Abstract
There have a lot of marine accident due to the increasing transportation by sea in accordance with economy growth. Accordingly, ware fully aware of the importance of the development of safety control system so that may prevent the sacrifice of life and disasters on the sea. The objective of this research in to investigate the more effective system by establishing the prevention of safety accident and marine information system as a national project.
