코팅에는 매우 많은 종류가 있다. 또한 박막(Thin Film)의 경우, 기상법, 액상법, 졸겔법 또는 도금법 등의 퇴적 방식으로 제작되는 것과 산화, 확산 또는 이온 주입 등의 기판 침입법으로 형성되는 것 등 매우 다양하다. 레이저용 코팅은 그 중 극히 일부에 지나지 않으며, 시장적으로도 틈새 분야이다. 그러나 레이저가 세상에 출현한 이래 40년의 시간이 지나는 동안 레이저 가공, 레이저 의료, 리소그래피 인쇄, 광 통신, 레이저 계측 등 광범위하게 레이저가 사용되었으며, 레이저용 코팅에 대한 수요가 증가되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 레이저용 코팅은 카메라나 안경으로 대표되는 광학 박막과 동일한 성격이지만, 레이저라는 일반적으로 에너지가 강한 광선에 사용되기 때문에, 레이저 손상을 고려하여 제작해야 한다.

(주)이오시스템이 지난 9월 20일 국방기술품질원 강당에서 진행된 '2012년 1차 DQ마크(Defense Quality) 인증서 수여식'에서 단안경 야간투시경에 대한 품질보증 DQ마크를 획득했다. DQ마크 인증은 방위사업청이 국내 납품 실적에도 불구하고 수출 실적의 부족으로 마케팅에 어려움을 겪고 있는 방산업체를 지원하기 위해 수출 잠재력이 우수한 방산 제품에 DQ마크를 부여해 기술력 및 품질을 정부가 인증하는 제도다. 지난 2012년 1월 2일 'DQ마크 인증제도 운영규정'의 제정에 따라 정식 운영이 시작됐으며, 국방기술품질원이 방위사업청으로부터 국제적인 기준(ISO/IEC 17042)에 따라 DQ마크 인증기관으로 공식 지정받은 바 있다.

세계전자제품의 부품산업은 21세기 정보화 사회와 함께 IT 산업에서 급성장으로 인해 부품의 소형화, 경량화, 친환경화가 요구되고 있다. IT 산업에서 리드스크류(Leadsrew)는 마이크로 구동부품중의 이송장치를 구성하는 핵심 부품으로 탄소강과 합금강 및 스테인레스강 등이 사용되고 있다. 탄소강은 성형 가공성과 원가 절감에 최적의 소재로서 낮은 표면 경도로 인한 내마모성 저하와 부식 분위기에서의 내식성이 떨어지는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 탄소강(S20C:${\oint}30{\times}h10$)을 이용하여 플라즈마 질화 표면처리를 통해 표면경도와 내마모성 향상 및 내식성을 높이는 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 방법으로 플라즈마 연질화 공정과 Post Oxidation 공정을 개발하였고, 질화 처리된 시험편에 대해 마이크로 비커스 경도, OEM&SEM, XRD 분석 및 염수분무(KS D 9502) 시험으로 특성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 탄소강(S20C)은 마이크로 비커스 경도 분석으로 표면 경도가 600Hv0.025 이상과 염수분무 시험으로 내식성은 24시간 이상의 결과를 얻었다.

In order to analyze the difference of lenses production, we measured the refractive power and the thickness of their optical centers using ophthalmic lenses which were distributed at home country and abroad. The home products were manufactured to be next to foreign goods, but there were several cases to exceed acceptable limits and we need to reduce the deviation from measuring values in the same lenses. To get a beat on advanced countries, rearing technical expert, hard quality test and process control and standardization of lenses are essential to home lens industrials.

WiBro will speed up Ubiquitous era that will have positive effects in our economy such as increase in general production, consumer spending, general export, service qualify, and employment rate. Considering the fact that Wibro is currently commercialized in only few selected countries, Korea has advantage in standardizing technology, accumulating the related know-how, producing domestic parts, and technology marketing experience. I believe developing Wibro technology in Korea will deliver a significant amount of contribution to the future IT technology.

Security is very important at EC(Electronic Commerce) Environments. The reason is that exchanged data(that is user private information(accounts, card-no, password), transaction items, etc) is various and is very sensitive. In this paper, we propose the Secure-XML Messaging System(S-XMS) which is implemented to support Message Level Security, Encryption and Digital Signature. And we implement Message Confidentiality Service, User Authentication & Message Integrity Service and Non-Repudiation Service among the various Security Services.

The number of manufacturing companies that demand the ability to assess sustainability in their manufacturing system is rapidly increasing. However, there are still difficulties in assessing their sustainability in manufacturing for decision-making since it is not easy to determine a single index of sustainability in an operational way. To address these difficulties, this paper proposes an operational guidance and system to assess sustainability of production plan as a single index. The IDEF0 model was defined to explain processes and their input, output, control, and mechanism for sustainability assessment. A prototype system was developed based on the concepts presented in the IDEF0 model, and applied to a case study. To conclude, the prototype system proposed in this paper can help manufacturing companies assess sustainability of their production plans and make a decision using a single value resulted from that assessment.

In the era of Web 2.0, the digital contents are becoming major cultural subjects and the scope and added value of digital content technology industry keep increasing. In order to prevent thoughtless expansion of consumption oriented contents to the multimedia motion picture generation and promote the contents industry in educational, industrial or cultural aspect, educational contents should be specialized as strategic products with increased educational and entertaining meaning. As a result, this study analyzed characteristics of users regarding how educational game contents are distributed to consumers by both male and female group. Then, it extracted development factors for expansion of educational games and presented direction to educational game contents development by using educational games according to changes in users in order to secure mobile flat form contents for effective learning.

MICE industry has been accepted as a growing and profitable tour market to improve profitability of vulnerable domestic tourism industry. To explore the influence of development factors of Korea MICE industry on authorities' role and ripple effects, this study examined the perception of MICE experts. The development factor were suggested to include 'marketing' and 'human resources' and the ripple effects were presented into two factors of economic and national promotion. The results reveal that marketing and human resources development had significant influence on authorities' role. The results also show that authorities' role had significant influence on ripple effects of economic and promotional effects.
