오늘날 화장품 산업은 역동적으로 끊임없이 변화하고 있다. 화장품은 한 사회 구성원들의 다양한 욕구, 가치관 및 생할양식에 영향을 미치며 심지어는 국가의 정치적 기후나 경제적인 상태를 나타내는 지표역할을 담당하기도 한다. 즉, 화장품 과학은 예방의학, 건강과학이라는 차원에서 뿐만 아니라 미적인 차원에서 새로운 상품개발이 진행되어갈 것이다. 지금 우리는 21세기를 향하여 1990년대의 중반기에 들어섰다. 80년대는 물질 문명의 중심으로 생활의 질의 풍요로움을 추구하였으나 90년대는 소비자 우선의 풍요로움을 향수하는 시대가 되었다. 또한 여성이 사회진출, 고령화의 급속한 진전, 고 학력화, 개인의 가치관 존중 및 많은 생활패턴의 변화가 마음의 풍요로움을 구하는 사람들이 늘어나고 물질적 의존도로 부터의 탈피가 크게 강조되고 있다. 이에 마음의 풍요로움을 창조하여 연출하는 화장품산업의 역할이 고기능성에 의한 부가가치를 높이고 마음의 풍요로움을 지원하기 위한 연구개발에 중점을 두고 진행되어 가고 있다. 화장품을 여성들의 치장이라고 하는 주체적 행위에 도움을 주는 하드웨어라고 한다면 소비자의 마음은 소프트웨어로써 소비자 입장에서 만족할 수 있는 전략을 구사하는 아이디어가 있어야 하는데 그에 상응하는 대책으로 스킨케어를 들 수 있다. 스킨케어란 병든 피부를 제외한 여러 가지 유형의 피부를 화장품과 미용기기를 이용하여 그에 맞게 예방관리 하여 건강하고 아름답게 보호 유지하는 전문 분야이다. 즉, 스킨케어는 화장품 이용을 통하여 미래의 소비자들의 다양한 비용 욕구 및 소망에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 소프트웨어라고 할 수 있다., 또한 스킨케어는 화장품 뿐만 아니라 신체적 접촉을 통하여 안위를 제공하는 수단으로 단순한 피부손질이라는 문제에 그치지 않고 접촉을 통해 마음과 신체의 균형을 꾀하는 생명현상의 심층과 연관되는 중요한 의미가 있다. 스킨케어는 불어로 Soin Esthetique 라고 하는데 어원을 보면 손질, 처치, 보살핌 그리고 배려를 의미한다. 지금으로부터 200년전 독일의 미학자인 Baumgarten이 미는 인간에게 만족과 쾌감을 주는 대상이며 미는 보는 사람의 마음에 있다라는 감성의 미학에서 Esthetique라는 단어를 처음 사용했다. 다시 말하면 Soim Esthetique는 인간의 마음 만족과 쾌감을 주는 배려 있는 조치로써 여성이 화장을 함으로써 외모의 조화에서 마음과 신체의 균형을 꾀하는 생명현상의 심층과 연관되는 것과 마찬가지로 에스테틱과 화장의 심리는 매우 땔래야 땔 수 없는 불과분의 밀접한 관계라 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze domestic private security activities through experiences of Chinese people who have been thought to be very necessary for the development of domestic private security and to suggest measures for the customization of foreigners and Chinese people for Korean private security companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychological satisfaction of Korean civilian security activities through the experiences of Chinese Koreans who are using Korean civilian security services and to discuss ways to improve domestic civil security activities not only for Chinese Koreans but also for Koreans visiting Korea. And conducted in-depth interviews with limited data and insufficient prior research. First, we should not judge the scale of Chinese visit today as a separate industry that is not related to our private security. Second, it should be carried out confidently with a prepared marketing attitude that makes the choice of the security guard excellent. Third, a company management is necessary. Fourth, communication should be done. Fifth, it should become a loyal 'butle'.

In this study, calibration processes and methods of evaluating the radiometric quality of satellite images from the meteorological payload on the GEO-KOMPSAT-2A were described. MTF(Modulation Transfer Function), SNR(Signal-To-Noise Ratio), NEdT(Noise Equivalent Delta Temperature), and Dynamic Range, which are the major parameters for assessment of data radiometric quality of space-borne visible and infrared sensors, are focused. Key process of the quality check of the satellite data is the comparing the image radiometric performance parameters during the In-Oribit Test with those acquired from the ground tests. Validation plan of the image quality of the GEO-KOMPSAT-2A Meteorological Imager is addressed based on the analyses results of COMS MI data during the COMS In-Orbit Test period

GEO-KOMPSAT2 shall be designed to produce higher quality of image than that of COMS, and this requires the ground system to provide orbit data with high accuracy; better than 2km which is sort of high accuracy when it comes to geostationary satellite. For GEO-KOMPSAT2, KARI is planning to use ranging data for orbit determination, obtained from two ranging stations located in KARI and oversea country with long longitudinal baseline. This paper estimated achievable orbit determination accuracy using covariance analysis under assumption of using two ranging stations; SOC and available secondary tracking stations located in oversea countries. In addition to covariance analysis, in order to validate the analysis, the Monte-Carlo simulation has been performed and compared to the covariance analysis.

COMS In-Orbit Tests(IOT), performed from July, 2010 to Jan, 2011, were successfully completed and the scientific data from MI and GOCI has been distributed officially from April, 2011. This paper focuses on the geometric calibration system tests conducted during the IOT. The geometric calibration process, which is one of the primary objectives of the IOT is the final step of COMS data pre-processing. The basic principles of the geometric calibration (or image navigation and registration, INR) algorithm for COMS are described and the functional and performance tests of COMS INR system were summarized according to the COMS IOT phases. Final performance testes were carried out using data sets acquired from the real-time COMS data pre-processing system. Geometric calibration accuracy of the COMS data showed excellent quality and met requirement specifications.

Unlike knowledge sharing or knowledge transfer, knowledge protection has received little attention in the literature. Knowledge protection play a very important role in keeping organization competitive. This study explores the differences in knowledge protection between public and private organizations by T-test and regression analysis. The results of this study shows that the level of knowledge protection in public organizations is lower than that in private organizations. There is even larger difference in the level of access to key knowledge from outside between the two sectors. Such difference can be explained by the unique characteristics of public sector organizations. Understanding why the level of knowledge protection differs between the public and private sector is very important. This study presents lessons and implications for management leadership.

This study aims to investigate the effects of a massage device with vibration and pressure functions and a manual massage on the degree and duration of pain among patients after intramuscular injection. This study used a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group. The experimental group had lower pain scores (t= 7.40, p =.001) and shorter durations of pain (t= 5.25, p=.001) than the control group. The results showed that after intramuscular injection, a massage device with vibration and pressure functions effective to reduce the degree and duration of pain than a manual massage. Therefore, the application of a massage device with vibration and pressure functions after intramuscular injection will contribute to the promotion of patient safety and the reduction of nurse workload.

The movie offers a chance to observe the social signifier and the sensitivity of audiences who feel sympathy with the tragic history of crown prince Sado. While watching the movie, the audience halts between ideas whether to go back to "primary ego", or to play the unconscious hypocrisy or the ingrained social behavior which is to resolve the internal conflicts while they face two contrary opinions; one is the obedient subject to obey fatherness, as a symbol of historic value and convention in a society, and the other is the resistant body to break the bond of convention. The audience may feel some ambivalent feelings of the moral values between the paternal authority and the existential philosophical value of 'self'. This study will observe the audience's response of Sado toward the moral norms of the society when they face the signifier of father in the movie with experience the conflict between their resistant ego and madness. Also the study will discuss that the social landscape such as norms, order, and legal system is ever-changing and open to be subverted by the future even though audience hope that the present moral value with which we are content ever-last.

Recently, after the 4th industrial revolution era has arrived, technological advances started to develop and these changes have led to widespread use of data. Big data is often used for the safety of citizens, including the administration, safety and security of the country. In order to enhance the efficiency of maintaining such security, it is necessary to understand the installation status of CCTVs. By comparing the installation rate of CCTVs and crime rate in the area, we should analyze and improve the status of CCTV installation status, and crime rate in each area in order to increase the efficiency of security. Therefore, in this paper, big data analytic system based on public data is developed to collect data related to crime rate such as CCTV, female population, entertainment center, etc. and to reduce crime rate through efficient management and installation of CCTV.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of clinical practice education using delirium checklist for nursing students. The study was used pretest-posttest design with single group with 91 fourth year nursing students. The study measured the delirium knowledge, self-confidence and performance of delirium care using structured questionnaire from August 14 to September 30, 2017. The delirium education was composed of one hour lecture and clinical practice. Clinical practice was applied checklists of delirium assessment and prevention care. In result, significant improvements were found in delirium knowledge(t=-11.23, p<.001), self-confidence(t=-11.00, p<.001) and performance(t=-5.31, p<.001) of delirium care. Based results of this study, it was found that delirium education using checklist improved delirium knowledge, self-confidence and performance levels of delirium care for nursing students.
