식품의약안전청은 PET용기에 대한 안전관리를 위해 테레프탈산 및 이소프탈산에 대한 용출규격을 신설하여 기구 및 용기.포장의 안전관리를 도모하고자 기구 및 용기.포장의 기준.규격 중 개정안을 발표하고 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethyleneterephthalate:PET)중 테레프탈산 및 이소프탈산 용출규격, 시험방법을 신설했다. 본 고에서는 주요내용을 살펴보고 신구조문을 비교해 보도록 한다.

LPG충전소의 안전관리상태가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 가스안전공사에 따르면 지난 상반기동안 2백61곳의 LPG충전소를 대상으로 가스안전관리 종합평가를 실시한 결과 96.6%에 해당하는 2백52곳이 법정 최소기준인 60점이상의 점수를 받은 것으로 조사됐다. 2/4분기 LPG충전소 안전관리종합평가를 게재한다.

The span deflection among the monitoring items of bridge measurement system in real time is representative behaviour and important index of superstructure condition. the limit of span deflection in Standard Specifications for Highway Bridge in Korea has been applied to the method that is making the management-criteria for span deflection in bridge measurement system. But the limit concern mainly serviceability of divers. So it is difficult to find the safety factor of the limit from the viewpoint of bridge safety. This study estimated the safety factor of the limit of span-deflection in Standard Specifications for Highway Bridge in Korea from the viewpoint of bridge safety by the indoor structural test.

기업활동에 관한 행정규제의 완화 및 특례에 관한 사항을 규정하여 원활한 기업활동을 도모하고 국민경제의 건전한 발전에 기여함을 목적으로 하는"기업활동규제완화에 관한 특별조치법(1993.6.11.법률 제4560호)"의 제정으로 동법 제3장에서 규정하는 "안전관리자 등의 고용의무완화"에 따란 산업안전보건법 시행령이 1993.11.20.개정되고 그 시행에 관하여 필요한 사항을 규정하는 산업안전보건법 시행규칙 및 산업안전기준에 관한 규칙 및 산업안전기준에 관한 규칙 등이 1994년 3월29일자로 개정ㆍ공포되었다. 동개정내용 중 건설업과 관련되는 조문을 중심으로 해설함으로써 안전관리업무에 도움을 드리고자 한다.

GHS는 위험물 분류와 운송부문에 관하여 물리 화학적 위험성과 급성독성의 분류와 표시사항을 기본으로 하여 기존의 UN시험방법과 큰 차이가 없으나 국내 기준인 위험물안전관리법의 위험물 판정 시험방법 및 분류체계와 달라 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 위험물안전관리법에 의해 분류된 제2류 가연성고체 물질과 제3류 자연발화성 물질 및 금수성물질을 대상으로 각각의 위험물 판정시험을 실행하였다. 시험 결과 GHS를 국내 실정에 맞게 적용하기 위해서는 각각의 판정 시험 결과를 통해 정확한 데이터를 확보하고 이를 통해 위험물안전관리법의 분류기준과 GHS에 따른 대응 분류기준을 제시함으로써 국제무역시 제도간의 규제 및 표지의 상이함을 통해 나타나는 문제점들을 예방할 수 있을 것이다.

As the development of Internet technology, the number of IDs managed by each individuals has been increased. And many software development institutes have developed ID/PW management solutions to facilitate secure and convenient management of ID/PW. However, these solutions also can be vulnerable in case of administrator's password exposure. Thus, we need to derive security requirements from the vulnerability analysis of these solutions, also we need evaluation criteria for secure ID/PW management solution development. In this paper, we analyze the vulnerability of ID/PW management solution and propose the evaluation criteria for secure ID/PW management solution.

In Korea, the Ministry of Environment's Chemical Control Act is the basis for hazardous chemical substances and safety management is being carried out. In particular, the standards for the installation and management of facilities are strongly managed. There were problems in the early stages of implementation, conflict with other laws, size of facilities and non-reflection of material properties. In this study, more realistic and reasonable improvement was planned for the fire-resistance standard of buildings among these facilities. We compared the fire resistance standards of buildings in the Korean similar chemical facility safety management ordinance. Key problems were identified through examples of representative complaints concerning the criteria for facilities. Finally, the Chemical Control Act provided an improvement measure to apply the building fire-resistance standard by clarifying the size and chemical of facilities. In the future, the results of this study are expected to be consistent with the basic purpose of the Chemicals Contral Act considering environmental hazards and contribute to the standard of handling facilities of reasonable chemical management laws that can be applied to the industry in reality.

지식경제부 기술표준원에서는 2011.3.11일자로 자율안전확인대상 자동차용 타이어 안전기준 개정(안)을 입안 예고하였으며, 본고는 동 개정(안)의 취지 및 주요내용과 아울러 자동차용타이어가 품질관련 법규 "품질경영 및 공산품안전관리법" 상에서 어떻게 관리되는지에 대하여 요약한 것이다. 한편, 우리협회는 그간 국내타이어업계와 함께 기준치 이하의 저품질 타이어 유통 근절을 통한 타이어 사용자의 안전성 향상과 관련법규의 실효성 제고 차원에서 금번 타이어 안전기준 개정(안) 마련에 있어 적극 참여하여 왔다.
