 목표를 설정하고 이를 달성하기 위한 관련 법령의 정비와 필요한 안전규제 행정조직을 운영하고 있다. 이외에도 원자력 사업자가 제시하는 기술적 안전대책에 대하여 객관적이고도 공정한 평가를 수행할 수 있는 독립된 안전규제 전문기관을 설립하여 운영하므로서 규제업무수행의 질적 향상을 추구하고 있다. 이와 관련하여, 본 기고에서는 최근의 국내 원자력 안전 규제 법령, 조직 및 수행내용을 중심으로 우리나라의 원자력 안전규제 수행현황을 소개하고저 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing home caregivers' safety knowledge, safety attitude and safety performance; then to analyze the relations between them, and to find the factors influencing the caregivers' safety performance. The study method was conducted by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program of 134 questionnaires surveyed in S city. A positive correlation was found with caregivers' safety knowledge and safety attitude. Additionally safety attitude has positive correlation with safety performance. No correlation was found between safety knowledge and safety performance. These influential factors explained their safety practice behavior 36.1%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to establish a policy that can form a proper safety culture in the nursing home as well as repetitive training centered on practices that can affect the safety performance of caregivers.

This study was conducted as a descriptive study with the aim of identifying the effects of safety knowledge and safety control on early childhood teachers' safety performance. Data collection for the study was carried out between October $10^{th}$ and $30^{th}$, 2014 by surveying 187 early childhood teachers working in child day care center and kindergarten located in P, K, & Y city. Measures were subjects' safety knowledge, safety control, and safety performance. For the analysis of the data, the statistical methods of frequency, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis were employed. When the category of safety performance was analyzed by general features, marital status, educational career, and degree of assistance of safety education, there were significant differences. Safety performance correlated positively with safety knowledge and safety control. Factors affecting early childhood teachers' safety performance were identified in the order of safety knowledge and safety control and the explanatory power was 60.0%. The findings of the study indicate that in order to increase early childhood teachers' safety performance, their safety knowledge and safety control have to be enhanced.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the safety motivation, confidence in performance, and behavior of safety management and to identify the factors affecting behavior of safety management targeted nursing students. Subjects were 127 nursing students and data were collected by questionnaires from December 1 to December 20, 2020. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Safety motivation was positive correlated with confidence in performance, and behavior of safety management. Confidence in performance was positive correlated with behavior of safety management. Safety motivation and confidence in performance were main factors that affects behavior of safety management. These results suggest to develop education intervention program that include safety motivation, confidence in performance in order to improve behavior of safety management of nursing students.

최근 국내 산업구조 및 생활환경의 변화로 도시구조의 고도화, 집중화로 인해 특정관리대상건축물이 다양화됨으로써 안전사고 및 재해양상이 점차 다변화 되어 증가되고 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 정부에서는 관련 법령에 근거하여 지자체 및 재난관리책임기관 등에서 시설물의 안전관리를 수행하고 있다. 1995년 제정된 "시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법"에 근거하여 일정 규모 이상의 1종 및 2종 시설물을 대상으로 정기점검, 정밀점검, 정밀안전진단이 관련전문가에 의하여 주기적으로 수행되고 있으며, "재난 및 안전관리 기본법"에 의하여 특정관리대상시설을 지정하여 주기적인 안전점검이 수행되고 있다. 그러나 수작업에 의한 안전관리 업무 수행과 점검 및 진단 결과에 대한 사후 관리로 관계 업무 주체들에게 과다한 업무가 부과되면서도 안전관리가 효율적 효과적으로 이루어지고 있지 못한 상황이다. 또한 관련 업무가 서로 다른 법령 및 기관에 분산되어 업무의 비효율성을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 특정관리대상 건축물의 효율적인 안전관리를 위해 안전관리 업무의 정형화, 안전관리 정보의 통합관리 및 현실적인 업무환경을 고려한 안전관리시스템의 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge on patient safety and performance confidence for the subject of health-related major students. Participants were 349 Health-related majors. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. According to the study results, correct answer rate for patients' knowledge on safety was 65.7% in average. Average point of performance confidence was $7.11{\pm}1.74$. Considering in terms of question, patient identification was high, while effective communication was shown to be low. Patient identification, communication, surgery procedure, fall, patient's safety accident report as the lower domain for patients' knowledge on safety and performance confidence had a positive correlation, while knowledge and infection management, facility environment had a negative correlation for health-related major students, development of patients' safety education program is needed to enhance importance of patients' safety before clinical practice and to allow implementation of safe clinical practice.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the awareness of patient safety and performance of patient safety activities among hospitalized patients, and to provide basic data for the development of programs to improve them. The subjects were 103 adult patients at a general hospital in D city. Data were collected from Feb. 22 to Mar. 12, 2021, using structured questionnaires to measure the awareness of patient safety and performance of patient safety activities. The mean (±standard deviation) scores of awareness of patient safety and performance of patient safety activities were 4.22±0.52 out of 5 and 3.35±0.48 out of 4, respectively. The awareness of patient safety varied significantly depending on patient safety education (t=4.85, p<.001). The performance of patient safety activities varied significantly depending on marital state (t=2.75, p=.007) and patient safety education (t=3.88, p<.001). There was a significant correlation between the awareness of patient safety and the performance of patient safety activities (r=.59, p<.001). It is thus necessary to promote the improvement of the patient safety culture by developing programs to improve awareness of patient safety and performance of patient safety activities in hospitalized patients and to apply them systematically in clinical practice.

The Purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting patient safety management activity targeted nursing student and to provide basic data for patient safety in nursing education and to develop education program improving students' patient safety management activity. The participants of this study were 358 nursing students in a region and collected data by self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis. As a resutls, Significant positive correlations were found between patient safety competency, performance confidence, coping and patient safety management activity for nursing students. Patient safety competency, performance confidence were significant factors related to patient safety management activity but coping was not found to directly affect patient safety management activity. Thus, we propose to develop a education intervention program that considers patient safety competency, performance confidence in order to improve patient safety management activity of nursing students.

The purposed of this study was to identify the factors that affect Confidence in Performance Patient Safety Management targeted nursing students. The study subjects were 228 nursing students. The nursing students experienced patientl safety accidents in the fall (50.0%), needle puncture (18.5%), Patient identification error (12.0%), injection medication error (7.5%) and oral medication errors (4.3%). In the logistic regression analysis, Attitude of Patient Safety Management(t=6.09, p<.001), Clinical Decision Making(t=3.97, p<.001) and gender(t=2.56, p=.011) were significant factors related to Confidence of Performance Patient Safety Management. Based on the results of this study, we propose to develop a convergence education program that considers patient safety management attitude, clinical decision making ability, and gender in order to improve confidence of performance patient safety management of nursing students.

This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the self-confidence in performing patient safety management in nursing students. As a result of the analysis, 7.0 points in knowledge of patient safety management, 3.86 points in attitude of patient safety management, 3.47 points in clinical decision making ability, and 4.15 points in self-confidence in performing patient safety management. Self-confidence in performing patient safety management was positively correlated with knowledge of patient safety management(r=.216, p<.01) and attitude of patient safety management(r=.375, p<.01), clinical decision making ability(r=.467, p<.01). The self-confidence in performing patient safety management was influenced by clinical decision making ability(β=.409, p<.001) and attitude of patient safety management(β=.198, p=.011), explanatory power was 26.3%.
