Urea-SCR system has been known so far as one of effective after treatments for the reduction of NOx. In order to achieve better performance in SCR system, optimal geometric conditions for a urea injection system should be achieved. This research focused to visualize spray characteristics of urea injected SCR system in a heavy duty diesel engine. The experiment was conducted by varying injection pressures and flow rates of urea. The flow visualization was made by photographing techniques of CCD camera.

This article introduces the storytelling project about Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo-si by the Kimpo Cultural Foundation in 2018. The project archives local history and culture and includes research, exploration, oral history, story organization, and presentation of ways to utilize contents. Through this, the article aims to present the limitations and importance of the project, the meaning of the excavation of local historical and cultural resources, and the need for local archives.

전시 중심의 단기적 활용을 벗어나 일종의 문화유산으로 시각예술 아카이브를 관리하려는 움직임이 국가단위 또는 주요 기관간 컨소시엄의 형태로 활발히 진행 중인 해외 문화선진국의 사례와는 달리 국내 시각예술계는 아카이브 기반 전시나 프로젝트의 인기를 넘어서지 못하는 단편적 접근방식으로 아직 국가차원의 종합적인 비전이나 장기적인 전략을 창출해내지 못하고 있는 것이 우리의 현실이다. 국내 디지털 인프라의 선진성에 의지한 공공기관 주도 디지털 아카이브 사업에 대한 낙관적 전망도 몇몇 기관의 디지털 아카이브 구축 및 운영 경험을 통해 그 불투명성 및 위험성이 노출된 바 있다. 새 정부 출범 이후 국가정책을 지배하고 있는 창조경제 화두를 관통하는 핵심 키워드 중의 하나로서 시각예술 콘텐츠 자산의 근간인 국내 시각예술 아카이브의 경쟁력은 전면적으로 검토될 필요가 있다.

코로나 바이러스-19 감염증 상황이 지속됨에 따라 영유아 비대면 상담이 증가하였다. 비대면이라는 제한된 환경에서, 보다 정확한 상담을 위해 영유아의 감정을 예측하는 보조도구로써 CNN 학습모델을 이용한 감정분석 결과를 활용할 수 있다. 하지만, 대부분의 감정분석 CNN 모델은 성인 데이터를 위주로 학습이 진행되므로 영유아의 감정인식률은 상대적으로 낮다. 본 논문에서는 영유아와 청소년 데이터의 감정분석 정확도 차이의 원인을 XAI 기법 중 하나인 LIME을 사용해 시각화하여 분석하고, 분석 결과를 근거로 영유아 데이터에 대한 감정인식 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

본 사례는 국내 최대 화장품 기업인 아모레 퍼시픽의 프리미엄 한방화장품인 설화수 브랜드의 탄생과 발전과정을 소재로 하고 있으며, 설화수의 브랜드 정체성 확립 전략과 글로벌 전략에 대해 다루고 있다. 설화수는 아모레 퍼시픽의 오랜 생약 화장품 연구의 결과로 탄생한 제품으로 현재 한방 화장품시장의 60%를 차지하고 있는 시장지배자일뿐 아니라 아모레 퍼시픽이 강력한 외국 기업들을 제치고 1위의 프리미엄 화장품 공급자로 등극하게 한 일등 공신이다. 설화수 브랜드는 시의 적절한 제품 컨셉과 탁월한 브랜드 정체성 확립으로 오늘과 같은 위치에 이를 수 있었으며, 문화 마케팅이라는 설화수의 브랜드 정체성과 잘 조화된 전략을 통해 후발 경쟁자들과의 간격을 더욱 크게 벌려 놓았다. 국내의 경쟁과 성공에 안주하지 않고, 글로벌 전략을 선택한 아모레 퍼시픽은 아시아 권을 중심으로 세계시장에서 괄목할 만한 성장을 이루었으며, 더 나아가 설화수는 아모레 퍼시픽의 프리미엄 브랜드로의 포부를 담고 2004년 홍콩에 진출한다. 잘 준비된 브랜드 구축 계획과 4P 전략으로 초기 안정된 시장안착을 달성하고 빠르게 성장하고 있는 설화수이지만, 국내와는 다른 낮은 경쟁기반과 국내에서 성공한 전략의 실행여부 등 새로운 도약을 위한 고민이 계속되고 있다.

This study aims to understand the tendencies and characteristics when constructing landscape architectural archives in the United States, and to find implications for creating Korean landscape architectural archives. Focusing on seven American landscape architectural archives operated by public institutes, universities, and research institutes, this study examines the background, mission, scope, subject, acquisition, arrangement, and application of the programs in the archives. The results show that the characteristics of the American landscape architectural archives are as follows: first, the recognition of the value and importance of the landscape plays a major role in the establishment of archives; second, the purpose of the archives is to educate and encourage people to find diversity or significance of landscapes; third, the subject and scope of the archives vary according to the purpose of each operating institution; fourth, the main acquisitional method is to receive a donation and to purchase materials or documents; fifth, the classification systems of each archive differs depending on the subject and scope; and sixth, the archives were built on the basis of participation and collaboration with various experts and organizations with stable and sustainable financial resources. These characteristics offer three implications for constructing landscape architectural archives in Korea. First, a long-term vision for landscape architectural archives and the establishment of differentiated themes are required. Second, appropriate methods of material collection and systems of classification, recording, and digitization are necessary and therefore research and pilot archives are required. Third, it is necessary to secure the sustainability of archives by developing ways to utilize the archives in connection with academic and educational programs, thereby securing financial resources and allowing for the establishment of appropriate policies. As basic research, this study is significant as it provides a basis for further research concerning the development of landscape architectural archives in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to primarily explore the characteristics of 'irony' and focus on the process of visualizing it. 'Irony' is one of the rhetorics used to describe the context or situational aspects of writing. This 'Dépaysement' that appears in art history corresponds to 'ironic' rhetoric in writing. 'Dépaysement' is a combination of techniques, which conveys a message through de-familiarizing rhetoric. With the images conflicting with each other in logic on the same canvas. 'Dépaysement' and 'ironic' rhetoric have commonalities in that they produce a situation with opposite or contradictory images and obscure the images and the situation by distorting them into being different from what has usually been known. In conclusion, Ironic Characteristics and Visual technique elements of dépaysement are identical, this study attempts to understand the visual language by analyzing 'the visual irony' that appears in artworks.

In the print world libraries have served as the archival repository for journals that they owned. In the age of digital information, however, with the licensing of electronic journals libraries purchase access to journal contents rather than paying for ownership. Libraries note the potential benefits of electronic journals, but also quake at the thought of inaccessible electronic journal contents caused by lack of preservation, changing technology, or publisher requirements. It is real that libraries have not yet stepped in to create archives of the electronic journals they are purchasing. In the digital environments, publishers, libraries, and other information providers are not the independent units that we used to be. It will take us all working together to solve the problem of preserving access to electronic journals. Thus, it is reasonable that a national library would be charge of making a comprehensive archiving policy on electronic journals, and that cooperative agreements of local libraries can help divide responsibility for different subject areas or materials.
