Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide the effective safety management system to prevent similar chemical accidents through accident investigations. Method: Chemical accident prevention and response management systems at the central and local government levels were reviewed, Also, statistical data of chemical accidents occurred in the last 5 years were analyzed. In particular, Two accidents with high accident risk were analyzed. Result: Chemical accidents that have occurred in the last 5 years were analyzed to occur in the order of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid, and concrete safety management improvement measures were derived through investigations of two causes. Conclusion: In this study, we proposed safety management plans in terms of technical and management aspects. The results of this study are expected to be used as effective in preventing and managing chemical accidents.

Negligent accidents in urban railway station not only give damages to users but also cause avoidance of public transport usage. This study aims to identify design factors in designing urban railway station for reducing and preventing negligent accidents in the station. Especially this study identifies design factors from the perspectives of universal design concept which is for all persons. This study classified negligent accidents in urban railway stations, analysed degree of danger and identified the causes of accidents. Then this study identified universal design factors based on the results of analysis on the priority of accident factors relating to negligent accidents. The results of this study can be utilized as basic data in designing urban railway station for reducing and preventing negligent accident in urban railway station.

선원의 직무상 재해율은 일반 산업 재해율 보다 12.6배(2018년 기준)높게 유지되고 있다. 이는 일반 산업재해와 선원의 재해 예방을 위한 근거법이 산업안전보건법과 선원법으로 이원화 되어 있고, 이에 따라 재해예방을 위한 제도가 달리 이행되고 있음이 하나의 요인으로 작용한다. 이에 선원법에 명시된 선내안전보건 관련 규정과 산업안전보건법 및 해사노동협약에서 요구하는 재해예방을 위한 규정을 비교분석하여 선원의 재해예방 방안으로 선내안전보건 관련 인명사고 통계 구축 방안에 필요한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

목적 : 방사선치료는 복잡하고 다양한 장비를 이용하여 고에너지 고선량의 방사선을 다루기 때문에 세심한 정도관리를 바탕으로 기술적 관점에서의 적절한 방사선치료장비 사용과 실제 환자치료시의 절차들에 대한 완벽한 지침서가 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 의료용 선형가속기에 연관된 방사선사고와 잠재적 사고유형들을 분석하여 환자와 종사자의 안전을 보장하고 사고를 예방키 위한 안전관리 기준을 개발하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 본 연구에서는 국내 13 개 방사선치료기관에 대한 안전관리 실태를 자체 개발한 100 여 문항의 설문으로 조사, 분석하였다. 또한, 국제적으로 사용하고 있는 안전관리기준들과 보고된 방사선 사고사례 들을 조사하였고, 방사선치료 전 과정을 통해 잠재적 사고유형을 추정함으로서 방사선치료의 안전관리를 위 해 필요한 요구사항들을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 의료용 선형가속기에 관련된 안전관리 기준을 마련하였다. 결과 : 본 연구에서는 방사선치료 시 환자와 종사자의 안전을 보장하고 사고방지를 위하여 단계별 안전관리 기준을 개발하였으며, 방사선 치료과정에서 일어날 수 있는 다양한 실수나 사고들을 일목요연하게 관리 할 수 있는 흐름도를 구축하였다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과는 방사선치료에 사용되는 선형가속기에 대한 방사선의 안전과 품질보증을 개선하게 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 잠재적 방사선 사고의 예방뿐 아니라 국내의 방사선치료 안전관리 기준 마련에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we review the regulations relating to railway safety and station workers interviewed, eight urban rail accidents decreased operating agencies through the prevention research currently being conducted into the (Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation City, Seoul Metro, Incheon traffic mortality, etc.) the root cause for the lack of aggressive prevention measures performed on the difficulties related regulations, organizational culture and work environment, prevention of negative operating authority derived in three improvements were obtained through this direction. First proposed urban railway safety ever buy Conduct production, utilization and operating agencies college safety assistant suggests directions for safety training, organizational culture and work environment improvements in senior management. Finally, active accident prevention campaigns, and provide direction to increase the educational participation of guests. Improvement for such accidents would decrease is thought to play a role in the prevention of future operating agency established when the guidelines.

The purpose of this study was two-fold. Firstly, it investigated the current state of the 34 specific policies of school safety-accident prevention that were implemented at K-12 public schools in accordance with the $1^{st}$ School Safety-Accident Prevention Plan established in December 2015. Secondly, it prioritized the policies based on the outcomes from the investigation to make policy recommendations for future improvement. For this purpose, we surveyed 614 school teachers and staff from 24 school-safety research schools across the nation on their perception of the current policies for preventing school safety accidents. Specifically, they were asked about the degree of realization and the necessity of expansion of the policies. Based on the survey results, the Borich index as a needs measure was computed for each policy and a list of policies prioritized in descending order of the index was presented. The results of the study showed that school teachers and staff's perception of the improvement of school safety since the policies took effect was highly positive in general. It was also shown that the policies perceived as best-implemented were, in descending order, "first-aid education for teachers and staff", "safety management of school meals", "prevention activity of student traffic safety-accident", and so on. The majority of survey respondents said that the policies were being implemented well and that they should be expanded and enhanced. As a result of the Borich's needs analysis, it was found that "more collegial collaboration between the Office of Education and other relevant organizations in the community for school safety", "prevention education activity for water safety", and so forth should be more actively implemented.

우리나라의 경우 해양사고에서 어선이 차지하는 비율은 매우 높아 최근 5개년 동안 전체 해양사고중 어선사고 척수 및 비율은 4,361척 중 2,967척으로 68%를 점유하고 있으며 또 어선에 있어서 총톤수 20톤 이하의 소형어선에 의한 사고가 85%를 차지하고 있다.어선의 사고유형을 분석해 보면 기관손상이 30%정도 충돌･전복･침몰 사고가 30% 정도, 기타사고가 40%로 분석되고 있다. 따라서 해양사고비율이 가장 높은 어선사고로 부터 인명손실을 예방하기 위한 실용적이고 효과적인 대책이 시급한 실정이다.본 연구는 어선사고 중 다른사고에 비해 막대한 인명피해나 재산상의 손실을 초래하는 어선사고 유형인 전복/침몰･화재와 최근에 많이 발생하고 있는 낚시어선사고와 어업재해사고를 중점대상으로 사례조사를 통하여 자율적인 어선 인명사고 예방체제 수립 및 어업종사자의 안전의식 고취를 제고하기 위함이다.

차량의 안전성능 향상을 위해서는 사고에 대한 예방안전장치, 사고후의 사고 확산 방지, 사고시의 안전대책 등 여러가지 조건들이 고려되어야 한다. 그외의 부가적인 것으로는 도로여건, 운전자를 포함한 운전자 주위의 환경요건이 있다. 본 고에서는 차량안전에 관한 일반적인 관련 사항을 소개하고, 추가적으로 충돌시험의 몇가지 simulation 방법에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
