Korea domestic casino industry has been experienced an explosive growth marking the highest quantity and quality with rapid growth of domestic economy since the 1960s. However there are really lack of study about presenting guideline for establishing risk management planning reflected characteristics of casino industry. Therefore, we analyzed previous studies about concept of the risk and criteria and drew dimension of safety supervision reflecting characteristics of casino industry. we, also, identified detailed safety management factors as well as classified three dimensions of environment, human and facility on the dimension of safety supervision. This study was designed to examine effect relationship between risk management factors and performance of security management organization focused on The mediation effect of atmosphere of organization We used two different tools for data analysis: SPSS 18.0 for the descriptive statistics and PLS 3.0 to validate the integrity of the research model and proposed hypotheses that is main effects from risk management factors to security management organization and mediation effects of atmosphere of organization. The data analysis confirmed the importance of risk management factors to enhanced performance of security management organization. The mediation effect of atmosphere of organization, also, supported relationship between risk management factors and performance of security management organization. It provided theoretical and practical implication for building risk management strategy well suited casino company and conducting security management.

This study aimed to identify the effect of patient safety culture perception, organizational commitment on patient safety management activities in general hospital nurses. The data were collected from 191 subjects from August 2 to August 16, 2017 using a structured self-report questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS WIN Version 22.0. The results showed that patient safety management activities had significant correlations with patient safety culture perception and organizational commitment. Also, the influencing factors on patient safety management activities were patient safety culture perception, organizational commitment, and patient safety education experience. These factors explained 33.3% of variance. Therefore, in order to improve the patient safety management activities among general hospital nurses, it is necessary to develop and apply an nursing intervention programs considering patient safety culture perception, organizational commitment, and patient safety education experience.

건설공사를 발주하는 공공기관은 대표이사 직속의 안전전담부서를 구성하고 있으나 순환보직 형태로 인력을 배치하여 안전보건에 관한 전문 지식이 부족하며, 여러 부서에서 안전관리 기준을 제정하거나 활동을하여 안전관리 체계에 혼선을 주고 있다. 또한 관리감독자들은 회사의 안전관리 기준을 제대로 인식하지 못하여 안전관리 활동이 원활하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 건설공사를 발주하는 공공기관의 안전관리 활동수준을 향상하기 위해서는 안전관리 조직, 안전관리 체계, 위험성평가에 대한 개선의 노력이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 공공기관의 안전보건경영체계 구축현황을 조사하여 안전보건관리에 관해 공공기관의 안전보건경영체계 구축에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 이에 본 연구결과는 공공기관들이 산업재해를 예방하기 위해 안전관리 전담조직을 구성하고, 안전보건경영체계를 구축함으로써 실제 안전관리에 미치는 영향을 분석함에 목적을 둘 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of job stress and organizational commitment, as well as to identify the factors that influence patient safety management activities among the operating room nurses. Participants were 136 nurses working at 1 university hospital and 9 general hospitals located in G metropolitan city. The data were collected between July 25 and August 7, 2014 using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The level of job stress, organizational commitment, and patient safety management activities was 3.76, 3.09, and 4.15, respectively, out of a 5-point scale. Patient safety management activities were significantly correlated with organizational commitment. The significant factors that influence patient safety management activities were organizational commitment and number of patient safety education, which explained 23% of patient safety management activities. In conclusion, organizational commitment and patient safety education have a positive effect on the improvement of patient safety management activities of operating room nurses. It is necessary to develop various intervention programs for operating room nurses to improve organizational commitment and should be reinforced via continuous, systematic patient safety education on patient safety management.

안전문화가 우리 산업현장에 정착되고, 조직구성원에게 내재화될 때 비로소 안전한 환경에서 근무할 수 있다. 아울러 올해 「중대재해처벌법」이 시행되면서 조직은 더욱 안전문화에 관심을 두게 되었고, 안전문화 측정의 필요성을 인지하게 되었다. 안전문화 수준을 진단하는 것은 조직구성원의 안전에 대한 인식과 태도의 수준을 알 수 있고, 조직의 문제점과 개선이 요구되는 사항을 확인할 수 있어 작업환경개선의 출발점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 연구·개발된 안전문화 진단도구를 고찰하여 연구 동향을 파악한 후 안전문화 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 향후 BCMS 분야에 적합한 진단도구 개발에 관한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

This study is a descriptive survey study for nurses in general hospitals to understand the effects of self-leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment on safety management activities. The subjects of the study were nurses at three general hospitals located in G City. An online survey was conducted in consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Data collection was from August 20 to August 30, 2021. As a result of the study, self-leadership (r=.618, p<.001), self-efficacy (r=306, p<.001), organizational immersion (r=0518, p<.001) showed a positive correlation with safety management activities. In addition, self-leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment explained 38.2% of safety management activities (F=20.478, p<.001). Therefore, it would be helpful to provide regular leadership education and self-efficacy education to increase patient management activities of general hospital nurses. In addition, if a positive work environment, legal standards for nurse work, and an appropriate compensation system are established to improve organizational commitment, it will have a positive effect on environmental safety management activities.

전남 여수에 위치한 한국남동발전 여수화력발전처는 여수 국가산업단지에 전력을 공급하는 핵심적인 역할을 하는 곳이다. 1975년부터 중유발전을 해오다 오일쇼크 등을 겪으면서 가동을 중단하는 등 크고 작은 부침을 겪었던 역사를 뒤로 하고 석탄발전으로 제2의 도약을 꿈꾸고 있다. 현재 여수화력 2호기의 보일러 설비는 운용중이고, 1호기 설비의 교체작업은 진행 중에 있다. 이 때문에 2호기 상업운전에 따른 운영부서의 안전조직과 1호기 건설에 필요한 안전조직도 별도로 운영되고 있다. 여기에 1호기의 안전은 여수화력발전처 건설관리팀의 안전관리자와 협력업체의 안전관리자가 협의 하에 공동으로 운영되는 등 조직별 전문인력이 유기적으로 협업하고 있다. 40여 년 역사를 바탕으로 새 역사를 쓰고 있는 여수화력발전처의 안전관리 노하우는 무엇일지 직접 찾아가 봤다.

Man-made disasters are disastrous event, which can be reduced the damage through preventive measures and thorough inspections, unlike natural disasters. Thus, safety consciousness of citizens is not only important, but also safety consciousness of security guard who are involved with facility safety management. In other words, safety consciousness and fostering professionalism of security guards could reduce the damage, including human disaster and it enables the effective safety management. Therefore, this study selected the training and the organizational safety as variables with the influencing factors for improving the disaster safety consciousness of facility guard. After the analysis, the following results were confirmed. First, the training content and its environment would have a significant impact on the disaster safety consciousness. Second, organizational safety would have a significant impact on disaster safety consciousness. In other words, the improvement of training program and the formation of safety culture in organizational level will have a positive impact on the disaster safety awareness and enable effective safety management.

국무총리실 산하 안전관리자문위원회(위원장 최동섭)는 지난 12월 6일 프레스센터 20층 국제회의장에서 안전관리 강화를 위한 정책토론회를 개최했다. 이날 토론회에서는 삼풍백화점 붕괴 이후 위원회가 모색해온 건설구조물 안전관리.석유화학 및 가스안전관리.해상안전관리.구조구난 능력향상 및 화재안전.안전문화 정착방안.안전관리 법령정비 및 조직 강화방안 등 6개 주제에 대한 개선방안의 발표에 이어 최동섭 위원장의 사회로 종합토론이 있었다. 본 호에서는 이날 발표된 내용들을 주제별로 요약 소개한다.
