1995년도는 한국 유일의 원자력발전소 플랜트 종합설계 회사인 한국전력기술주식회사가 기술자립 목표를 달성하는 해로서, 이번 기회에 울진원자력 3,4호기의 플랜트 종합설계(Architect Enginering:A/E)에서는 원자력발전소의 안전성과 신뢰성 확보와 증진을 위하여 어떻게 설계를 개선하고, 노력하고 있는 지를 소개하므로써, 원자력발전소의 안전성과 신뢰성 이해에 도움을 주고자 한다.

항만은 국가기간시설물로서 2010년 기준으로 수 출입 화물의 90%이상이 처리되는 핵심 수 출입 관문이다. 이러한 국가 기간시설에서 발생되는 산업재해로 인한 작업 중단, 생산성저하, 비용증가 및 국가이미지 실추 등으로 인한 국가적, 개인적 손실은 직, 간접적으로 막대한 손해를 발생시킨.

This paper is the empirical study results on the introduction effects of safety management system(SMS) for the shipping company. First of all, we take a brief look at the present Korean situations after the SMS induction Next, we analyse the effect of the SMS induction. We divided the effect of induction in 21 factors. The result was 3.5 out of 5 perfect points, which shows the high preference. Higher points were scored with international companies than domestic ones, the companies accepted before 1998 than the ones after 1998, and large enterprises than smaller ones.

본 연구에서는 ISM Code 의 국내도입에 따른 성과를 실증 분석하였다. 안전관리체제 도입 성과를 21 개 항목으로 조사한 결과, 5점 만점에 3.5점으로 전반적으로 도입성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 내항 해운기업보다는 외항 해운기업이, 98년 이후 가동기업 보다는 그 이전 기업이, 중소기업보다는 대기업에서 ISM 시스템이 정착되고 도입 성과도 높은 것으로 분석됐다. 본 연구는 국내 도입이 본격적으로 진행된 지난 1995년 이후 10여년 경과 시점에 연구가 진행되어 매우 시의적절하다고 할 수 있겠다.

최근 건설현장에서는 안전사고 예방을 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 전 산업에서 건설업 재해율은약 50%로 여전히 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 중대재해처벌법 시행(22년 1월 27일)과 4차산업 발달에 따른 IOT기반 안전관리 등 안전규제와 안전관리기술이 현장에 적용되고 있지만 건설현장 안전관리의 접점에 있는 실무자 및 근로자가 실효성 있게 안전관리활동을 하고 실질적으로 안전행동을 강화시키는 안전사고 예방적 안전관리가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장에서 시행되고 있는 안전보건활동, 안전교육, 안전행동강화, 안전성과와의 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 제시하고 관계 분석하였다. 건설현장 실무자 및 근로자의 설문조사 데이터를 구조방정식에 적용하여 관계를 분석한 예측결과, 분석결과에 의해 검증된 가설이 시사하는 부분을 해석하고, 가설검증을 기반으로 외생변수로부터 안전행동강화에 도달하는 경로를 탐색하고 주요 논점을 논의한다.

최근 국제 금융시장은 컴퓨터 및 통신분야의 기술진보로 비 은행금융기관에서도 상업은행에 의해서만 독점적으로 제공되었던 거래서비스를 결합한 새로운 금융서비스를 제공할 수 있게 되었고, 이는 곧 은행과 비 은행금융기관의 벽을 무너뜨리는 양자 간 동질화 현상을 유도하였으며 활발한 금융 겸업화 현상으로 금융혁신이라고 부를 만한 서비스분야의 기술혁신 성과를 거두게 되었다. 본 연구는 금융권간 판매채널 통합의 시작이라 평가되는 방카슈랑스를 중심으로 금융기관 간 겸업의 활성화를 통해 산업 간 동질화를 이루는 시점에서 금융혁신이 이루어진다고 설정, 금융서비스의 기술혁신 성과를 예측해 보았다 이를 위해 먼저 우리나라 대표 금융기관 격인 은행과 보험, 증권회사가 금융겸업을 이루는 경우 각 겸업 주체 기관의 혁신적인 성과를 실증 분석하도록 한다. 분석대상은 표본기간 중 국내 주식시장에 연속으로 상장되어 있는 모든 은행, 증권, 손해보험 49개를 대상으로 수행하였으며, 표본자료는 KIS-LINE이 제공하는 재무제표자료와 한국증권거래소에서 제공하는 주가데이터에서 추출하였다. 본 연구의 금융혁신 성과 분석은 두 단계로 이루어진다. 먼저 금융기관 간 가상 합병을 이용, 시뮬레이션 분석을 하고 그 결과 각 금융기관의 ROA와 자기자본비율 및 안전성(위험성지표)을 분석한다 다음 단계로 안전성이 보장되지 않는 경우 적정하게 추정된 안전성 내에서 경영 성과를 이루는 최적 기간에 대해 실물옵션평가(Real Option Valuation) 분석을 한다. 그 결과 금융겸업을 통한 혁신 성과는 은행 주체로 비 은행금융기관과 겸영하는 경우 이상적으로 잘 보여지며, 증권 주체로 보험업을 겸업하는 경우는 ROA 와 자기자본비율 면에서는 혁신적이나 안전성 면에서는 저해된다는 결과를 알아내었다. 그리고 이 같은 안전성의 위험은 증권업을 실행하는데 요구되는 수준의 안전성을 유지하는 경우 3 년간의 투자기간 후에는 혁신사업으로 발전할 수 있는 발판을 마련하게 된다고 추정하였다.

For a holistic and precise assessment of safety benchmarks within a construction venture, it's paramount to delineate between the intrinsic features of the construction and its real-time, on-site performance metrics. In this study, we delved into genuine accident instances to discern the interplay between these construction attributes and on-ground performance determinants in relation to safety mishaps, employing the binomial logit analytical framework. Our scrutiny underscored that construction expenditure profoundly modulates the likelihood of fatal occurrences. Notably, variables pertinent to on-site safety protocols wielded considerable influence over both fatal mishaps and accidents implicating multiple personnel. These revelations intimate that while ascertaining the safety quotient of a construction initiative, a mere classification and recalibration based on fiscal dimensions can elucidate much. Yet, a comprehensive safety appraisal necessitates transcending quantitative indices, such as frequency of mishaps or casualty rates, to encapsulate the multifaceted interventions and strategies adopted at the construction locale.

Recent trends in gas safety devices are actively developing and researching wireless gas safety devices in response to the development of wireless technologies and the needs of customers. Although there is controversy over the reliability of wireless, the strength of wireless convenience is increasing the introduction of gas safety devices, a reasonable performance evaluation method is needed to verify the safety and reliability of these devices. This paper amis to propose designing and manufacturing performance assesment equipment and methods for evaluating performance so that the safety and reliability of wireless gas safety devices can be verified and distributed smoothly. So, this study reviews the functions and methods of verifying reliability and safety by investing domestic and foreign the related wireless gas safety devices, produces equipments capable of testing major functions, and presents key performance assessment item and test methods that satisfy the reliability and safety requirements of wireless gas safety devices.

본 논문에서는 n 개의 원소를 임의로 나열하는 대표적인 치환 발생 알고리즘을 소개하고 이들중 발생 치환의 랜덤성이 우수하다고 알려진 Knuth의 알고리즘을 근간으로 설계된 랜덤 치환 발생기의 암호학적 안전성을 분석하고 발생 치환들에 대한 난수 발생 수열 관점의 통계적 임의성과 연속 발생 치환끼리의 통계적 독립성 적용을 위한 통계량 소개 및 각 관점에서 통계적 검정을 통과함을 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 보인다.
