본 연구의 목적은 최근 고층아파트 단지 내에서 주요 계획요소로 자주 채택되고 있는 저층부 필로티 공간과 주요 옥외단위공간들의 통합도 값을 단지별 전체 통합도 평균값과 비교하여 필로티 공간의 통합도 값이 다른 옥외공간들과 비교할 때 어느 정도의 통합도 위상을 갖는지 분석하는 것이며, 또한 다음 단계의 연구인 필로티 공간 이용행태 관찰 및 이용빈도 조사의 기초자료로 삼는데 있다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고층아파트 단지의 필로티 공간을 포함한 주요 옥외단위공간들 중 '단지출입구' 또는 '광장' 공간이 가장 높은 통합도 값을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 고층아파트 단지의 필로티 공간 통합도 값이 다른 주요 옥외단위공간들의 통합도 값보다 대체적으로 낮은 경향을 보이고 있다. 세째, 고층아파트 단지의 필로티 공간들중 동출입구의 기능이 없는 '돌출형 출입 + 필로티 부가형' 유형의 공간일 경우 주민들의 공간이용률이 현격하게 저조하여 음성적 공간화 및 공동화 현상이 발생될 가능성이 크다고 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 대전광역시에 위치한 아파트 단지 내 옥외생활공간을 조사하고, 이를 기초로 하여 거주자의 만족도, 이용빈도, 선호도, 중요도를 파악하는 것이다. 이것은 거주자의 변화하는 요구와 관심을 파악하는 것이 미적인 설계보다 우선으로 고려해야 할 사항이며, 나아가 사회적 요구로 반영될 수 있는 기초자료로 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다. 따라서 아파트 단지 옥외생활공간에 대한 다양한 접근은 단지설계의 쾌적한 주거환경과 공동주택의 설계향상에 역할을 담당할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 옥외공간 설계변화에 대해 거주민들은 옥외공간에 대해서 어떤 인식을 가지고 있는지 조사하고자 옥외공간을 녹지공간, 놀이 및 운동 관련 공간, 보행공간, 휴식 및 조경시설 공간으로 분류하고 이에 대해 각각의 만족도와 개선사항을 단지규모별로 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 단지내 특색있는 공간이 어딘지에 대한 질문에 단지의 규모가 클수록 녹지공간과 운동 및 놀이공간, 휴식 및 조경시설공간이 비슷한 비율로 응답된 반면, 모든 단지의 응답자들은 단지내 가장 부족한 공간으로 운동 및 놀이공간을 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 단지규모에 따른 아파트 단지의 옥외공간에 대한 세부공간별 평가결과를 살펴보면 대단지일수록 옥외공간 설계시 좀 더 많은 설계 항목이 도입되고 운동 및 놀이공간 및 휴게공간 등에 대한 강조가 이루어지고 있는 현실과 달리 주민들의 평가는 이와 상반된 결과를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 단지규모가 클수록 옥외공간에 대한 이용객이 증가하여 이에 대한 수요가 증가하고 다양화되는데 비해 단지설계는 이를 뒷받침하지 못하고 있음을 보여주는 결과라 할 수 있을 것이다.

In 2005, Apartment in South Korea based on statistic data reach on 53% of the total housing. As most of the housing in korea has been provided with apartment and the quality of life has been improved, the importance of outdoor space has being emerged. Therefore the importance of outdoor space is growing gradually larger. In this study, as comparing and analysing using status and satisfaction of the recently built 'Apartment A' getting the 'award of excellence' in an international landscape architecture contest and the 'Apartment B' which built approximately 20 years ago, I Propose desirable outline planning the outdoor space of the apartment complex.

Outdoor spaces in an apartment complex have been enlarged by the increased underground car parking. It has become accepted as important place for acoustic comfort of resident. This paper attempts to determine the noise exposure to the outdoor area in 21 apartment complexes built within 5 years. The results showed that the average noise level of outdoor area ranged from 37.6dB(A) to 67.2dB(A). And the percentage of areas below the noise level of 55dB(A) range 0.1% to 95.0%. The analysis on correlations shows that the traffic volume and building coverage have significant effects on noise level.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the planning characteristics of outdoor space in apartment complexes in terms of child-care environment. We selected 8 apartment complexes in Cheongju, within three years from construction, of small and medium-sized apartments ($60-85m^2$) where a large number of families with young children are presumed to reside in. As a result of the study, it was found that whereas the factors that can be quantified such as the floor height differences, the angles of ramps, and the number of the rest facilities are excellent, the qualitative part which cannot be easily quantified such as the location and direction of the rest facility and play materials should be improved a lot. And the following improvements were suggested; separating the pedestrian passage from the vehicle road in the main entrance of the complex, utilizing the piloti for infant caring, making the entrance area of apartment safe for pedestrians from vehicles, reallocating resting spaces, redesigning resting spaces safer to infants, building or reallocating existing booths at the stops of kindergarten buses, redesigning the square safer from vehicles with shades, making it possible for guardians to watch infants in playing field from the resting space, allocating natural environments essential for child development.

본 방배동 주거복합빌딩 신축공사는 서초구 방배본동에 위치하고 있으며 이곳에서는 아파트 4개동 222세대와 오피스텔 61세대의 주거 및 부대시설로는 지하 주민생활시설, 근린생활시설이 신축되며 옥외 대지부분은 중앙광장과 공개공지, 분수대 설치 등으로 입주민뿐 아니라 지역주민과의 휴게공간으로 제공된다. 또한 지상25층 높이 약81M로서 이수교차로변에 위치하여 4통 발달의 교통요지에서 LANDMARK적인 건물로 자리잡게 될 것이다.(중략)

This study has examined layout of communal outdoor space and welfare facilities in the nation's very first senior apartment complex in Segok-dong, Gangnam-gu that has been developed by Seoul City. In order for this space to play a role as a center of communication: 1) A center space of community should be created at the point of intersection of main moving lines of pedestrians. 2) Hierarchical area should be set up between main moving lines of walking and communal outdoor space. 3) It should be designed in a way to reflect demands of seniors and be accommodated their activities and behaviors. 4) It should be functionally connected to local infrastructure facilities so that it can promote social exchanges among seniors. Points to be considered in welfare facilities: 1) They should be placed at the center of the complex to provide convenience to all seniors. 2) Area of senior citizen center should be subject to flexible legal regulation in light of the unique characteristics of the Complex. 3) in case that welfare facilities are installed in the same space, intermediate space is required to alleviate collision between private space and public space. 4) Senior assistance facilities should put more emphasis on running programs that make good use of the space than on securing the space itself.
