Planning and control for safety management executed by the head office is one of the most important parts for improving safety level of construction company. So this study is initiated with the purpose of suggesting an improvement strategy to perform effective and rational safety management at the head office. In order to investigate the current status of safety management of large construction firms in the Korean construction industry, the safety criteria related to the head office which are used in the Supermerit Certification System were chosen and examined by industry expert. The selected criteria are used for mail questionnaire. The survey was performed for 79 construction firms. Based on the 3-year average accident rate of 79 firms(1.20), the safety level of firms are classified. The safety improvement strategies for the below and the above are proposed respectively.

본 논문에서는 재난안전교육에 대한 접근성과 기회를 확대하고 시간적 제약을 해소할 수 있는 재난안전교육 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 최근 레저활동을 즐기는 사람들이 증가하였고, 이를 가지고 여러 기관과 단체는 사회문제 또는 특수한 목적을 달성하기 위해 레저활동을 기반으로 하는 여러 프로그램과 행사 등을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 활동 중 '플로깅'은 달리기를 하는 사람들에게 달리기 활동에 쓰레기를 줍는 활동을 녹여 자연스럽게 쓰레기를 줍도록 만들었다. 위와 같은 사례를 응용해 레저활동을 기반으로 하는 재난안전교육 방안을 제안한다. 본 연구의 모델을 통해 재난안전교육에 대한 접근성과 기회가 확대될 것이며, 사람들은 레저활동을 즐기며 자연스레 재난안전교육을 받게 될 것이다. 또한 재난 안전에 대한 인식이 늘고, 활동의 전이 및 확산을 통해 타인까지도 재난안전교육의 현장으로 이끌어 올 것을 기대할 수 있다.

70만kW급 가압 중수로형 원전(CANDU-PHWR)으로 건설되고 있는 월성 원자력 2호기가 오는 6월의 상업 운전을 목전에 두고 있다. 월성 2호기가 준공되면, 우리 나라의 원전 설비 용량은 1천만kW를 돌파하게 된다. 한국전력공사의 종합사업 관리하에 건설 추진되어 온 월성 2호기는 충분한 운전 경험을 통해 그 안전성과 신뢰성이 입증된 CANDU-600과 동일한 노형으로, 월성 1호기 건설 이후의 설비 개선과 최신 기술 기준 및 강화된 인허가 요건을 적용하여 발전소 안전성과 신뢰성을 제고하였으며, 선행 호기의 건설 경험을 최대한 활용하여 공정 계획을 수립$\cdot$추진하여 왔다. 그간의 건설 경위 등을 특징별로 살펴 본다.

컴퓨터를 활용한 제어 시스템은 우리들의 생활 속에 깊숙이 관여하고 있다. 컴퓨터를 사용한 제어는 가전제품, 휴대폰 항공기, 철도 등 다양한 산업분야에서 응용되고 있으며, 그 적용분야를 넓혀가고 있고, 성능향상이 급속히 진행되고 있으며, 인간생활의 의존도가 점점 커지고 있다. 따라서 컴퓨터의 안전성과 신뢰성은 현재 사회에서 가장 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 최근에 전국적으로 인터넷 망에 바이러스가 침투를 하여, 인터넷을 마비시키는 상태가 발생하여, 상당히 큰 피해를 경험하였다. 이와 같이 컴퓨터 제어 시스템의 기능이 정지되거나 오작동을 할 경우에는 사용자에게 상당한 피해를 줄 수 있다. 따라서 컴퓨터 시스템의 신뢰성과 안전성은 사회전반에 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 반드시 확보해야할 목표 중에 하나이다. 목재가공용 둥근톱은 노동부 법률 산업안전보건법에 의거 유해위험 기계기구로 명시되어 있어 날접촉예방장치인 덮개를 설치한 후 사용하도록 되어 있다 그러나 둥근톱에 의한 사고는 매년 발생하고 있으며 그 원인의 대부분은 덮개를 설치하지 않은 채 목재를 가공하고 있기 때문이다. 건설현장에서 목수들이 덮개를 설치하지 않은 채 목재를 가공하는 원인을 고찰하고 적절한 대응 조치를 간구하여 작업의 편의성과 작업자의 안전성을 확보하는 일은 대단히 중요한 과제이며 또한 안전장치의 잘못된 사용과 안전장치의 결함으로 사고 발생시에는 근로자에게 미치는 파급효과가 대단함은 물론 왜곡되어 전파되는 특성이 있어 사고의 원인이 마치 안전장치의 사용 때문에 있는 것으로 알려지게 되면 대부분의 근로자들은 안전장치의 부착과 착용을 기피하게 된다. 따라서 작업의 편의성과 적합한 안전장치 및 올바른 사용관리가 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다.(중략)

This research is mainly aimed at finding out about the effects of the safety and health management system on corporate performance through systematic operation by efficiently allocating material and human resources within the company by participating all employees and stakeholders in order to prevent and maintain industrial accidents and the optimal working environment, and how to maintain and activate the safety and health management system at the center of electric contractors.The analysis results are as follows. First, management, organizational management and resource preparation will have a positive impact on the management capability of the electric power corporation. It was assessed that the more well-transmitted and understood within the organization, the better the construction plan, the better the equipment management status, the more positively the management capability of electric works was to be achieved. Second, management, organizational management and resource preparation will have a positive impact on corporate management performance.This seems to have a positive effect on a company's business performance when the standards of OHSAS are met with construction plan and construction equipment management are high as related information such as industrial safety and health laws are strengthened and companies' safety and health activities, advanced safety and culture are released to facilitate organizational management.Third, the management ability of the electric power corporation will have a mediated effect on the effect of management, organization management and resource preparation on the performance of the enterprise. This means that the direct effect of the independent variable management organization on corporate management performance is .401 The indirect effect is .168.658 shows that the direct effect of resource preparation on corporate management performance is .423, the indirect effect is .178 and the total effect.It was analyzed at 643.

한국형 e-Navigation 서비스 개발 중 최적 안전항로 지원서비스는 육상에서 연안여객선과 같은 사고취약 선박이나 서비스 요청 선박에 한해 실시간 선박 교통, 해역 환경, 기상 정보 등 해사 안전정보를 활용한 최적의 안전항로를 지원하는 서비스이다. 본 발표에서 현재 개발 중인 최적 안전항로 지원서비스의 개발 내용을 소개하고, 서비스의 기능시험 결과와 효용성 평가를 위한 성과지표 및 평가 방법을 소개하고자 한다.

The two main purposes of this paper are to (1) identify factors that influence the safety of e-Business and (2) investigate the explanatory power of these factors on firm performance. Through an extensive literature review and expert panel reviews, a list of 9 factors consisting of 36 items was compiled. In the second stage, questionnaires were administered to managers of e-Business companies in the metropolitan area of Seoul, Korea. Respondents rate 'Information Management,' as the most influencing factor, and then in the order of 'Payment,' 'Security Programs,' and 'Intrusion.' And survey results show that factors have very significant explanatory power for firm performance. While 'Information Management,' 'Delivery,' 'Intrusion,' and 'Security Programs' are the most explanatory factors for Tobin's q, 'Government Policy,' 'Delivery,' 'Intrusion,' 'Awareness,' and 'Security Programs' show most explanatory power for ROA.
