  • 전통적으로 소프트웨어 공학분야에서는 소프트웨어 설계 및 개발을 위한 자동화도구와 정형화기법이 적용되었으며, 안전한 보안시스템의 개발을 위해서도 수학적인 명세와 검증도구를 사용하는 경우, 보다 안전하고 완전한 보안시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 본 연구는 정형화 명세언어인 Z를 이용하여 보안시스템을 기술하고, 기술된 명세를 소프트웨어 검증도구를 이용하여 보안시스템이 제공하는 보안특성 만족 여부 점검을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 수학적으로 기술된 시스템에 대한 명세를 Z스키마로 변환하는 변환규칙을 기술하고, 이와 함께 Z언어 검증도구인 Z/EVES를 이용한 검증결과를 제시한다.

  • 국가경쟁력강화위원회에서 확정(2011. 1. 19. 제24차 회의)된 하위법령 특별정비 추진에 따라 행정제재처분기준을 경감할 수 있는 사유를 명확히 마련함으로써 행정제재처분을 합리화하는 한편, 액화석유가스 총전사업 등의 허가요건에 관한 세부적인 사항을 조례로 정하도록 하는 내용으로 "액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법"이 개정(법률 제10350호, 2010. 6. 8. 공포, 9. 9. 시행)됨에 따라 종전에 고시로 정하고 있던 액화석유가스 충전사업 및 액화석유가스 판매사업의 시설기준 중 안전거리, 도로의 폭, 용기보관실 사무실 주차장의 면적에 대하여 일반 기준의 2배 이내의 범위에서 강화된 기준을 조례로 정하려는 것임.

  • 최근 빈번하게 발생되고 있는 가스사고는 많은 인명과 재산상의 손실을 초래하고 있다. 특히 도시 가스 보다는 공기보다 비중이 큰 LP가스에 의한 사고가 많이 발생된다. 특히 최근에 발생한 인천 부평구의 LP가스 폭발사고는 사망6명, 부상21명 등 총 27명의 인명피해와 주택 붕괴 등 많은 재산상의 손실을 초래하였다. 또한 LP가스 용기는 용기자체가 자해나 위해의 수단으로 이용되기도 한다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 1998년 1월 10일 고압가스안전관리법 시행규칙을 개정하여 LP가스용기에 부착되어 사용되는 밸브를 과류차단형으로 의무화하여 가스사고예방을 위해 힘쓰고 있다.(중략)

Examining the Influence of Citizen Safety Awareness on the Development of a Safety Culture in High-Level Radioactive Waste(HLW) Management (시민안전의식이 고준위방사성폐기물 관리 안전문화 정착에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • This study examines the impact of local citizens' safety awareness on developing a safety culture for managing high-level radioactive waste (HLW). The sub-variables of citizen safety awareness include community engagement, adherence to safety protocols, local government safety education, and comprehension of safety measures. The HLW safety culture awareness survey included questions on communication between local governments and citizens, perceptions of safety procedures, and citizens' views on local government safety practices. The findings indicate that the most significant factors in fostering a safety culture for radioactive waste management are local government safety education and comprehension of safety measures. The results of the correlation analysis indicate that the implementation of appropriate procedures for waste management by local government has a positive effect on safety behavior, communication with the citizens, and education. Safety education can convey safety practices for HLW management to citizens. When properly implemented, safety education can play a crucial role in fostering a strong safety culture for HLW management. Therefore, it is imperative for local communities and governments to establish comprehensive safety protocols and provide education programs. When safety measures are aligned with established norms and education is effectively delivered, a sustainable safety culture for HLW management can be achieved.

  • Dangerous cargo in maritime transportation is increasing in international trade. The types and forms of dangerous cargo are very diverse, complex, and the scope is expanding widely. For this reason, it is increase risk of accident threatens the safety of ships and other cargoes, as well as serious damage. Carriers' require special care and handling of dangerous cargo and have a duty of care for safe transport. The shipper is obliged to notify the carrier of the nature and characteristics of the dangerous cargo prior to loading on the ship, the responsibility of the carrier varies depending on the notification or not. This study compares and analyzes the concept and classification of dangerous cargoes, the provisions of the Hague rules, Hamburg Rules and Rotterdam Rules about Carriers' Dangerous Cargo Liability Regulations, after reviewing case studies. We intend to provide information to dangerous cargo handling, the carrier.

  • Purpose: This is for the purpose to help the bill related to technologists be systematic and unitary by carefully analyzing a legislation, an enforcement ordinance, and enforcement regulations in the connection with the radiological worker and the radiation workers from the law and regulations related to technologists. Materials and Methods: Concerning technologists, a legislation, an enforcement ordinance, and enforcement regulations for a sort of medical technician, regarding the radiological worker, the rules of diagnosis radiation equipment safety management, and concerning the radiation workers, atomic energy law, an enforcement ordinance and enforcement regulations were gathered, compared with one another, and analyzed. Results: Among technologists, in the case of working in the department of diagnosis radiation, the title 'Radiological Worker' is used by the Medical Service Law, and in the case of working in the department of radiation tumors or the one of nucleus medicine, the title 'Radiation Workers' is used by the Atomic Energy Law. Conclusion: Besides the technical term that is used by characteristic tasks, unification of the terms that can be used in common is necessary for sure. And when a legislation, an enforcement ordinance, enforcement regulations, and notification, things like that in the radiation field are amended, certainly they should be done by mutual agreement through negotiation between the organization related to radiation and the governmental organization.

An Ontology-Based Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment for automotive functional safety (자동차 기능안전성을 위한 온톨로지 기반의 위험원 분석 및 위험 평가)

  • The ISO 26262 standard requires a preliminary hazard analysis and risk assesment early in the development for automotive system. This is a first step for the development of an automotive system to determine the necessary safety measures to be implemented for a certain function. In this paper, we propose an ontology-based hazard analysis and risk assessment method for automotive functional safety. We use ontology to model the hazard and SWRL(Semantic Web Language) to describe risk analysis. The applicability of the proposed method is evaluated by the case study of an ESCL(electronic steering column lock) system. The result show that ontology deduction is useful for improving consistency and accuracy of hazard analysis and risk assessment.

Numerical Analysis of Four Circular Columns in Square Array and Wave Interaction (파랑과 정사각형 배열의 원형 기둥 구조물의 상호작용 수치해석)

  • Accurate prediction of wave-structure interactions is important in the safety and design cost effectiveness of fixed and floating offshore structures exposed to extreme environmental conditions. In this study, regular waves and circular column structure interactions for four circular columns in regular waves are analyzed. To simulate 3D two-phase flow, open source computational fluid dynamics libraries, called OpenFOAM, were used. When the four circular columns are arranged in a square array, the interactions according to the incident slopes of the regular waves are analyzed. The wave run-up in the circular column surface was compared according to the slope of the incident wave. It was confirmed that high amplitude waves are generated between the circular columns due to the interaction between the circular column and the incident wave. It is expected that this analytical result will be used as the basic data of the study on the air gap due to the interaction between the structure and incident wave.

  • 인터넷에서 정보보호 서비스를 제공하는 시스템은 일반적인 시스템보다 보안성 유지의 필요성이 더욱 중요하다. 그렇기 때문에 시스템의 안전성, 즉 시스템의 구현상의 적합성과 보안성을 평가하는 기술이 필요하다. 특히 고도로 발전하는 해킹기술에 대해 시스템이 얼마만큼의 정보보호 서비스를 제공하는지에 대해 평가할 수 있어야 그 시스템의 적합성과 보안성을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 보안성 평가 기술은 정보보호 서비스를 제공하는 시스템에 독립적으로 구동 되어야 하고, 고도로 발전하는 해킹기술에 대해 유연히 대처할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 프로토콜 레벨의 정보보호 서비스를 제공하는 시스템에 대해 다양한 규칙을 적용하여 시스템의 적합성 및 보안성을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 규칙기반 프로토콜 보안평가 시스템을 설계한다.
