IMO는 해상사이버보안 관리기준을 제정하여 2021년부터 ISM code에 따른 선박안전관리 지침 상 사이버보안 관리방안의 반영을 권고하였다. 이에 따라 선박에 대한 사이버보안 관리지침 또는 계획서 등이 선박회사별로 개발되어 적용되어 오고 있으나 명확한 법적 근거 및 표준이 부재하여 선박회사별 차이가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 선사들의 사이버보안 계획서를 BIMCO, NIST 등의 Guideline과 Framework 기반으로 비교하여 선사별 사이버보안 대응을 위한 선내조직 및 역할과 책임, 비상 시 대응방안을 비교하였다. 비교 결과를 기반으로 차이점과 개선점 식별을 통해 실효성 있는 사이버보안계획서 수립 및 대응조직 구성 방안제시를 연구목적으로 설정하여 수행하였다.

This study aims to examine the state of accidents and related issues related to Theme Groups experiential learning experiences of students and suggest ways to improve security measures to prevent future incidents. Case studies of the sunken Sewol ferry and the collapse of the gymnasium at Mauna resort in Gyeongju are conducted by analyzing the existing literature and the data collected from the media sources and related agencies. With a basis on the findings of the analyses, it is suggested that legal foundation and disaster and risk management systems (systematic revision of the laws, raised safety awareness among citizens, production and education of security managers, formation of disaster management organizations, establishment of headquarters in case of emergency and installation of first aid facilities, improved national response system, enforcement of disaster drills, introduction of assessment system, etc.) must be established to contribute to creating a safer society.

In this study, the purpose of the study was to verify the relationship between the company's construction safety management system and workers' safety consciousness and safety observance behavior. A survey of 357 workers was conducted and a statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result, the following main results were obtained: First, it was found that supervisor's capability, inner construction safety management, construction safety education, and construction disaster evaluation have significant effects on the worker's safety consciousness. Second, it was revealed that the worker's safety consciousness had a significant positive effect on the safety observance behavior. Third, it was shown that supervisor's capability, inner construction safety management, construction safety education, and construction disaster evaluation have significant effects on safety observance behavior. In addition, this study confirmed that the management supervisor's ability to handle safety at the work site is the most important factor in safety management in order to enhance the worker's safety consciousness and safety observance behavior.

기상이변과 사회구조의 복잡화에 따라 재난의 유형이 다양화되고, 발생 빈도와 피해 규모가 증가함에 따라 정부는 안전관련 법령의 정비, 소방방재청의 신설 등 “국민이 편안한 안전사회”를 건설하기 위해 재난관련 각종 정책, 조직 및 정보시스템을 정비하고 있다. 본 연구는 범국가 차원에서 안전관리 관련 기관간 업무 및 유기적 연계와 정보 공동 활용을 위하여 국가안전관리정보시스템 구축시 이식성과 상호운용성 확보를 위한 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일을 설계한다.

현 그리드 정보검색 시스템은 그리드 환경에 구축이 되어 있지만, 그리드 컴퓨팅의 특징 중 하나인 가상조직을 이용한 자원 관리가 결여되어 있다. 이로 인해, 제공하는 서비스 중 한부분에서만 과부하가 발생을 하여도 시스템 전체에 영향을 미치게 된다. 이러한 문제에 대해 본 논문에서는 그리드라는 분산처리 환경에 정보검색 시스템을 구축하여 보다 안전하고, 유연한 확장성을 갖는 정보검색 서비스를 제공하려 한다. 대표적인 그리드 미들웨어인 글로버스 툴킷(Globus Toolkit)의 가상 조직(VO: Virtual Organization)을 이용하여 정보검색 시스템을 구성해 보고, 가상조직이 갖는 이점인 유연성을 그리드 정보검색에 적용하여, 유연한 그리드 정보 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 그리드 정보검색 가상 조직 관리 서비스(GIR-VOMS)를 구현하여 시스템 성능을 높여 줄수 있는지 알아본다.

오늘날과 같이 시스템의 복잡화에 따른 고가의 시스템 구입비, 크기 및 중량의 허용한계 등과 같은 여러 제한요인 때문에 고도의 신뢰성 있는 무기체계 개발을 위해서는 무기체계 개발과정의 전 순기 동안에 시스템 안전(system safety)분야의 적용이 불가피하게 되었다. 시스템 안전에 관한 연구는 매년 증가하는 사고로부터 발생하는 엄청난 손실을 줄여보자는 필요하에 1960년 경부터 미국의 군대에서 시작되었다. 1969년 7월 미국 군사표준서MIL-STD-882(시스템 및 관련 부시스템에 대한 시스템 안전 프로그램 요구조건)가 제정된 이후 요즈음 미군의 방산물자 조달 및 획득시 시스템 안전분야 적용이 의무화되어있다. 시스템 안전분야는 개발중인 시스템의 설계, 개발, 운용과 관련된 여러 분야, 즉 품질보증, 인간공학, 시스템공학, 형상관리분야 등과 상호 밀접하게 연관되어 있으므로 이 분야에 대한 상호 이해와 끊임없는 정보교환이 요청되고 있다. 시스템 구성분야별, 무기체계 개발단계별로 조직적으로 분석된 시스템 안전결과를 토대로 프로 젝트 관리자(PM)는 개발중인 무기체계 시스템에 내재된 시스템 위험을 어느 수준까지 수용할 수 있을 것인가에 대한 현명한 판단을 내릴 수가 있게 되는데 항공기개발 프로그램의 경우 시스템 안전의 궁극적인 목표는 성공적인 초도 비행이라고 할 수 있다.
