This study analyzed the effect and meaning of reading program for alienated children. To accomplish this, this study collected its data through surveys and observations with 1,643 children that participated in the reading program by Library of National Library for Children and Young Adults and through surveys and interviews with librarians, instructors and representatives of agencies that related to the program. The results show that there were improvements in children's reading interests, reading attitude and affect in the program. And children's experiences and interests in libraries were increased after the program. Children evaluated affirmatively the program and children's demand for the program was increased.

The study examined the mediated-moderation effect of parental reflection levels from maternal childhood experiences by the parents to mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers by examining it through the lens of parental role satisfaction. The participants in this study were 327 mothers who and their infants aged 3-6 years. They completed questionnaires on the maternal childhood experiences scale, parental reflection scale, parental role satisfaction scale and mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers scale. The results of the structural equation model analysis are as follows. First, a mediating model revealed that the relationship between maternal childhood experiences by parents and mother's reactions to negative emotions of their preschoolers was mediated by parental role satisfaction. Second, the results revealed the moderation effect of parents reflection levels on the relationship between maternal childhood experiences by parents and parental role satisfaction. Finally, parental reflection levels were also seen to have a mediated moderation effect of parental reflection level from maternal childhood experiences to mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers through parental role satisfaction. These results indicate the importance of parental reflection and parental role satisfaction.

본 연구는 마인드맵이 아동의 작문수행에 미치는 효과를 연구하기 위해 이루어졌다. 연구 대상자는 초등학교 6학년 학생 78명(2학급)으로, 각 학급을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 무선으로 배정하고 사전검사를 실시하였다. 이어서 10차시에 걸친 실험을 실시하고 실험을 마친 다음날 직후검사를 하였다. 실험의 파지효과를 알아보기 위해서는 실험 종류 1주 후에 파지검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 측정도구는 작문검사(사전검사, 직후검사 및 파지검사)이다. 작문의 채점에 있어서는 2명의 채점자가 분석적 평가 기준에 따라 채점한 것을 합산하여 사용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 마인드맵이 아동의 작문수행에 미치는 효과는 긍정적이었다. 2) 마인드맵이 아동의 작문수행에 미치는 효과는 지속적이었다. 이러한 연구결과는 아이디어를 창출하고 아이디어를 조작하며 글을 개정하는 과정에서 마인드맵이 유용한 학습도구로서 이용될 수 있음을 시사해준다. 또한 정규교실에 있는 영재아들에게도 양반구의 기능을 고루 활용하는 마인드맵이 독자적인 학습방법으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

This study examines how the president's transformative leadership in community child-care centers influence organizational effectiveness through the mediation of teachers' self-efficacy. Survey has been conducted on teachers who work in community child-care centers in the Kwangju and Jeonnam region. The data is analyzed using Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling and structural equation Modeling in order to test the relationship among the president's transformative leadership, teachers' self-efficacy, and organizational effectiveness. The results indicate that the transformative leadership of the president has a positive and significant effect on both teachers' self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness. Moreover, teachers' self-efficacy mediates the relationship between transformative leadership and organizational effectiveness. The results have implications for the importance of the president's leadership and suggest that governmental support should be directed towards the enhancement of the president's leadership in community child-care centers.

Purpose: The aims of this study is to analysis the effects of obesity management programs for children and to measure the differences in the effects by type and dependent variables in order to analyze the structures of the programs. Methods: Sixty-one peer-reviewed journals including child obesity and intervention studies published between 2000 and 2010 were included for meta-analysis. Effect size and statistics of homogeneity were by STAT 10.0. Results: A total of 61 studies were used in the analysis, and the effect size of the independent studies was determined to be -0.23 (95% CI, -0.32 ~ -0.15). Serum Leptin and Insulin were the big effect size among the studies that used dependent variables. The theses used in the research did not display publishing bias. Conclusion: Obesity management programs that have been confirmed to be effective need to be developed into regional protocols. A continuous control of obese children and research for effective intervention program are in need.

Objective : The purpose is to analyze the effects of parent training interventions in reducing the symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and to provide a basis for the effects. Methods : We collected literature published in international academic journals from 2009 to 2019 through ProQuest and Scopus databases. The search key terms were (ADHD OR Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) AND (Parent OR Mother OR Father) AND (Training OR Program OR Therapy OR Intervention) AND (Randomized OR Randomised OR Randomly). The PEDro scale was used to evaluate the quality of the studies, and a meta-analysis was conducted through Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 3.0. Results : Of 628 studies that we reviewed, 20 were eligible for inclusion. of parental training interventions for children with ADHD appeared close to a medium effect size while parent-child interventions (0.639) appeared to have a medium to large effect size. Oppositional defiant behavior and conduct disorder (0.737) in children and children's emotions (0.679) appeared close to a large effect size. ADHD symptoms hyperactivity and impulsivity (0.590) and child behavior (0.521) appeared to be over a medium effect size. We chose a random-effects model since heterogeneity tests showed significant results. Conclusion : We were able to confirm the effects of parent training interventions on the symptoms of children with ADHD. This will be used as evidence to provide a clinical basis for occupational therapists. More research related to parental training interventions should be carried out to ensure better reporting in the future.

This study noted that the social support and service satisfaction in care services consist of a continuous process of realizing children's rights beyond a single-line effect on children's happiness. This study was to examine the effects of Caregiver' social support on happiness among children using Community Child Center and mediating the effects of service satisfaction. For this, the questionnaire survey was made on targeting 4, 5, 6th grade students using 185 Community Child Centers located Jeonbuk. To this end, survey data were collected 1,241 data, SPSS 23 and Amos 23 were carried out description statistics, correlation analysis and structure equation analysis. The results were as follows. First, caregiver's social support had a direct effect on happiness. Second, service satisfaction had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between social support and happiness. Based on this, this study suggested the policy and practical implication to promote the children' happiness.

Objective : We try to show the necessity of crafts and arts comparing visual perception of autism with that of mental retardation using craft programmes. Methods : We applied a visual perception programme after sorting 10 autism and 10 mental retardation according to criteria. A used craft programmes are consulted and produced by specialist who are applying crafts as treatment or have experienced applying crafts. The items included potter, mobile art, wheat flour kneading, clay, corrugated cardboard work and color mix work. We applied the programmes twice a week during 4 weeks and used motor-free visual perception test-third edition(MVPT-3) to investigate the effect before and after treatments. Results : First, craft programmes had effect on both autism and mental retardation. Second, craft programmes had more effect on mental retardation. Conclusion : We could know that craft programmes influenced on visual perceptional development of autism and mental retardation.

The purpose of the study was to verify the clinical effect of Computer-based cognitive rehabilitation program for Children for recovering the visual perception and ADL ability in intellectual disability. For this purpose, 3 intellectual disabilities with visual perception and ADL disorders participated in a clinical experiment to verify the effect of Computer-based cognitive rehabilitation program. They all have 5 common conditions in intellectual disability for objective experimental result. All participant were evaluated with Korean-Development Test of Visual Perception-2(K-DTVP-2), Wee Functional Independence Measure(Wee-FIM) before and after the planned intervention sessions. All intervensions were intensively carried out for 20weeks, 1 time a week. The result were as follows. K-DTVP and Wee-FIM scores were improved significantly compared to pre-intervention. Further studies are needed to verify the effect on various group and lots of participants.

We aimed that increasing the life satisfaction of children using the Community Child Centers, starting from the interest in healthy growth and development of children. The research was conducted to analyze the effect of stress on the life satisfaction of children using the local children center and the mediated effect of self-esteem. The subjects of this study are 438 children who were surveyed in 2017. They were originally extracted from the 2^nd survey of Community Child Center. For data analysis purposes, SPSS 250 and SPSS PROCESS macro v2.16 were used. The results of this study are as followed. Firstly, school stress has direct influence on life satisfaction, but it has no indirect effect on life satisfaction through self-esteem. Secondly, friend stress and consumption stress have no direct influence on life satisfaction, but they have indirect effect on life satisfaction through self-esteem. On the basis of the results, this study provided the social welfare policy and practical suggestions to reduce school stress and to enhance self-esteem, which are the key to achieving the life satisfaction of children.
