Development of Touring Information Guidance System Using Duality Theory (쌍대성 이론을 이용한 관광정보안내시스템 개발)

  • This paper introduces TIGS(Touring Information Guidance System) which provides information with faster access time than the human service. This system is designed specifically for a traveler. This TIGS provides tourists the informations such as destination, current map information, touring courses according to schedules, and lodging information. Furthermore, this system is implemented with touch screen for the user to apply easily. The presented shortest path algorithm using duality theory is applied to schedule the touring courses to reduce the time and the cost. The used map is raster manner instead of vectorial manner to provide user convenience. If this developed system should be established in the public space such as station, airport, and bus station, the useful touring information can be provided the tourists. This system can be easily applied to different local area.

Evaluation of Transfer Capability based on Load Supplying Capability Calculation using Nonlinear Primal-Dual Interior Point Method (비선형 주.쌍대내점법을 이용한 부하공급능력의 산정에 기반한 전력수송능력의 평가)

  • This paper presents a new methodology that can evaluate transfer capability of composite power systems from the adequacy point of view in power system planning stages. First of all, to evaluate practical load supplying capability, nonlinear optimization problems of maximum load supplying capability(MLSC) and economic load supplying capability(ELSC) are formulated and solved by nonlinear primal-dual interior point method. Here, physical constraints considered in the optimization problems are the limits of bus voltage, line overloading, and real & reactive power generation. Also, an evaluation method of transfer capability is presented based on margins calculated by the MLSC and ELSC. Especially, to evaluate transfer capability flexibly, simple indices such as expected MLSC, transfer capability margin, and power not supplied are respectively proposed by considering (N-1) line outage probability. Numerical results on IEEE RTS 24, IEEE 118, and IEEE 300 bus system show that the proposed algorithm is effective and useful for power system planning stages.

In this paper, in order to ensure safe use by third parties in the health care environment, classify the attributes of patient information and patient privacy protection technique using hierarchical multi-property rights proposed to classify information according to the role of patient hospital officials The. Hospital patients and to prevent the proposed method is represented by a mathematical model, the information (the data consumer, time, sensor, an object, duty, and the delegation circumstances, and so on) the privacy attribute of a patient from being exploited illegally patient information from a third party the prevention of the leakage of the privacy information of the patient in synchronization with the attribute information between the parties.

  • There is a large waste of time, money, and production through the infelicitous product design process in small and medium enterprises. They don't possess enough career-manpower with respect to design. Especially, the objective and scientific approach process isn't presented very well on the 'establishment concept' of the embodiment phase or 'Sketch and Rendering' of the development phase which are the most important design processes. So, this research is applied to the conception of the AHP method. It uses the basic concept of relativity to decrease risk from the calculational quantity data, and supplement the decision making phase. Generally, human beings can conclude by relative judgement which is more influenceable than absolute judgement. So we must use the relative comparison concept rather than the comparison of two items with variable sketches based on characteristics of human beings. Thus, efficiency judgement is dependent on design sketch comparisons which help the consistency progress of variable alternative plans. We can decrease risk when we chose the final design and increase efficiency of the design decision making. That is now a perfect selection of each alternative's ranking and sensitive design result but this research will provide consistency criterion on filtering and lead to variable design alternatives. The significance of this research is the efficiency method that overcomes differences of character and sensitivity on many phases of the process. Finally, this research proposes a new ideal process that where applied improves quality and evidence of propriety through comparison to existing methods result in method application research for improvement quality.

Performance Analysis of Smart Automatic Jack-Up System Using the Pairwise Comparison Matrix Analysis Method (쌍대비교행렬 분석 기법을 적용한 스마트 자동 인상 시스템의 성능 분석)

  • In this study, a smart jack-up system was developed to prevent safety accidents by performing risk analysis when a structure is lifted for maintenance. A quantitative risk analysis program that can analyze the risk using the pairwise comparison matrix analysis method was developed. The risk was analyzed in real-time for the lifting structure by connecting the program with an automatic jack-up system. Displacements were measured by the IR sensor among the components of the automatic jack-up system, and the displacements were provided to the quantitative risk analysis program. To confirm the performance of the smart automatic jack-up system, experiments were conducted on bridge and risk analysis was performed when a superstructure was lifted. A linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) was also installed on the bridge to verify the performance of the smart automatic jack-up system. The maximum displacements were measured using the devices, and the declinations were compared. The performance of the simultaneous operation of the jack-up device was verified by the analysis of variance (ANOVA).

  • Using the concept of closed queueing network, we present a consistent way of interpreting existing duality relations among queueing systems. Also, using embedded Markov chains, we present a few new duality relations for the queueing systems with negative customers.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develope efficient techniques for implementing the dual simplex method. In this paper we proposed one artificial row technique to get an initial dual feasible basic solution, a dual steepest-edge method coupled with a dropping row selection rule, and an anti-degeneracy technique which resembles the EXPAND procedure for the primal simplex method. The efficiency of the above techniques is shown by experiments. Finally, the dual simplex method is shown to be superior to the primal simplex method when it is used in the integer programming.

  • 최단 경로란 유향(有向) 또는 무향(無向) 그래프에서 어떤 두 점 사이를 맺는 유향 또는 무향 경로 중 가장 짧은 것, 즉 가지의 길이 합을 최소로 하는 것을 구하는 문제. 그래프가 평면 접속인 경우에는 쌍대(雙對) 그래프의 최대 흐름을 구하는 문제와 등가이다. 본 논문에서는 최단 경로 문제를 풀기 위하여 Dijkstra의 장점은 살리고 단점을 보완하는 방향성을 가지는 Dijkstra 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 사례연구를 통하여 제안한 알고리즘은 출발점에서 도착점까지 최단 경로를 빠른 시간에 찾아가는 것을 보였다.

  • Jones [11], [12]developed a measurement method of the economic depreciation by infinite-horizen linear program model. This paper models an economic depreciation schedule in constant price based on the infinite-horizen LP. And the appropriate application of the maintenance/operating cost, the discount rate, the taxation and the price fluctuation in the model was suggested.
