Vibration Analysis of Rotary Compressor based on Vibration Intensity (진동인텐시티를 이용한 로타리압축기 진동 해석)

  • Vibration and Noise of air conditioner are entirely determined by compressor vibration. Compressor vibration transmitted to the enclosure of air conditioner or pipes connected compressor with heat exchanger. Enclosure generate(noise and vibration. Therefore, the analysis of compressor vibration analysis is considered significant technical issue. For the reduction of vibration of compressor, it is necessary to grasp correctly vibration transmission paths and excitation sources in the compressor shell. Because, shell ( Surface of compressor ) shows whole vibration characteristic of compressor mechanism. In this paper, vibration intensity was applied to measure vibration energy flow on the shell .From this technique, it is possible to catch the path of vibration propagation along the one cycle and the location of vibration energy sources may change with time on the shell.

  • Sound intensity method is well known as a visualization technique of sound field and sound propagation in noise control. Sound intensity is a vector quantity that describes the magnitude and the direction of net flow of acoustic energy at a given position. The current measuring method is expensive and difficult to identify the noise source exactly. In this paper, we have studied the noise source identification and the characteristics of noise source of rotary compressor for air conditioner using complex sound intensity method. The new method for instantaneous sound intensity is also proposed and it is useful for transient state and steady state. The criteria of these states select auto correlation coefficient. The advantage, simplicity and economic attribution of this method are verified by analyzing the characteristics of noise source with instantaneous sound intensity compared to mean sound intensity.

  • 본 연구에서는 실생활에 응용되는 Chloroprene계 고무에 대하여 30개월 동안 옥외 폭로를 행하였으며 동시에 Xenon-arc Type의 촉진 내후성시험기를 이용하여 그에 따른 내후성의 변화를 평가하였다. 폭로기간에 따른 인장강도와 신장률의 변화를 측정하였고 폭로면의 표면층에 대하여 FT-IR과 SEM을 사용하여 화학적 특성 및 미세구조를 분석하였다. 태양복사와 습도에 노출된 고무의 표면은 매우 짧은 기간에 파괴되었고, 고무 내부에 존재하는 가교제들의 용출을 확인할 수 있었으며, 산소와의 결합으로 내부층보다 고무의 표면에서 더 많은 가수분해와 광분해가 이루어진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 표면층의 변화와 파괴는 고무의 기계적 성질에도 의미 있는 영향을 주었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 옥외에서 사용하는 소재의 신뢰성 평가(내후성)에 관한 연구를 수행하였는데 국내와 일본의 옥외환경시험장에 시험편을 동시에 폭로하여 기상인자 및 주변환경에 따른 시험편의 특성 변화를 상호 비교ㆍ평가하였고 인공 촉진내후성 시험을 실시하여 옥외내후성과의 상관관계를 관찰하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 지역의 옥외환경시험장 중에서는 인천 옥외환경시험장에 폭로한 시험편에서 가장 많은 변화를 나타내고 있으며, 일본 지역은 가혹한 기상환경을 나타내는 미야고지마 옥외환경시험장에 폭로한 시험편에서 많은 변화가 나타남을 관찰할 수 있었는데 국내 지역보다는 온도와 습도 등 기상제조건이 더 가혹한 일본 지역의 옥외환경시험장에 폭로한 시험편의 노화가 더 빠르게 진행됨을 관찰하였다.

  • The analysis of dynamic behaviour of rotor system for the rolling piston type rotary compressor considering hydrodynamic force between motor rotor and stator is presented. In addition to considering other dynamic, loads such as large unbalance forces, gas force and bearing force, we consider the hydrodynamic force induced by the compressed fluid flow through the air gap between motor rotor and stator, and improve the analysis of vibration in rotary compressor. The Childs' method which based on Bulk-now and Hirs' turbulent lubrication model is used to calculate the rotordynamic coefficients due to hydrodynamic force of annular clearance in motor air gap.

  • A seat suspension system with a controlled MR(Magneto Rheological) fluid damper is introduced to improve the ride quality and prevent the health risk of a driver compared to fixed seats. The system is located between a seat cushion and the base, and is composed of a spring, MR fluid damper and controller. The MR fluid damper designed in valve mode is capable of producing a wide range of damping force according to applied currents. In experiments, a person was sitting on the controlled seat excited by a hydraulic system The skyhook control, continuous skyhook control and relative displacement control were applied and the continuous skyhook control improved the vibration suppression by 36.6%.

  • 본 논문은 영상내의 중요한 특징인 에지와 영역을 동시에 고려한 상호 보완적인 영상분할 기법을 제안한다. 에지 또는 영역에 기반한 기법은 서로 상반된 관점의 접근방식으로 에지의 국부적인 특성 또는 영역의 전 역적인 특성에 기반을 두고 있는 반면에. 제안한 하이브리드 기법은 에지 및 영역의 순차적 확장을 통해 이 두 가지 특성을 동시에 고려하고 있다 에지는 에지 검출기로부터 얻은 그래디언트의 임계값을 통해 확장해가며 영역은 Watershed 변환으로부터 얻은 초기분할의 영역간 유사성 및 경계선 길이를 이용해서 확장해 간다. 실험에서, 에지와 영역의 상호작용을 고려하지 알은 개별적인 기법들과 비교함으로써 제안한 알고리즘의 효과성을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Finite element method is very effective method to simulate the forming processes with good prediction of the deformation behaviour. For the finite element modeling of sheet mental forming the accurate tool model is required. Due to the geometrical complexity of real-size part stamping tools it is hard to make FE model for real-size auto-body stamping parts. In this paper, it was focussed on the drawability factors on auto-body panel stamping by AUTOFORM with using tool planing alloy to reduce law price as well as high precision from Design Optimization of die. According to this study, the results of simulation will give engineers good information to access the Design Optimization of die.

  • $\mu$ theory can handle the parametric uncertainty and produces more non-conservative controller than H$_{\infty}$ control theory. However an existing solution of the theory, D-K iteration, creates a controller of huge order and cannot handle the real or mixed real-complex perturbation sets. In this paper, we use genetic algorithms to solve these problems of the D-K iteration method. The Youla parameterization is used to obtain all stabilizing controllers and the genetic algorithms determines the values of the state feedback gain, the observer gain, and Q parameter to minimize $\mu$, the structured singular value, of given system. From an example, we show that this method produces lower order controller which controls a real parameter-perturbed plant than D-K iteration method.

  • In order to investigate the relationship between the prices of wood chips and pulps, regression analysis and cointegration test were conducted. Test results indicated that pulp producers adjusted pulp price in response to the change in wood-chip price and there were a long-run relationship between these prices. This implied that by raising the selling price of pulp, pulp producers avoid profit loss incurred by the increase in the wood-chip price. The existence of cointegration between wood chips and pulp prices implied that pulp producers were competing when they set the selling price of pulp.
